Customer service is some of the best I have ever used. Everything is done in a quick and timely manner. I highly recommend and will continue being a customer.

I rarely leave reviews but I decided to because of the negative ones. I have never had issue with this company. Every interaction I had was helpful, timely and professional. They were upfront with me from the beginning and guided me without any bulls***. I for one am a happy repeat customer as long as they keep up the excellent service i got the last few times.

New company but very knowledgeable. We’ve had 3 separate shops troubleshoot our system with no luck before calling Kamp Aero. Brian drove 5 hours to our hangar from and arrived before 9am. The problem was fixed before noon. Highly recommend for maintenance services.

Unrelaiable company, they sell spares at a lower price list. then they abusively use your shipping accounts to their inbound freights without authorization, in addition using our accounts for their customers shipment. be aware of doing business with them.

KampAero are scammers and used car salesman. They sell stuff way above pro rate and when you agree to pay their price they will bounce you between their 3 sales reps and keep raising the price up. None of them keep their word. Never dealt with a company like them before.

I Called for Rotor Blades for a Bell 206B model helicopter and he had some low time blades (3/4 life) available. After 2 or three phone calls confirming that he had them and quoting me a price ($125,000) that was already considerably above a prorated list price ($105,000) of new blades I told him that I would take them and to send me an invoice along with pics if available. I then told him how bad I needed them because I had AOG. Brian sounded like he actually felt bad for me and would get that to me ASAP. I received the invoice a couple hours later and the price was roughly $13,000 more than quoted. After checking with him to see if it was a typo he said because they were high in demand that his boss would not let them go for the quoted price.. Brian tried to get me to still buy them by knocking off $4000. Absolutely no INTEGRITY with Brian! I have since heard that I am not the only one they have done this too! BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THEM AND QUOTES OVER THE PHONE!
