I dont really care for this self checkout stuff. I drive a tow truck and dont expect anyone to load their own vehicle for me! Store is great though and the staff is always eager to help(you at the self check) lol

Convenient location with good handicap accessibility including always charged and well working scooters. Long term efficient and friendly employees (shout out to my favorite cashier Gail). Produce department does an excellent job of keeping this area stalked with fresh product. Best collard greens in town!

Been shopping at this Price Chopper since they built it years ago.People are friendly and Helpful.Many of the employees have been there. For a long time.They are Good People.The manager was very hard working and said hi when I shopped there.He was promoted to a new store so I dont see him as much.Once in awhile ill.see him when hes at the Olathe location.AND BY TJE WAY THEY HAVE FAIR PRICES AND SOME OUYSTANDING SALES EACH WREKI LOVE MY PRICE CHOPPER..

Poor customer service. Couldnt get anybody to go find help me find something more than point their finger and say it might be in row 6 or whatever. Low selection. Sale items sold out. Prices higher than another store at another location. Its all for now.

The store itself is pretty good. Lots of variety, but higher prices. The little restaurant and the salad bar are quite impressive! The salad bar is HUGE! I will definitely come back here to try all sorts of yummy stuff!

Friendly staff and there is a good selection of items on sale there most of the time

PC was clean and staff courteous. This was a quick shopping trip, but I didnt have an issue finding anything and shelves were well stocked, which isnt always the case on a Sunday morning. I do wish they had a smaller cart option when a basket isnt enough but you also dont need a full truck load. I know other grocery stores in the area have that option.

I have noticed on my last 3or 4 visits to this store, that this is a very clean store. Good job!!!!

New Years eve not a black eye pea insight. I follow among the quiet place I see diet coke on sale score. To the wonder place we go thru the aisles of festive and mask faced crew ever so jolly. Though you cant see there face but you can feel there festive cheer all throughout the store.

This is absolutely the friendliest store in town!! I love shopping at Price chopper on K7 Highway in Olathe. It is always a very pleasant experience because everyone is so nice and helpful. Manager Rob sets the tone for the store, he greets people in a warm and welcoming way, so employees do the same! It is always clean, and arranged in a manner that it is very easy to shop. I could make the choice to shop anywhere in Olathe, but I choose this store because it is the absolute best!!!

They got new self checkout stands and those are great. But the fact thier employe was watching so close I could literally reach out and touch him. I know he’s doing his job but be mindful of people’s personal bubble.

Employees do not enforce mask policy for patrons. Patron without mask was allowed to shop while several employees saw and were notified of the situation.An average but solid location. Generally well stocked and youre likely to find what you need even if its not quite what you wanted.Not a lot of selection for many foods (non-dessert bakery like buns and rolls, donuts, dried fruits, nuts, dried meats, classic style campbells soup, and beef cuts to name a few).Prices are slightly higher than some very close alternatives.Self-checkout stations are very finicky (need a lot of time to register weight changes in the bagging area) and can be frustrating to use if you have a lot of items.

Fully stocked, even on the weekends! Friendly staff. Good layout with plenty of room for the shopping carts.

I have shopped here for 20 years. It was my safe place to shop during this crazy pandemic. Until yesterday. There were 2 people shopping wearing nothing but face shields. These are only supposed to be worn in addition to masks, not instead of. Five shoppers were wearing their masks around their necks, another 4 had them under their noses, and the 2 men behind me in the checkout line had no masks. There is a sign on the door saying they are required. When I mentioned to the young man at customer service that their requirements were not being followed, he shrugged. Perhaps thus explains why the numbers are skyrocketing. If youre not part of the solution Price Chopper, you are definitely part of the problem.

Always a clean store. Employees are always very friendly and willing to help you find what you need.

They have the RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had. They never ever smile they never greet me with a hello at the register but they will the person in front of me but not me, they must not like brown people to much. So my experience is not a good one when I shop your store.

Depending on items the prices are cheap, i like that they stock salt free chips. Unfortunately on my last visit meat stocker was listening to Conservative radio at a loud volume. Not really interested in being exposed to alt right talk shows at 6 am.

I usually don’t like coming here because the customer service isn’t always the greatest, but today I experienced the best customer service from Jane. She was polite said hello and told me to have a nice day!! This is what customer service is all about. She should be in charge of training staff!

I live very close to this Price Chopper. I do shop here often but they do need to keep up on quality. The produce and meat section is sketchy. Not only that, I always check the dates of everything I purchase as dates are expired or close to. Ive purchased items in the past only to get home and notice they are past date.

Very peaceful boomer marketing and there service is the best they helped me find cereal but, now I say it’s ok because they didn’t help me find toilet paper.

I had a good shopping trip to this Price Chopper today. They helped me find an item I hadnt been able to locate at Hyvee or Per Smart. Deli lady was especially nice. A young man helped me to my car since I use a walker at present. I think his name was Gary, he was so helpful and nice!

I only shop their sale items most times. They are overpriced on most non sale items.

The store does smell like raw sewage or spoiled meat at times. Some of the customer service (the cashiers are fine) clerks are not pleasant at all. I notice a huge difference between Mc Keevers and Cosentino’s Price Chopper stores in the meat and produce sections.

Called to see if they carried Tahini. The very nice grocery manager without hesitation told me what isle it was on. I was surprised and impressed! He helped me find it when I went to the store. Wow! I thought customer service no longer existed anywhere.

This location is pretty nice - it was recently updated (within the last couple of years), so its clean and typically well-stocked. Unfortunately, their specialty options for vegans and healthy food in general are sorely lacking. This is especially disappointing since they did recently remodel and I was hoping that would include an up-to-date mindset on their customers preferences. Still, if youre looking for the basics and a little extra youll find what you need here! The shopping area its located in is well-lit and safe during all hours.

This place has gone very down hill the last few years. The people there are nice, but the store leaves much to be desired. It needs an update terribly bad. It often smells like sewage and raw meat when you walk in. They dont have any health food section, although their products have been getting better. Their stock is touch and go. I only go here when its convenient and dont have the time to run across town or dont want to deal with Walmart.

Clean store. Friendly boys helped us out. It was a good visit. The prices seem to be a bit high though on sime items.

The only problem I see is the cutting of labor and the shelves not full and faced because of greedy owners who are only in it for bottom line profit and wouldnt help a customer or fill a shelf if their life depended on it but they will make it the employees fault. Typical greed.

This additional tax will be levied for 15 years or until almost $3 million is levied from the tax. Price Chopper is not required to tell patrons of this extra tax. This additional tax is imposed at nearly all businesses in the Olathe West Market center.

Price chopper has good deals from time to time but I do not shop here on a regular as their prices tend to be a bit high and they got rid of their meat (butcher) department. Overall its a nice store and the employees are friendly.

The deli only had chicken for the protein more choices needs to be done

I was really looking forward to buying some pork cutlets.I went to this store because I thought it was one of the better stores. When I entered the store I noticed it had been redecorated in the dinghy style of the Balls brand stores.When I reached the meat counter I found what was labeled as pork cutlet. It was a pale pink piece of watered down flesh with equal parts gressel and meat. Buy no means a proper cutlet.

Decent selection and good deals if you pay attwntion but they seem to stock the smaller sizes of the items I want. Like Fage 2% yogurt. Probably so they can make more profit when people buy more than 1 of the small sizes.

I dont go there often. But its a very clean. And they have Nice produce.

Its ok works in a pinch. I think prices are a little high and wish we could get a top of the line grocery store in the neighborhood such as Hy-vee. Also they have a decent salad bar but charge you for the container it comes in as its by the pound!

My experience with other price chopper groceries has been just ho hum, but this is a very nice, clean and definitely more upscale grocery than I was expecting. Amazing salad bar and cheese selection!

I have shopped at this location for years and watched it go downhill. Biggest complaint is the meat department. Beware a lot of the meat is old for example the hamburger meat I go to freeze it immediately and its brown on the inside. Watch out for a lot of expired items as well.

You need to employ more cashiers for the after work hours throughout the week and there is never anyone at the Deli Counter. I’m always coming back to Price Chopper but this location needs to up its game a whole lot!!!!

I hate this store. It seems like I always get a cashier that hates their life and wants to spread their desperation around, and their produce selection stinks. If I have a choice, I always go to the one in Lenexa, even though it’s 20 minutes away and this store is only 3.My first visit included being told I looked like I was expecting (I was not expecting). My second visit was on Veterans Day and they were giving away infinitely small pieces of super dry cake to veterans. As a veteran, I went to take one and came thisclose to being accosted by one of the employees who shouted at me that the cake was only for veterans. When I responded that I was one, they demanded proof - which I provided. My brother, also a veteran, didn’t get any pushback for some odd reason. But the damage was done. I sacrifice a goat every fortnight in the hope that the store implodes. Because what the heck, Price Chopper. What. The. Heck.So yeah, I get my milk from literally anywhere else.

I do my grocery shopping there it is very nice and always have fresh fruit thats very good as some places just have the fruit with no tast at all

Only shop here when having a sale on hamburger 1.99lb family pack. Sometimes is fresh and red all the way through when I get home to pre package in 1lb freezer bags. Other times like just recently, it was Paul pink and lots of brown inside :(But more times than not I get good deals when sale items are on. Other than sale,its more expensive than Walmart. But besides getting items on sale,I like to support smaller businesses. So I will continue to shop here for sale items. And the staff is always friendly and helpful

The shelves were thick of dust and twice now ive bought expired products there. Its not clean. Go check out the shelves, theyre is no selection of even headache meds. I will Never go there again. Rude, VERY unclean and expired foods...!! Watch what you buy here. Just gross. HYVEE got my business now.

Not cheap but good meat and choice of products. Pop is expensive. It is what it is. Wal-Mart gets old. Big crowds long lines and their stock runs out before 7:00 pm. P. Choppers is a break from the madness..

Prices arent as good on many things I buy usually next door at Walmart but Im sure they have better prices on some stuff thats always the case. I had difficulty finding what I I was looking for and theres never really somebody to help you but thats kind of the case a lot of places. Trying to give us the prices we want. I am glad that its there so that Walmart isnt my only choice.

Produce is always in a terrible state and for the last month theyve had a horrible raw sewage smell that hits you as soon as you go through the front doors.Please, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SEWAGE SMELL

I have held off for over a year on this review in hopes that things will get better but not much has changed at this store when it comes to customer service. I dread going into this store because the customer service is HORRIBLE each time I go in no matter what time of day or night (except when Gail C and the nice older Hispanic lady are working). Im lucky to find an employee willing to help me find something or check out and when I do, they act like Im a bother. When some of the younger employees finally make an appearance, they seem like they are high with very guilty looks on their faces. One employee, almost ran over me while he was riding on an electric shopping cart with a blank look on his face. He didnt even acknowledge me after I said something. Rarely, does anyone make eye contact or smile. I hope to see more employees like Gail working there and less of the knuckleheads.

Nice place. Friendly employees. Have a place to sit for a hot meal.
