Its been my pleasure to work with the outstanding and professional staff of the Pinnacle Staffing Group for the past several years. The administration has been friendly and helpful and always easy to work with in providing timely invoicing, supporting documentation, and payments. They always show a high level of customer service.

Worst experience ever. I work with them for 6 months no problems or issues. I was doing great. Never thought this was going to happen. But unfortunately they don’t know how to do there job. I was requesting my pay for one day ONLY that I work for on July 12th I waited over 2 weeks to see if I was going to get a direct deposit but never did I called them explain them all they say was I will investigate perfect I waited but then Friday arrive again I saw nothing. Mark & Lisa Galvan had so many excuses one will tell me one thing then lisa another thing. They would never let me speak out they would over talk or wouldn’t listen. They would always say wait let me explain but would never hear me out the fact that I was so frustrated I started to be rude with them. I apologize but whatever they didn’t do in one week I did it in 30 mins! I went over to the customer that I was working for to get my hours confirm. They were so nice and they understood me right away. Something that Mark & Lisa wouldn’t do. Mark was like why would I stop doing my stuff to figure out your hours. But definitely I would never recommend this agency again. Nobody needs to be treated like this. At the end there Manager step out just to tell me it was my fault ! How ridiculous. Thanks after 3 weeks I got my day paid.

The people there are some cold-hearted people they have no empathy at all for no employees when i got hurt at work all they did was yell at me made me feel like this was my fault i got hurt at work... And when i told them that my father was in the hospital with cancer they act like they didnt care at all i wouldnt step foot back in there are have anyone i know to work for them cold-hearted people.

I would like to say that my experience with Pinnacle has not been all bad I went to the Olathe office and spoke with a young lady by the name of Alyson and another young lady by the name of Dulce aka Bruce they were phenomenal they reassured me that they would take care of my needs concerning the time sheet issues and that if I needed them for anything that they would be available to help me with my new journey at my new job location that I will be starting Monday thank you guys so much for all that you do

We hired Pinnacle Staffing Group to help us find an assistant for our real estate group in Scottsdale Arizona. They did a great job at listening to what we wanted and found us a great employee that is exceeding at her job! We have also recently hired them to help us find a recruiter in Scottsdale and are confident they will again come through for us! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for help expanding their staff in Scottsdale Arizona!

Would give it a zero but thats not an option. They screwed up my check twice in 4 weeks. The woman there started screaming at me like a damn psycho. Im going to report her to corporate today. I came in today to get the time slips for the week and after sitting there for 20 minutes she finally stops bullshiting with people in the back telling me that the work order is canceled. Could of told me that way before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

I have always always loved going out in the field and working for this staffing company!! Amazing people and good pay!!

Other that came in after me were called I waited for hours they couldnt find my application.....

Waited to and a half hours to be sent out for work after being told i would be sent out and never was they like to play favoritism with their workers i would not recomend them
