I went to Olathe Trading Post and was offered $100 a piece for some very high end audio pieces. I left discouraged and irritated. Immediately after leaving them I went Heartland pawn on Ridgeview. Was treated very well and was offered a VERY fair price for what I had. Go to Heartland!!

I went here Bc I was recommended by a friend and I’m glad I came I 1st went to a local closer shop to me they were pretty dismissive but heartland literally didn’t have exactly what I needed but went to the back and he got me a different iPad a better quality then what I originally came for ; half the price I expected to pay !! Double check their pricing. Was told some things were being thrown in for free. Even if I was charged for those free items I still got overcharged. They dont provide itemized receipts so I couldnt prove it.

The person handling online firearm auctions is costing the business money. I was interested in several ARs they had listed on an auction site but the pics were terrible. When I requested more details I was told I should just pass on their items. I took their advice and passed on the items and will continue to do so in the future. It looks like everyone else is doing the same - their items all have 0 bids. I sell online as well and it takes just a few minutes to take some pics with a phone and send them. In all my years of online transactions this was a first. Most people actually want to sell their items, not just display them with lousy pictures. The fact that I had bought at least one firearm previously didnt matter either. I guess they have so much money they dont need any more of mine.

Great staff and easy selling experience

I was recently looking at buying AirPods because my wife’s were stolen from her purse a few months ago. While at Best Buy I ran into Jesus, jokingly told him how expensive they were. He gave me his card and I went to the shop a couple days later. Gave me the best experience ever in finding a deal on some fairly new AirPods and helped me make my wife’s day.
