Needed a new car battery. The staff were really helpful and did a thorough job researching the best option and getting me on the road quickly.

I stopped in here on my way to work with a desperate need for wiper blades. I had no idea which kind I needed and the gentleman working there took care of it for me including putting them on for me. Very helpful!!

Nice employees here. I tried to do an online order, turned out they didnt have what I needed. But the guy I talked to helped cancel my order and we found a different brand to go with that was still on sale. Was still able to get my oil change done that afternoon. Thanks!

Good stock and they can often get things the same day if they dont have it. Id rate it 5 stars for that but the staff typically isnt very enthusiastic about helping / learning.

If your check engine light comes on they will still check it with the computer for you. Advance auto parts doesnt anymore due to covid-19. U will have to plug it in yourself.

My poorest experience at NAPA yet. Was clear across the city and decided to get some things I needed. They didnt have some of the items so they said they would have them shipped from another store. The attendant said he would have my order pulled and waiting for me. Fine, Ill drive clear across town before an appointment later in the day. I come back 1/2 hour before my appointment figuring Id simply pick up my order which was supposed to be pulled and waiting and head to my appointment. 1 person was working and he was particularly slow. After waiting for 20 minutes while he helped 1 other customer, I get to the counter only to find my order has not been pulled and so he goes to look for things. Long story short, he could not find one of my items. I left late for my appointment without everything I needed. Im very disappointed.

Thanks. I walked in with thier competition telling me it was not possible for my brakes to squeal from having the rotor ground down. Do to a sale this place was the cheapest and I end up walking out without paying a dime and getting the answer that fixed my issue. Seeing that that the competition and Napa are a couple bucks apart I think I have found a new to get my parts. Its amazing what competent people can do for your business. And my pocket.

The man who helped me was knowable and quickly found what I needed and saved me some money.

Overall I love Napa. Great products and service.Worth the extra money most of the time.

Store is clean. The crew is friendly.They have nearly everything you need. If they dont have it they can find it or help you find it. Great place.

I went in hoping they would have another belt since I bought the only one that OReillys had. I was in a huge hurry but because I was about 25 miles from home I wanted to make the trip worth my while. There was only 1 employee working the front counter and I was the third person in line. I waited about 20 minutes for the other 2 people to get their parts before it was finally my turn. Luckily they had the belt I went in for and it was cheaper than OReillys but they only had 1.

Sometimes busy, but they already seen to know what they are talking about and Ive had great luck with them having the parts

Very nice cashier that made sure they had a part in stock.

I like napa but their computer system sucks especially in store. It shouldnt take me 20 min to buy sale items because the employees have to do the math and manually inter prices cause its not in the system.
