I truly wish I had encountered the professionalism some of the other reviewers rave about, but I did not. Scott Mann was impossible to get in touch with when our fence work was repeatedly delayed and then left unfinished for more than a week. He never returned calls or emails. If we hadn’t been in the middle of the fence job, we would have hired a different company. Lesson learned.PULLED DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE:“Treat every customer in a manner that will bring them back for their next fence requirement.”Too bad they don’t still believe in this. We will never use Mann Fence again.

Mann Fence company recently removed and replaced the fence for my neighbor that lives directly to the south of me. It has been an incredibly wet season and I know that the weather has put them behind their desired production schedule. they had removed the fence and there were no problems with the removal. They also had attempted to put the new fence up and it appeared they decided to wait as my yard was incredibly wet and they likely decided to avoid damage.At some point they decided they couldnt wait any longer. I understand that they needed to complete the project and they did it quickly as they finished it in a day. When I came home I found that the 4 feet of my yard running parallel to my neighbors fence was absolutely destroyed. I did not get a call, a note on the door, or a knock (my wife was home) that they would be in my yard and potentially causing damage. What was grass looked like a mud pit. I called the next day and let them know what happened and the gentlemen I spoke with stated that the project manager for the job would contact me. It has been two weeks and I have not received any contact from them whatsoever. To add to my anger is that when I decided it was finally safe to mow my yard that not only did they destroy my grass, but they also pulled up a portion of my underground fence and just left it exposed. Again, no knock on the door, no call back. I have waited long enough and they have proven they arent concerned so I feel I must resort to other means of homeowner protection to receive any resolution to this matter.

Mann Fence Company is great. Scott was timely and efficient. I definitely recommend them!
