I had my SUV here for repair. Every day I was emailed an update if the status. They were waiting for a door to come in from the manufacturer and it took a few weeks because everything in this world is taking time with no one working. I was updated daily. I honestly think the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend them. Also just on a side note my insurance company gave me eight other places to go that couldnt get me in for more than a month. When I contacted service King they got me in and a week to get everything started. I cannot say enough about how awesome they are.
I made arrangements thru Allstate Insurance. Service King is one of their preferred providers. Booking the appointment took about 2 minutes. I took my car to Service King at 9:00 AM and was promptly greeted by the store manager. We looked at the damage and he electronically provided all documents necessary to begin the repairs. About 5 minutes later a car pulled up from Enterprise Care Rental and after a short trip to their facility I was on my way home. Great car by the way. I received a text message the following morning stating my car was done. I was stunned so I called Service King who confirmed my car was ready. Wow, a total of 24 hours. I dropped the rental car off at Enterprise and they too me back to Service King. I inspected my car with the service manager. The work was expertly completed and my car looked great and had been washed and vacuumed. After going over the care guide, I was on my way. ALL VERY SEEMLESS! I gave Service King 5 stars; they deserved each and every star!
Service king did an excellent job at repairing my car following an auto accident. They were very easy to work with, kept me up to date with great communication and my car was actually ready a day earlier than expected. They were also wonderful at helping me with my rental car. They also cleaned my car so it looks better than ever when I picked it up. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent collision repair shop. They did a thorough accurate estimate. I received timely text messages with info on status of the job. The repairs were done and my car was ready on the day promised. The car looks better than ever.
Superior service. First, the personnel couldn’t have been nicer or more courteous. Second, the job was done in an amazing timely manner. Third, the repair to the fender is flawless. There is no evidence of the previous damage. I highly recommend their services.
Overall it was a positive experience. My SUV and another SUV backed into each other in a parking lot. The back bumper and rear light assembly were damaged. There was minor damage to the lift gate. The repair was excellent. There is no way to tell that the SUV was in an accident. The customer service was excellent. Very friendly and communicative. The only area of dissatisfaction was the cost. The initial estimate was $750, the final cost was over $1,500. One reason was that they missed the minor tail gate damage in the original estimate. Another reason was that the original estimate included after market parts which they could not find and had to purchase OEM parts at higher prices. I understand that these things happen, but they could have shaped my expectations better.
Service King repaired my Hyundai Genesis that was rear ended. Front office staff was great. Very prompt, always answered the phone, upfront and honest, provided timely and frequent updates, and always met their time lines and commitments to call back or have work completed. The techs did a great job on the bumper and trunk repairs. Paint matched exactly and everything looked brand new. All around, very pleased with Service King in Oldsmar and would use them again.

Wanted to get an estimate on some light damage done by my apartment complex on my Lexus. Drove up and called the number listed on the door for someone to come out to do an estimate. First, I had to get 3 estimates for my complex to approve the work so I know for this light damage it took both other shops not even 15 mins to write. There was one car outside with an estimator already when I pulled up. Called the number and the gentleman wasnt the friendliest and told me he has appointments coming in and I would have to wait for 45 mins. I understand completely the appointments but literally there was not one other car there than the one that was being looked at. In addition, it’s just a front bumper repair on my Lexus, not a 45 min estimate. I also made an inquiry online for an appointment and over a week later someone called me about it. At that point it’s no bother to even use the shop. For my third attempt I used the online estimate where I take pictures and submit. This was great, easy, and I could make comments. What’s not so good is the estimate comes to $200 more than the second highest and includes things such as “covid charge” for $25. Why is there a $25 charge for covid? Seems like they are taking advantage of the situation by charging unnecessary fees. Based off these experiences I will not go here.

Its not necessarily a great thing when you need to turn your car over for repair, but I honestly cant think of a better team or company to turn to, should I ever need it again. The repairs were perfect... everyone friendly, communicative and transparent. Without hesitation, Ive already referred them couple times already.

Hope not to have another accident but if it happens Ill use them again. Also very impressed with the COVIS-19 precautions they have in place.

My car was hit while it was parked when i was out of town. The insurance company gave me a list of businesses by my house. Let me tell you at 1st I was so nervous selecting another place but the dealership. From the moment I called when I pulled up, it was easy, smooth and amazing. Ynissa was so sweet. I was worried about the paint of my car not matching she explained the process and the amount of time it normally will take. When I dropped off my car for repair I jumped right into the rental they had there waiting for me! I had an accident, another vehicle sideswiped me. Damage wasnt that bad. This place was one of those all inclusive shops that worked directly with my insurance carrier. Very convenient. I dont really like using these places, cause theyre just looking out for your insurance companies interests, not yours. But, I brought there anyway. Customer service on a scale of one to ten, was a nine. Quality of work, was a six. Integrity and honesty, is two. They did a decent job taking out the dents. The paint job in my opinion came out horrible. Its faded, cloudy and has deep swirlmarks all over the side they worked on. During the day its slightly less noticable, but at night it looks really bad. Two of my rims were supposed to be replaced, all they did was repair the scratches and paint the rims. But, they did tell me they were new. I didnt notice this til much later. The only reason I took a closer look was, because they just happened to have painted the rims a slightly different color than they were originally. I work alot and its a tremendous inconvenience to have to deal with this. Thats the reason I decided to write this review. I should have taken it to the dealership. They always do better work. I have discussed these issues with a Manger who stated he was going to get back to me on when to fix the problems. That was 4 days ago, no one has attempted to contact me.Update: So they wrote that reply here. They sound so concerned. They also sent me a lengthy email basically defending themselves they did their work the way they were supposed to. Still havent called to at least look at my car and finding out whether my complaints were valid. The problems with my vehicle are fairly minor But to this day(15 days later) they still have yet to contact me back to set up an appointment. They know exactly who I am because they read the 1st review and on the next day i immediately got an email from the manager. He knew exactly who I was. They charged my insurance company for fixing the problems that they never fixed. They did a horrible rush paint job on my vehicle

Ive been trying to decide how to rate my experience here. On one hand, everyone I worked with was very kind and we did eventually sort everything out. But, on the other, it took several attempts to remedy my problems, which because Tesla seemingly only works with this particular Service King for paint work in the Tampa area (I live near South St. Pete), was a massive inconvenience for me. I do wish that more care was given to the quality of the work. The paint quality itself seems fine, but there were instances of blemishes in the paint, like runs, bubbles/trapped dirt. My car is white, so these things are hard to spot, and indeed it took me until I cleaned my car (when I give my car a very thorough look in good quality light, most of the time I was picking my car up at dusk so couldnt see that well) before I would find the issues, but it really shouldnt be my job as the consumer to have to pick over every inch of the work - being a professional shop, they should have the correct lighting gear and procedures to check each car out.One other issue that I had but didnt bring up, when I would check on my car while it was on their lot, I noticed the car was left every night with the door unlocked. It may have been unlocked for several nights while outside - I didnt start monitoring the car until the 3rd night into service. I wouldnt be concerned about this while the car is indoors, but based on the GPS info, it appeared to be outside in their lot while unlocked. I then went in every night and locked the car myself because, even if its behind a gate, and even though the car shouldnt be able to be stolen while no key is present, I didnt want to take the chance that someone would try to steal components from the car or otherwise mess with it. I do wish they made sure to lock up their cars before closing for the night.

These guys did an awesome job on my Scion after it was hit. Not only did they erase the damage, but they went above and beyond to communicate with me during the process. Their office staff was very friendly. The lobby was clean, and even had a little coffee area. Too bad they only do collision repair because if I ever found a place for regular auto maintenance that had half the positive vibes of this place, I would be a regular customer!

I am very sentimental about my car, because it is the last car my husband bought before he passed away. I also had never had to deal with a repair of this nature, but Jackie and Shannon were kind and helpful from the moment I walked into the door, throughout the entire process. They were careful to answer any questions that I had, and just made me feel comfortable. I was leaving on a trip, and Jackie even helped me move luggage from my car to my transport service. Repaired my vehicle in a timely period and very professional
I damaged my Ram 1500 and had to get the front bumper, grill, and a few other things replaced completely. Took it here since it was close to home.After going through everything, I was given an estimate of $3,600 for the repair. I was paying out-of-pocket, so not too happy about it, but the price was appropriate for the work needed, so I approved it.A few days later, they called me back to say the repair was almost complete, and that they were able to get it done for only $3,200!They voluntarily knocked $400 off the estimated amount without my asking for it because they were able to get it done cheaper. I probably would not have known if they had simply charged the extra $400. The straight-forward honest dealing was a happy surprise.As for the work, youd never know it wasnt the original. Perfect in every way. They also cleaned the entire car inside and out before I picked it up which was a nice little bonus after a big expensive problem!
I had a great experience at Service King on tampa road. My cars front fender as well as the side quarter panel was pretty banged up. An employee named Ian took care of me. He had great customer service. Also the guys fixing my car did great, she looks good as new and it was done in the expected time frame.

They do great work! I just bought a Chrysler 300 3 weeks ago it came with bubbles in the clear coat which Fitzgerald Chrysler who I bought it from sent it to creative to fix. There were about 4 medium sized bubbles. They completely fixed it and its unrecognizable now cant tell these bubbles were there at all. Nice work really impressed and would recommend them forsure!
Scheduled appointment with their national office which you have to call. Then, called up to ask question at the service office and was told they would not honor the appointment because they were too busy. Are you serious? Went to Roberts Collision Center instead where they fit me in faster and did a great quality job for less money!!!

Dave at Creative Body Works not only patiently and professionally talked with me about the work that I needed done, but then blew me away with the results! They matched the paint perfectly and the job was done in a short time frame. In this day and age of poor customer service and shoddy craftsmanship this business really stands out from the rest and gives you EXCELLENT service AND an outstanding final product. These guys are liars and thieves. Unfortunately it took me this long to figure out what theyre really about. I got in the car wreck a few years ago and I took it to the shop and they told the insurance, they took care of all my problems. Fast forward a little bit I got into another car wreck when I took it to the body shop they said from the prior accident nothing was ever repaired they even had their markings of what needed to be repaired and what didnt. Do yourself a favor take your car somewhere else.

My car was in an accident, and because Creative Body had 5 stars and was recommended by State Farm, I brought my car to them. After 3 weeks, I was told that my car was fixed and ready to go. When I came in to pick up my car, the paint was chipped along one of the doors, one of the windows would not go up or down, the bumper was not installed properly, and my stereo was broken. I was then told I could leave it there for additional repairs, which is upsetting seeing as I drove an hour to pick up my allegedly finished vehicle. The body shop then told me that the stereo was not their issue/fault and they would not repair it. In my experience, if you break something, you should fix it or cover the expense. My stereo worked perfectly post-accident and the 6 years prior to that that Ive owned the vehicle. So now, I have a car that plays no music. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone, as they are not trust worthy with your vehicle in their hands nor do they inspect their work prior to giving you the green light to come pick up your car. If you care about your vehicle, there are several better more reputable places who would be glad to fix your vehicle and not break things along the way.
Now Service King - new name with the same terrible staff from two years ago.Creative showed promise: recommended by State Farm as being THE Jeep Wrangler experts in Tampa and by a friend who had work done to his Porsche many years prior. my experience was the exact opposite of my friends. for my repair, Dave Bailey was terrible about meeting the deadlines he promised, terrible at updating me on progress, terrible at listening/understanding my issues with his staffs awful repairs, and fought me so hard to deny his/their incompetence (twice) that i gave up and negotiated with State Farm to allow me to complete the work myself ...luckily, i was smart enough to start keeping detailed notes/pics at the first sign of problems.the first time i went to pick up my finished vehicle, i found: new windshield had a large chip in the middle of the passengers view; body panels not properly aligned; replacement door damaged (salvaged/used, but not inspected prior to paint); fisheye paint on a panel; a dent in a panel that did not have a dent prior; panel repainted, but not repaired; door seals not reinstalled; damaged parts that had not been replaced (hood hinges and roll cage - the reason the aforementioned body panel alignment was off).Dave denied all issues except for the windshield chip and continued to make sorry excuses until a State Farm rep stopped in to see the repairs. i later concluded that Dave assumed i hadnt a clue about this sort of work and that i had never turned a wrench in my life. i believe he thought he could talk his way out of doing the work over. frustrated with his attitude and total lack of empathy, i wanted to take my Rubicon elsewhere. State Farm convinced me into reluctantly giving Dave Bailey and his guys another chance with the promise of their best work ever...the second attempt: hinges were bent back (totally ridiculous and completely inaccurate) rather than replaced, so body lines were still not true; only a small part of the roll cage was replaced when the main part of the roll cage had been tweaked nearly 1.5 inches; cross-threaded bolts (3 total - inexcusable); convertible top installed incorrectly and parts missing; primer showing on fender due to possible masking mistake prior to paint. this time, State Farms district rep had been sent to check Creatives repairs and agreed that the results were unsatisfactory. i took the vehicle, completed the repairs myself, and was reimbursed for parts and labor by State Farm.Creative had the vehicle for about 3 months. the project was on hold at one point because Creative could not locate one of the replacement parts. so i took it upon myself to source the part and get reimbursed - it only took a couple of hours. 20 years of experience and he was asking me for tips on acquiring parts when i delivered it to him. there were several times he would call to ask me questions a second (and third!) time because he forgot the answer and didnt write it down.bottom line: Dave Bailey no longer takes pride in a job well done.
I know my aunt and uncle well. Perfection is thier expectations. Nothing less has ever been exceptable. Just notice how clean their shop is to competitors.
