KC Rug Cleaning and Repair were fantastic. The pickup and delivery made this so easy. I took a chance and bought a vintage Karastan on eBay. When it arrived, it was in good shape, but there was a dark haze over 25% of the rug and the fringe was mucky. I am thrilled with the post-cleaning results! I wish I had saved a before photo to show the difference. The dark haze is gone, and the fringe is clean. The entire rug is more plush. I will definitely use them again for routine cleans and to give new life to beautiful old rugs.

What a great experience! I found Kansas City Rug Cleaning and Repair online while looking for a place to clean some area rugs. We communicated conveniently via text and scheduled a pickup. They came out and got the rugs, gave me a very reasonable price quote, and brought them back a couple of weeks later. Both rugs look practically new - nicer than Ive ever seen because we got them secondhand. I was very satisfied with the value for the service and the professional interactions with the people. The results are great, the time it took was reasonable, they picked up and delivered, and they did it all as they said they would. Something that is increasingly more difficult to find today.

I was able to work directly with Travis, who was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I actually had to have a clients rug cleaned as we spilled something on it by mistake. Travis and the guys were able to put my mind at ease after inspecting the rug and then follow through with that and restored the rug back to its original condition. I will continue to use them for all future rug cleaning and repair!

Fantastic customer service service from pick up to drop off. Rug is spotless and smells like new. Also had it scotch guarded for a minimal fee. Saved a rug I thought was ruined by our new rescued dog. Dog urine had saturated all the way through in several spots. After they cleaned it even the back is stain free. We have at least two more rugs that we will be sending their way. Their website was helpful with informative videos showing parts of their cleaning process. Definitely more than we can do with our Hoover carpet shampooer and natures miracle at home.

Although they provide pickup/delivery, they were accommodating and let me drop off my rug. The rug was an old Bijar that had a cat urine stain and something in the fringe that was at least a decade old. After two weeks they called and said it was ready to go! It looks fantastic and the stuff in the fringe is almost completely gone!! I would recommend this company for any rug you might have.

I made the mistake of buying a floor sample rug that was made of Viscose - after reading about how difficult Viscose is to clean and care for, I called many different cleaning companies to get quotes. Kansas City Rug Cleaning and repair was the only one that demonstrated on the phone that they understood how to clean Viscose correctly. They did an amazing job. It was more expensive than other companies but they do it right. Also convenient that they pick it up and drop it off!

Professional and honest! The fringes on my rugs were in such bad shapes that I asked them about replacing or removing them. When they called me about picking up the rugs, they told me the fringes were looking much better and recommend me to keep them. My rugs are looking great and I really like that they do not try to sell me something I do not need.

They cleaned an olevin beige centered rug with darker border pattern, indoor outdoor rug that had been under the dining table for a few years and despite multiple scrubbings, it finally was just too stained to keep using. I took it to Kansas City Rug and they cleaned it beautifully. Looks like new. $80--eso less expensive than getting a new rug. I hope that the clean will last--that the finish will be somewhat stain resistant. It is now in the living room. I plan to have them clean a Turkish carpet next.

The guys are great to work with and were very patient walking me through the various options I had to repair damaged corners and fringe. In the end I was extremely pleased with the results of the repairs. The only thing I was disappointed in was the inability to remove pet stain discoloration. It would have helped to know up front that this might happen because the rug was wool.
