Pretty much everything you can get to customize your pickup truck, knowledgeable staff and happy to answer questions. My special order was on time and installed soon after arriving to the store.Update 4/27/20. service after the sale..not so much.Less than a week after purchase & installation -problem arose, contacted a customer service representative at the store and was assured a replacement part ($10) would be sent, 6 weeks later I still never received the replacement part so I called again. This time spoke with the manager explaining the situation and issue with the camper shell and was told ball was dropped and replacement part was never ordered. Manager assured me that he would take care of it and give me a return call to let me know when I can get the part.12 weeks after purchase still no part &/or a return call.So I just bought the needed part from a Leer dealer (Not Chux Trux)

Call them looking for a body drop kit and they found what I wanted and when the order comes in install and realign my pickup all at I think is a reasonable price.

Chux Trux is the only place I can trust leaving my air ride magnum to be fixed or worked on. They are really professional at their job and do the very best they they can do to help out on your situation along with going to extreme lengths of making sure you get taken care off. Superb bed liner service! My truck had 4 years of abuse from a tool sled, complete with mounting holes and scrapes. Matt at Chux Trux Olathe got me scheduled for a spray in bed liner. The results are AMAZING. They left all of my drain holes functional, covered up the holes and left me my tie down ports. Tommy did a fantastic job! Give this team a call for all of your truck needs.

It was a great experience from the beginning! Everyone I spoke to from Mark on the phone, to Nicholas my sales guy when I came in, to the gentleman that installed my truck bed cover was fantastic! I apologize for forgetting the installers name because he went above and beyond the Call of Duty. I can tell you he was a taller gentleman with a black beard. Once he installed my cover he had me come back and explained everything and asked me if I had questions and told me about the warranty. Everyone really went out of their way and it was appreciated.

I always have a great time when I come into the Olathe store. I have gotten to know a few of the guys. I can joke with the guys, but the guys are still very professional. Very Poor Customer Service!! I had an appointment set up to have a topper installed on my vehicle. The appointment was for 10:00 am. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited until they opened their shop at 10am. After the initial check in which took about 5-7 minutes I asked how long it would take and I was told about an hour and a half. At 11:30 I went to the counter and asked about my vehicle. The person at the front desk made a phone call and told me they were having trouble wiring the lights and that it would be 30 more minutes.I waited 45 minutes and went back to the front desk to ask about my vehicle. The guy had problems locating my ticket. Then he called the shop. At that point I realized that they had driven my vehicle to some other location to put the topper on. They do not do any work at their store location. I was then given the run around talk with a list of reasons about why it is taking so long. One reason provided is because it is a 2020 vehicle they did not have any experience with it. (2020 Vehicles hit the sales lots in July-August of 2019).Sooooo whatever.I went and sat down and finally at 1:30 PM my vehicle was brought back and I was on my way. Three and a half hours to do a job they told me would take 1.5 hours. I believe that they did not even start on my vehicle until 12:45 when the second call was made to the shop and they were told that I had been there waiting. I may be wrong. But no matter what, it does not take 3.5 hours to install a topper. Especially when the aluminum clamps are used. There are 4 of those and they take about 3 minutes each to install.On a positive note, ascetically it looks like they did a really good job.Sadly having an appointment, setting expectations, and failing to live up to those expectations obviously meant nothing to the staff there. I won’t have them do work on any of my vehicles again.

Everyone at Chux Trux is Outstanding! They were great to work with on everything from ordering my accessories to the day of installation. I had tires and wheels installed and they kept me in the loop on everything they needed to do to my truck. The installer took good care of my truck because I was keeping my old tires and wheels, he put down cardboard inside my cab not to get it dirty and that shows respect to the customer an I really appreciated that from Chux’s employees. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for accessories for your car or truck and I will definitely go back when I’m looking for other stuff for my 2019 Toyota Tundra.

4 Wheel Parts bought Chux Trux. Had appointment for two weeks to repair spray in bedliner fixed from their original mistake. They did the transition until 8 days ago, so in between when we originally scheduled. I get there and 4 Wheel Parts says they will not honor the fix. So now, Im stuck with a bad spray in bedliner after paying full price. Bad business in my opinion.

Went to pick up something for my brother. When he was loading it in my SUV, the guy saw my Weather Tech floor mats were not quite right, and gave me several ideas how to fix the problem. Didnt try to sell me anything, or feed me any lines about it, just because he probably could have gotten away with screwing with some old lady, she wouldnt know any difference. My brother has gone there for stuff several times, and this kind of service is what keeps him going back. We love Chux!

Recently had another occasion to call on Chux for service. AS usual they came thru with flying colors. My dome light burned out (battery operated) and ordered a new one, came in less than a week.I have had a new topper on new 2015 truck - color matched perfectly. I had them install the bed liner rug (Not sure the official name) but love it. They also installed a dome light in the topper (battery operated) which is great. I had a rear lift kit installed for transport of boat and it works great. While waiting for the topper to be installed I happened to see trailer mirrors for when I tow my boat and ordered them - they work great! That is the only problem, when you are awaiting service in the store you will likely see something you can use or need for your truck!!!

Looking for a bug shield for the front of my 2017 Ford F150. Shopped on line for the best rated and price. Get experience over all. I did have a slight problem with the seat heaters coming on in my truck when I started it, but then I was contacted by my local shop that did the install and they told me that that was only if the cabin temp was below 30 degrees which is great. I did test to verify and YES they were correct I must say great job all and outstanding customer service.

Bought several items over the years from Chux and recently had them install a leveling kit and subsequently I purchased a bed cover for my truck. The team is always helpful, helps carry items out and provides good advice when considering upgrades or the addition of accessories. I typically have never had to wait very long for items to come in when ordering and theyre quick to call me when the item arrives. Theyre always my first choice and price their items in a way that its comparable to buying online. However, I just learned that they are offering a lifetime warranty on several items they sell, which is a real game changer.

Matt was awesome. When I called to order floor liners on a Saturday, the system was down. We briefly talked about what i wanted and he said he would call me back. And he did!! He had me send pics to make sure he ordered the right liners. He took great care of me.

I first called on the phone to make sure the floor mats were in stock. The guy that answered the phone was very helpful. I went in to pick up the mats and was helped very quickly, but I did notice that all four guys that were in there working, were giving all the customers their devoted attention. I stopped into trucks trucks of Olathe. Guy behind the counters name was Ivan. Even though he couldnt help me because what I was wanting was on backorder, he gave me several suggestions you help me find what I was looking for. Those suggestions were not anything he was going to make any money off up. One of the other guys behind the counters name was Joe. While Ivan was trying to help me Joe was talking on the phone to a customer was asking Andy even gave his own personal opinion of how he fought the customer would like what he was inquiring about after Joe got off the phone we had a conversation while Ivan was working on the computer. They gave me their opinion of what I was looking for and told me that I probably wouldnt be satisfied even if they did find them. They sent me in a different direction that I hope works out. Its nice to know that when there are people in a customer service related business that they actually do customer service the way its supposed to be done. I believe the other guy behind the counters name was Phil and he answered a couple of my questions as well very thoroughly and with great insight. I went to Chux Trux for some seat covers. You know how most stores are there going to try to sell you the best. They didnt they went to the medium ones which is the Carhartt ones because I was describing him what I wanted. But when I seen the leather ones the custom-built ones I like those and they were very nice and explain it to me the process and how it goes and I can get them customly done any which way I wanted. The staff was very prompt very straight up and on time and every time I called they werent in patient with me. I will shop again at their store. I recommend these people in their services to anyone is wanting to add nice things to the truck.

The bed on my truck was pretty scratched up from the previous owner hauling things. I had just purchased my pickup, and felt it was necessary to fix the bed of the truck. I was considering purchasing a bed liner or bed rug, until the sales associates at Chux Trux told me about their new service of Ultimate Linings Bed Liner. The team at Chux Trux took the time to explain the process of how the liner is applied and what you need to do after the spray on liner is applied. They took off the tie down points, bolts and bed lights, prior to spray and reinstalled them afterwards. The bed of the truck looks great! The team at Chux are very helpful and professional!

Experience was a good one. I bought a set of Aries sidesteps from another vendor and after installing them one of the steps had an awful creek coming from it. I called in and asked the guys if they could take a look at it so I could have their opinion on the matter. After arriving they immediately pulled my truck in and started investigating the sound. After all was said and done the problem was unable to be fixed. But just that fact that they took the time out their day to look it over for me at no cost and were super friendly about the matter meant a lot. Good group of guys there at that shop. Wishing I would have bought my steps there. Once their window tent service is up and running Ill definitely be back.

I have a F150 towing a 33 RV trailer and broke an airline fitting on my truck and hadnt been able.to find a replacement while on vacation visiting family in KC. I called Chux and they had the parts on hand. I was able to fix my air system and get back on the road. Guys in the shop knew exactly what I needed and were ready help.

I have a 2005 Toyota X runner and had a Chux Trux pull cover installed 10 years ago. I thought it was a little loose so I had them check it out. It was not only loose, but the rail was not secured, the drainage tubes were missing. They fixed all this and returned it in mint condition. The staff was very professional, courteous and honest. The service department is just down right awesome. Good service is so hard to find these days but this store has it all. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for anything to accessorize their car with. I have also used their Weather Tech matts in all my vehicles and recently just bought some for my new Range Rover and they were great with that order as well!

Had a trailer hitch and bed liner sprayed in. Bed liner was good work, but they forgot to install the wiring harness for the hitch. I called to store and the manager seem to be interested, but a maybe a little defensive.He ask that I drive out so he could look at the truck and he would make a deal on the harness installation for my troubles.Never saw or heard from him after that. When I got there an hour later The manager was gone to lunch. Multiple phone messages and a week plus gone by but still no return call. So I have given up on getting the harness at Chux as they plan on ignoring this to the end.Bottom line is a mistake was made, but the crew and general work seem fine. Its customer service that needs a lot of improvement.

I spoke with Mark week of December 11th on an installation of a bed liner and cover. He gave me a price and some suggested install dates because I was ready to make the purchase. Told him I had to check my calendar and would call him right back, which I did. When I called back they said he was conducting a interview and they promised a return call. I waited 3 days and never heard back. I found another place in Grandview that had great Google reviews. Got in right away and they did a fantastic job for about $200 less.

Good place to upgrade your vehicle especially pickups

I had called this morning and talked with Joe La fave for mats for my Jeep. I came in and Joe assisted me on the front mats and he ordered me the cargo mat that I pick up tomorrow. I felt I was a pain to ask so many questions that he helped me with. Long story short is Joe cared in helping me and my selections that I purchased a back up camera as well as a remote start with the alarm. I had been on Metcalf and 119th and stopped in at 4 wheel parts and the werent interested in helping me, so I came to Chux Trucks and was helped better than I expected. I will be coming back for my Jeep accessories using Joe as my salesman. I will recommend him to all my friends. Thank you Joe

I went with my husband to pick out wheels. The guy says to me... Is this your truck or his? I thought that was rude! Basically, telling me to buzz off... I believe I have a pretty good taste in wheels and he ended up letting the guy choose after I left. I still say the wide red or blue wheels would have made his truck look baddd a** but again my choice was not an option!!! My Hadmens and womens restroom after waiting 30 minutes the womens restroom was locked and mens was open. Wondering why the manger came out of the womens restroom! My husband stayed I did not. He spent several thousand dollars on a leveling kit wheels floor mats. At least hes happy! Not my favourite place to shop! I will stay clear if he visits the store in the future😎😎😎

Went in here with a friend the other day. They were not enthusiastic that there were customers in asking questions about a $2000 bed cover. They called the supplier about the bed cover and did not even tell him when they could get it in and instead started working with a different customer. There is a big guy in there a beard and pony tail. He is probably the worst of them. I watched him on two different occasions speak rudely about customers. I have had work done by them before but have decided never again. Go just down the road to the Line-x place. They were very helpful and personable there.
