Great guys. My crane manufacturer does not have a dealer near and I had numerous issues with my boom. Jeff and his guys worked with the other shop being it was under warranty and took great care of me.Good group of service guys. I only wish I had purchased my truck there to begin with.

These guys are great to work with. It was an easy process on purchasing a Manitou forklift.

I took my newly acquired bucket truck to CraneWorks to be repaired. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it but I appreciate their best efforts in trying to address the problem. I ended up taking it to Custom Truck One Source and am confident they will be able to fix it.

Not the friendliest bunch. Them folks must hate their jobs? My boss can deal with the rude attitude for now on, lifes to short to deal with that.

If you need a truck go to these guys. Andy, Rick, Don and all the mechanics will bend over backwards to make sure you’ve got everything you need. It doesn’t matter if you’re buying the cheapest truck on the lot or ordering 10 brand new custom builds you will be taken care of 110% every time. These are great people and I plan on buying more trucks from them. Thank you guys I appreciate everything! B
