Exceptional customer service! First I want to thank Robert for the incredible feedback he provided while my car was being fixed. The team at Dimmitt had my back from the moment I dropped my vehicle off to have it fixed. I was crushed when my new vehicle was hit and I saw the damage. Robert simply said, dont worry about it. When you see it again it will look like new! I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Like most people I wanted to know how long it would take before I got my vehicle back, but perfection takes patience!!! This was hands down worth the wait. The saying goes Rome was not built in a day.So from Katia on the phone providing reassurance that Robert was on the ball, to the body shop repairing the damage, and the paint shop bringing it all together to make it look like it just came off the showroom floor, and let me not forget the gentleman who was detailing my car when I picked it up. People today are quick to identify when things go wrong, but how many people take the time to say when things are right? Every step of the repair of a two month old Tesla was a first class experience. Robert M offered a tour of the center and clearly outlined the repair process. The work area was meticulous. The repair took time, however, the quality of the paint finish exceeded expectations. All staff on every call or meeting were helpful and followed up if there was any questions. I would strongly encourage anyone in need of a collision repair who wants the finest work done, reach out to Dimmitt Collision Center.

My wife’s Jaguar has been sitting at this body shop since May without being touched. Our insurance company paid them back in May and we find out in October that they had still not ordered the door that is required for the repair. We’ve received zero customer service, no one ever returns our calls and the employees we have spoken to have no answers. We’ve had to enlist the help of our insurance company as well as Jaguar of North America. Avoid this body shop at all cost.

This company price gouges at every turn. They charged $150 to transport my car 30 miles from dealership to their location. This in spite of the fact I have Audi towing service up to 50 miles included with my Audi service package. Then they charged an additional $150 to transport it back the 30 miles from their location to the dealership after it was repaired so it could be calibrated by the dealership after body work complete. They also charged $1800 miscellaneous with no explanation on their bill. Surely this could have covered calibration. When I asked for explanations they furnished none. I was gone out of state for a month while my Audi was being repaired. 2 weeks before I got back the car was finished and the final bill paid by the insurance company. Then when I phoned them the day of my return they demanded $1209 more from me personally to return the car to me. They literally held my car for ransom -$1209 - knowing it was needed it the day I returned to Florida. Additionally their per hour labor charge was 20% more than they charged 2 years ago for the same vehicle - probably because they thought I liked them and wouldnt go anywhere else. Never again will I do business with these people. This is why vehicle insurance rates continue to escalate- body work companies who gouge the insurance company and the customer because they can.

When people go out of their way to help someone in distress they should be recognized. And that is how I came about to know Mr. Joseph Gibson who is the Chief Collision Estimator at Dimmitt Cadillac.We were there on a very hot and humid Saturday. The collision department was very busy but Mr. Gibson took the time to ask my wife how she was feeling as a result of our accident. You could tell by the way he spoke to her that he was a caring individual. He went through all of the necessary steps so as to minimize the amount of time we would have to spend with the insurance people. And we got it!Mr. Gibson explained his estimate to us and advised us on how he would handle our repair as opposed to the way the insurance company would handle the repair if we gave the car to them. He was professional in his comparisons and as a result my wife and I decided to have Dimmitt repair our Audi at their new repair facility in Oldsmar.We definitely had a choice when it came time to repair our Audi, and as a result of Mr. Gibson’s courteous and professional attention to detail we felt very comfortable handing the car over to him. And on top of everything else, the man answers his phone. That alone could have been a deciding factor.We are old timers. Little things like please and thank you go a long way with us. And when you find someone who treats you with courtesy and respect, you don’t have to worry. You are home.

I took my car to Clearwater. Joe was the man that helped me. Explained in great detail how this process was going to work. Very easy to work with very knowledgeable. Got car back and it looked great. Would not hesitate to call on Joe in the future..

I cannot express how thoroughly impressed I am with this dealership! Not only do they have really nice cars but they have top-notch customer service! It all started with me finding my dream car online. I was contacted immediately and told someone would be in touch with me and thats when I came across Neil Gerbe. Unfortunately we became very familiar with the Dimmitt Collision Center. My wife had a new Tesla model X that lost side mirror while parking. Then with in a few months got rear ended. Then after having car back for 3 days got rear ended again! Robert was her contact person at the Collusion Center.They are the place for Tesla body repairs (Tesla does not have body shop) and are very knowledgeable with Tesla. It seems like they are the go to for any high end car. The facility is large and clean. Appears very modern and they seem to take pride in their high end work.I have a older Model S. My wife borrowed the car and parked over a concrete bumper that must have had a small piece of rebar sticking up. When she backup the whole front of the car, bumper plus wheel well and hoot attachment all disassembled. It looked horrible. She pushed it back together and duct taped it in place to limp home.I was hoping it was a easy fix with new retention screws or fasteners. Called Tesla with NO HELP about what to do. Called Robert at Dimmitt Collusion Center. He said he was familiar with that happening in older model Model S and said to swing by for an estimate. I was hoping, if simple, to avoid insurance.Drove over. He looked and said he would have to take it apart to see if any components had bent or had to be replaced. I had wife pick me up. He called later that same day and said it was FINISHED and nothing was broken or bent. Drove back over that afternoon.He had car pulled up and walked around with me and handed me the key fob. It was perfectly put back together. Asked about cost and he said dont worry about it! I insisted and he finally relented and said take a minute when you get home and write a review ..Robert was great with the three times my wife was in with Model X. They are definitely a first class operation. No issues with insurance claim. Customer Service A++. Plus the facility is state of the art. Cant recommend strongly enough.

Having a car repair is never your best day. These folks though, they made it easy. After I contacted my insurance company, I didnt need to do a thing. My car received a significant hit and problems unfolded as the repair process moved on so this was not an easy-quick-fix. The service I received was excellent! Lacy always kept me informed as to what was happening so I always felt positive about the process. She deserves a raise!! One doesnt often come in contact with such an organized and informed person. Then to the repair team. WOW! Ramons work is outstanding. One of my sons is a car geek in the best sense and when he inspected the work he said hed never seen such excellent work down to not a speck of sand or an air bubble in the paint work. My sons wife said shed never heard him be 100% positive about any car repair until now so with that Id say you should do whatever you can to keep him!! Harry- I need an estimate my car just sustained damage in the car wash. Can I bring it by now? Sure --come on over. Within an hour of call I have estimate and appointment made . Car dropped on Monday PM --picked car up on Friday of same week! Spectacular service--- help with rental car as well. Harry never says no ! Every time I need to address a wrecked automobile I call Harry and all is handled with professionalism and an acute style of I need this done like yesterday. Harry and his team know how to please. Let’s start with taking our vehicle here 4 months ago and we received our car back not complete all because of the body shop not knowing how to measure wheels now 4 months later we received the wheels we ordered for the third time due to the body shop not measuring them correctly and we call and ask for the car to come back in to be completed since the insurance already paid them 4 months ago and now they only have one technician that can put our wheels on and he is busy until next week so we call talk to the body shop manager Harry which is no help he screamed at me and hung the phone up and basically said they will get to our car when he can this is not acceptable in any way also placed a call to the GM of Dimmitt(Tom) have left two messages with no return call back so I will be reporting this to higher up I don’t recommend this place to anyone......

NO SOCIAL DISTANCING guidelines. Did an insurance claim on my car. Staff was friendly. Did have to bring it back once because they didn’t fix something. But they did fix it. But customers BEWARE this collision center made NO effort to practice social distancing. Direct in your face contact. No plastic on the car seats. Not wearing gloves or masks. No disinfection in the their offices or the customer’s cars. Even though I was wearing a mask, they made no effort to respect social distancing or any sort of safe Corona Guidelines. I have a transplant patient at home.. Very scary.

Robert is great. But it took 6 months to fix my Tesla. And when they finally released my Tesla to me. The Tesla was in horrible condition. All my service lights went off. Nothing was working well. Bad body work. Tesla service had to redo work they said they completed. I’m surprised this place is a certified Tesla repair shop.

Kelly and Harry were top notch in handling my concerns. They treated my car like their own and the precision and details were perfection! Kelly always helps me make sure to everythjng is handled timely. Make sure to ask for Harry and Kelly for all your needs!!

Let me start by saying that David Lubelsky, Dimmitts Collision Consultant is a great guy to work with. About two months ago I had somebody back into my new truck with a box truck. I never had used Dimmitt Collision before but I seen that they built a new facility near my office. So I looked them up on line and seen that this place is amazing inside. So I said to myself that this place only works on very high end cars and will be very expensive. So I drove over to Dimmitt Collision to get a estimate. When I arrived I was greeted buy a very friendly receptionist. After that I was introduced to David. David looked at my truck and reassured me that my truck would look just as good as it did before the accident. The estimate they gave me was very fair. So I decided to have them do the repairs. Man ..... I was so glade I did. My truck came out just the way I bought it from the dealership. I could not of been happier. It was perfect. David kept me up to date during the whole process. I forgot to mention that when I dropped my truck off at their facility David had Enterprise pick me up with a rental truck as well. The service with David and the staff at Dimmitt was so great. That when one of my employees had a minor accident with one of my customers cars in our parking lot the first person I thought to call was David. I called David on a Saturday 45 minutes before they closed for the day. He answered my call and also told me to bring my customer and the vehicle over so he could look at it. These guys are liars and thieves. Unfortunately it took me this long to figure out what theyre really about. I got in the car wreck a few years ago and I took it to the shop and they told the insurance, they took care of all my problems. Fast forward a little bit I got into another car wreck when I took it to the body shop they said from the prior accident nothing was ever repaired they even had their markings of what needed to be repaired and what didnt. Do yourself a favor take your car somewhere else.

Really disappointed in this business. My 52 year old mother recently broke down in their parking lot( her radiator blew) and she was there for almost 2 hours waiting for a tow truck. Employees of the establishment looked through the window but no one was curtious enough to offer her help, or to come inside(it was cold this day). What happens to decency and being a good person. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this location and am truly disappointed that not one man had a heart to help an old woman out. Shame on you Dimmit automotive service.

I cannot give them anymore stars since my Bentley GTC was returned without the work completed. My trunk was repaired and the collision center returned my car and did not fix the stress crack in my trunk caused by faulty bolts. When I sent it back they said it was not noticed when originally there and they just downplayed the situation. The manager of the service department seemed to blow off the situation too. Now I have to get the manufacture involved and perhaps litigate. It can’t be more obvious that this was part of the original issues caused by bolt failure. I get things get missed but stand by your work. You are a Certified Bentley Collision Center!

Never buy a McLaren if exotic features like a radio that works every time is important to you.This isnt fun to write, because the people I have dealt with are good and diligent in their work. But, at some point you are the product you sell and if it is a bad product no amount of customer service excellence will overcome it.I am on my 2nd McLaren. I bought a used 650 and then a new 570 GT. I will never buy a McLaren again. The electronics are the buggiest piece of tech I have ever come across. I have video documentation of the radio just not working A LOT.Barring a major wreck, I think it is a reasonable expectation for a car sold in 2017 to have a radio that works every time you power it on. McLaren can not provide such a radio. Through 2 cars I have experienced this. I figured with my first one, Hey this is a new company there will be a learning curve. Well I was right, I just didnt know how steep a curve making sound come out of a speaker would be and as of the 2017 570 GT McLaren still can not accomplish this sonic trick.But, McLaren wouldnt leave not consistently playing music to be the only bug. No you always get more than you expect with McLaren and so to compliment the lack of music......sometimes you get trapped in your McLaren. Not figuratively (like no one will buy it from you because it is a buggy piece of electronic garbage) but literally you are trapped and have to pull this emergency ripcord located over your left shoulder by the seat belt in order to get out of the car. You know who I suspect puts an emergency ripcord in their car? People that know they have a problem with their electronics that control ingress and egress from the car they built.To be fair the car is a marvel in every other way. The engine, handling and feel are a dream. So if you just want it for the track, dont mind the rare ripcord pulling exit and/or you are cool with lugging a portable speaker with you then it might be the car for you. I am weird and just want the radio to work.....EVERY TIME. So it is isnt for me I guess.Now why should McLarens failure reflect on Dimmitt?Dimmitt never mentioned to me I might be buying a car with a roulette wheel of a media center and the occasional unplanned Escape Room feature that locks you in the car and so my review reflects what I can only assume they had to know was an issue that they did not share.I have shared these issues with Matt Jones the sales rep numerous times via text and while I certainly feel I have his sympathy what I dont have is any permanent solutions. The plus side is I have relatively few miles on it because since the radio works inconsistently I end up not driving the damn thing ;-)

Ive only used the service department, but theyve always been fair and great to work with. No high pressure sales of unnecessary repairs. Its a dealership, so it costs money, but they get the job done right and with genuine parts.

Personally I have never purchased a car from these people purchased a new Aston Martin from South Florida.. had a flat tire so I had to pay a tow truck $260 to tow it here and they refused my vehicle. I guess the dealership and a family member have a difference so they do not associate with each other. So I guess they are putting me in the predicament as well just because I’m related to the guy. So beware these people are children, prideful and very rude and have very bad business practice. I’ll be reporting them to the Florida Attorney General after my experience.
