Not bad. Installations look a bit tired. Lots of stuff on shelves including fresh veggies which looked good. Found frozen cranberries!! Interesting set of papers/info on different health issues in front at entrance. There are 5 wifi signals inside (for employees etc) but none for lowly customers...

This is one of my favorite natural food and supplement stores in entire city.

Absolutely love this store, and this one specifically. I love the calm and quiet atmosphere, the helpful employees and how they have everything I need and more, always. Coming here is one of my favorite things to do because the vibe of the whole store just makes me so happy and relaxed. Everyone who works here is beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Love this store. Will forever come back.

Great prices for packaged bulk foods and ingredients. Employees are happy, smiling and helpful in their suggestions. Also, I was walking around with my arms full about to drop my chosen items on the conveyor belt for check out, when the cashier asked if I needed a basket. Yes, I could look over an area more thoroughly for the best choice instead of grab, I answered. Wonderful ☺️

The store always has really helpful staff that are helpful without being intrusive. The store is well stocked and neatly organized. Its great for a quick trip or for a larger grocery shopping trip.

My grandson helped me leave this review. I was doing my weekly shop when I noticed a tall female employee talking rudely to a coworker near the registers. When I later got back up front to check out, I looked at her name tag and I believe that her name is Jolene. She was friendly to me, but I was soured on my experience due to her treatment of her fellow workers. I was also appalled that the customers arent expected to wear masks. I have a heart condition. When I asked a different worker, bless his heart, he seemed uncomfortable, as if he wasnt allowed to tell the customers to pull their masks up. I will not be returning to this location!

I cant give much of a review. I only go there to purchase chicory root coffee. The only place that sells it in this area that I know of.

Friendly staff and a stunning selection of healthy foods.

I like the Olathe grocers. The people are friendly and they jave a lot of things I like to buy like Morello Cherry preserves, Tuckers honey, goats milk, Kerry Gold butter, organic bananas, and a wide selection of Amys low-sodium soups. They also have the Solaray oil of oregano tablets I take. I shop there regularly .

Friendly, helpful, and lower priced than Whole foods. Very clean restrooms. Weve depended on this store for years.

Carley is the nicest worker Ive ever met here! I had lots of questions about essential oils and I could tell that she rly knows her stuff. I wish they werent some expensive though.

It is good that the staffs are nice but I am a bit concerned to go get the groceries when the store doesnt mandate wearing the masks.

Great food options, but they never enforce masks. It seems like every time we go, almost every shopper is maskless.

Organized, clean and stocked well. The employees are helpful without being up in your face about it. Sanitization station at the entrance of the store and employees sanitizing the check out area between customers keeps the chance of cross contamination low.

Cool place to shop.

Daughter is allergic to some foods, at Natural Grocers dont usually have any problems in getting what is needed. Staff HAS always been very kind, polite and knowledgable if I have questions about a product.

This is my favorite grocery store in the healthy grocery store class of stores. The prices are better than at whole foods although I do think there is less of a selection. They also have a lot of cool things they offer in addition to being a store (recipes, classes, nutritional advice, etc.) The lines are never long and there are always people available to answer questions!

The store is smaller than other Natural Grocer locations, but it is still far superior to the Whole Foods that is located across the street.Their produce department looks well maintained and properly sourced, they have a decent supplement department, their bulk spices are significantly superior and less expensive than their competitors, and you cant beat their pricing on eggs if you are an NPower member.The store always looks clean and the employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.My only complaints are the food selection in the store as well as limited fresh meat options (almost everything is frozen). And, I wish this location was larger like the ones in Lenexa, Lawrence, and Liberty. If it was larger, I would shop here more often.

Its smaller than some of the others, so some sections have fewer options, but its very nice. Its always clean when I go there (which is at least once a week to refill my water jugs since it is the cheapest place to do so). The staff are super friendly and helpful!!

This is the best natural grocery store. Unlike the competitors, Natural grocers only has organic produce, they have a better skincare/beauty selection, they sell less junk food and they have better prices. The produce is never rotting like other grocery stores get sometimes

Reasonable Selection, understaffed, customers are not a priority. After spending quite some time looking around for items I needed, just when I was about to give up and leave. . .I found a worker in the produce section. I was asking him for helping and explaining the various things that I needed. The produce manager walks up, looks at me, and steps between the two of us to start giving him instructions. I said something to the effect of are you kidding me? I have been looking for someone to help me for 20 minutes. . . . her response, I am not going to take him away. . .and she keeps talking to him while i stand and wait. It was only shear determination not to have to re-find all my purchases at another store that prevented me from dumping my shopping bag at her feet and walking out. I will not be back to this location. The produce guy and the cashier were both friendly and tried to be helpful.

Wonderful store. I bought supplements for my son there. I couldnt find one particular product and was ready to leave, when cashier stopped me and asked if I need any help. First of all, he gave me full description of some products, suggested some to choose from, and even offered discount on some of them. I left with the product I was looking for, very satisfied with the service! Thank you!

I like Natural grocers. They have nice selection of various products. I dont have to worry about if im.getting organic produce since they thats all they carry. They tend to be more careful about their supplement quality.They also have good sales. Generally very friendly helpful stores.

Awesome place for organic and healthy food. Prices are better than most places. Beats Whole Foods. They dont have quite as much food selection as Whole Foods. They DO have a selection of vitamins that is unmatched in Kansas City. My go to place for healthy food choices at great prices.

4.5 Stars! I love this store, everyone is so helpful, they have much better prices than Whole Foods on supplements and a much better selection. I love that all the produce is organic, even if the selection is limited. Its great that every facet of products is top notch and you dont have to worry about unsustainable or questionable farming practices from produce to meats and dairy. I know everything I buy is supporting good practices and has more nutritional value without unnecessary additives/toxins than conventional foods. My only wish is that it was a bigger store like in Mission or Overland Park, they have a larger selection in every department.I knocked one star because of their entire staff Ive encountered there is one employee I cringe when I see him at the cash register. I dont know his name, but he always acts like hes inconvenienced with every swipe across the reader. He rolls his eyes and sighs the entire time, hes never once been pleasant in any way despite my efforts to be cheerful. Even my husband was like, whats with that guy? when we walked out, could be worse man, you could be shoveling poo. Thankfully not loud enough for him to hear. :) We all have off days, but its so consistent that I actually havent been in as much because by the end of the day when I leave the office around 6:30-7:00pm after a soul-crushing day, not feeling welcome when walking into the grocery store is drama that I dont need. A little more training in customer service might go a long way.

All organic and natural. Great array of options for minimal/no chemical cleaning supplies, hair and skin care, raw nuts (which can be very difficult to find) and an exhaustive selection of vitamins and minerals.

Natural Food Grocers is the best! Reasonable prices on vitamins and food, a helpful staff, and great selections make this health food store in a class by themselves. After years of spending big money at other healthy stores, I was elated when NFG moved into Olathe. I have been a loyal shopper since. Thanks!

Im definitely a big fan of Natural Grocers. I especially like buying my bulk there. Most of the bulk is organic which just makes my day.I usually buy a cart or two of bulk for my pantry and food storage. I get really excited when I find something there that I dont have in my pantry already.There is a nice selection of different organic flour choices in bulk as well... Almond, Soy, Kamut, Brown Rice, Coconut, Cashew, Blue Corn, Oat,... Plus, they have a great selection of nuts and energy mixes/snacks in the cooler too.The herbal and vitamin section is very nice and expansive, and you can get some bulk in this area too.One of my key likes is that you can get stuff here that you will never find in the big box or so called supercenter grocery stores.I would like to see more Keto/Paleo options come into the store. Not everyone in this family indulges in the same lifestyle meal choices. A little extra help for the house chef would be a big help.
