When I arrived I was upset and a little mean, but they were still very friendly and was understanding of my frustration. I just needed a new battery and they were thorough with my options, what I already had installed, and what my best option would be. They also went out of their way to check my right wheel bearing and let me know I would have to change that in the future! Very quick with the battery change and I couldnt be more relieved and happy! Will definitely be going back for my oil change!

Got an oil change where they are supposed to check and air up your tires. Paperwork read 30 for all four. I went out to my car and checked with a tire gauge. Three were a few psi low...the fourth was HALF of what its supposed to be.See, I know I have a slow leak in that fourth one. I lose about 2-3 psi per week. I wanted to see if they truly air up the tires.Nope.If you pay extra for the oil change that includes windows, carpet vacuuming, etc, youre wasting your money. They wont do it, I guarantee.

Professional service at great prices. Walmart is the only place I buy tires online, delivered to the Alden St Olathe location. Beats all other local and online deals on many name brands. And, with WM while you wait for oil changes and tire service, you have shopping and Subway.

Went in for an easy tire replacement no line no wait. Should have been great.Get a call close to the time that the work should have been completed to inform me that they didnt have the tires from the work order.

Your mechanics need to learn how to change oil. First if there is a wire anywhere close to the oil filter dont pull it apart, second learn to tighten a bolt an not strip it. Never again your damn lucky they didnt charge me for the wire. Teach them to do better dont just hire them.

Some folks say you get what you pay for...and sometimes you dont even get that. The standard oil change is supposed to include a series of checks (and fills), carpet vacuming and windshield cleaning. The last two didnt happen despite being checked as complete and it leaves me wondering if the other important checks occured.In addition, the customer service was disappointing. Id recommend going elsewhere.

We were the second car in line before they opened. Garage didnt even open until 7:14. Got checked in around 7:20ish. Had a damaged valve stem and needed to get it replace before our trip tomorrow July 5th. Given an estimate of 40 minutes. Its now 9:36 and my wife and I are still in the waiting lounge. If you value your time, please stay away. If it wasnt for the 4th of July causing other tire shops to close, I would not even be here. Hey Walmart techs, you want a better job or quality of life? LAZINESS is not a quality that employers look for. Thats the best advice an extremely frustrated customer will give you.

Refused to honor tire warranty, had 4 tires with about 10000 miles on 60000 mile tires in under a year and they claim I didnt have proof they were rotated so they would honor replacement

I was waiting in the waiting room for 2 dam hours, nobody called me to say that my car was done! When I asked they told me your car has been done!

Actually and with competition, this is the worst service of tires we have ever seen. Some of the same staff aren’t professional and rude as well. But you’re still the cheapest (in prices)

We were there for a tire change and after 2 hours they called me because they weren’t able to find the special key needed to remove the tires. At that time was almost closing so they told me you can come back tomorrow... REALLY!! What kind of service???? So upset!!!

Ive gotten my oil changed there twice. Very rude employees that arent, at all, attentive. Poor service and poor employees. I would not recommend.

I took my tire in for a repair on Saturday morning. By Sunday afternoon no one called me about my tire so I had to call them. The lady said my tire was fixed. I said could you double check. When she did she found out they couldnt fix my tire. No one bothered to tell me. Ill never come here again.

I would give them a no star if possible took my car to them for an Oil change and they put a hole in the oil pan,now they replaced it but waited two hours to notify me that something was wrong. Very bad and slow service. Manager Vic is rude and worst guy ever.. they made me wait for more than 3 hours for no reason, very rude and aggressive.

They dont care, dont even answer when customers call. They just dont care. This Walmart car department shouldnt exist. Am serious. The worst ever! The very worst. Customer service, wait time, no one cares and they never snswer the phone. You can cal several times and no one answers, even if they transfer...no one will answer. I have to drive there all the time and guess what, they seem slow and unconcerned thete are customers waiting for service. AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE UNTIL THEIR MANAGER DOES SOMETHING.

They stripped my wifes oil pan bolt and even after having yrs and yrs of oil change records, the mgr refused to fix our vehicle.

Was hoping to get my car worked on here quickly but they hung up on me before I could ask about services. Who does that?
