Great company, I bought my 6 Rough Country lift from them. Was sent overnight to Tulsas Integrity Customs, they didnt even charge me shipping. Now this is over 1 thousand dollars in parts, thats a outstanding company taking care of it customers.

I ordered parts online from these guys got my email confirming my parts were ordered was told what day to expect delivery on. delivery day I go to look to see Its what my tracking number is and I have nothing from them since the day I ordered the parts no email no phone call nothing and my moneys been returned to my account. So I called them and after waiting an 30 minutes on the phone I talked to a lady and she did not give me her name and she told me that there was an issue with my address Like I dont know my own address. so I gave her the address agin she told me that it was all right and she didnt know what was going on and then she hung up on me so I called back again waited another 35 minutes on hold to get a hold of someone just for them to tell me that they couldnt figure out why it Cancelled my order and they dont know why I didnt get an email and they dont know why any of this happened so now Ive waited a week For parts that are not coming And now I have to rent a car for my client because now I cant get the vehicle back to him by the time I told him I would. So now not only do I have to spend a bunch of time trying to source the parts from somewhere else because these guys are a joke but it will now cost me at least another 5 to $600 to rent a vehicle for this client. DO NOT USE 1A AUTO they are TRASH their customer services TRASH and they will just WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Good luck to anyone that thinks theyre getting a deal because its luck of the draw if they actually feel like servicing your order. If I could I would give them negative stars I would because I lost a ton of money trying to buy parts from them. I used to buy hundreds of dollars in part for them weekly but after this and a few past issues I will never do business with if them again I can not afford to do business with a company that is not about there business!

I bought a set of replacement headlight/turn signal assembly, rear light lenses and license place light lenses. My truck is a 1991 F-150 so that means no parts ever fit. ALL of these parts fit perfectly. The left and right headlight assemblys are not identical at all on the backside. All existing bolts worked on everything and the headlights even came with nice new bulbs! Bottom line is Im going to buy more stuff for my truck from them. 100% pleased.

I ordered new headlights combo for my 03 tundra. The quality of the headlights are great. They came in three days. They fit in great. I can now see at night driving. They also have great videos on YouTube that helps make things a lot easier. 👍 Thank you for good parts and great videos.

I misdiagnosed the issue and needed to return the item. Took me less than 5 minutes using their online process. The funds will be returned and 3-5 days and they said the part did not need to be returned. COVID has made such an impact on purchasing just about anything and I have not had too many positive experiences until now. I truly dreaded this but now I sit flabbergasted and in great spirits. The parts are great but they need to fire their shipping staff- and hire all new ones who care about the parts getting there. Ive never had a box arrive intact and theyve had to send the same part multiple times because I just received an empty box. Could save the company $$ which they could lower some prices

Package was delivered to the wrong address. Tried to call to report problem and have been on hold for 35 minutes. I have been in the caller que at number 1 for the last twenty minutes. Order at your own risk. If you happen to have a problem with your order, there is non existent customer support. With all the online auto parts suppliers I recommend ordering elsewhere.

Ordered a brake kit, was sent 2 separate tracking numbers. When they arrived 1 rotor was in its original box on top of a box containing only 2 rotors. I called and was able to get a replacement shipped out the same day.

BUYER BEWARE - Do not assume that just because every part on their website comes with the statement Guaranteed To Fit, that it will actually fit. This is certainly not the case. I ordered a front and rear brake kit for a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500, it came with rotors for the back, mine has DRUMS.

Well lets start with the good.Parts ordered for a 2010 Dodge ram.Upper and lower A-arms wheel hub assemblies,tie-rod ends, ball joints,and CV axles both sides front.1) the prices are very competitive2) the delivery time was excellent.3) all parts arrived as ordered.Now for the not so good1) started on the passenger side and everything fit as it should untill it didnt. bolt holes in wheel hub assembly extremely bad threads. So truck repairs came to a halt. will repair the threads and the bolt myself as I dont have time to wait for another one to be shipped.after reading the reviews on returns its probably better that way. I made an initial order which included pre-loaded struts. Like many strut assemblies, if the top hat isnt aligned properly the strut will not bolt up. Simple answer would be to get the spring compressor out and align the top hat but I needed to get the car back together so requested a return indicating the strut was not assembled properly and went to the local Autozone and bought another strut, which fit perfectly.I sent the product back and the refund was issued pretty quickly, however they would not issue a refund for shipping even though the part was obviously assembled improperly. They gave me some song and dance about not providing information that was requested in an initial chat - wrong, that was a question I had regarding one of the axles I ordered but I never received an email and the person on chat never asked for the VIN. Oh, and the initial question I had on the axle was never answered - never, but thats a separate issue.Long story I know, but they lost a customer over $13.64 shipping for a product they sold with 100% guarantee it would fit. I own 5 cars and 2 endurance track cars and buy a lot of parts, but doubt I will buy from these guys again. I think they get it right most of the time as indicated in the reviews, but it didnt turn out that way for me - they did not stand behind their product, nope - done. I gave them a shot but will go back to Rock Auto and Autozone before considering spending another dollar with their business.

Absolutely Garbage Customer Service. Was spending 1000s of dollars here a month, until we ran into an issue with a fuel pump that was inoperable. clearly we had to install the fuel pump to find the sending unit was not operating correctly. they then stated since the part was installed no refund was possible when they were the ones who sent me a bad part, so now im out the price of the fuel pump as well as the labor it took to install. THANK YOU PAUL AND LAWRENCE in customer service for making it so easy to RUN not walk away from this company. We are local to KANSAS CITY and will be making our customers and partners aware of the unprofessional manner in which they do business. BE BETTER 1A, you just lost a lot of business

I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option.Ordered an item from them expecting it by Friday July 3Called on the 3rd when it didn’t arrive to be told it was delayed until July 7th. When it didn’t arrive on the 7th I was told it was being shipped UPS to then go to USPS and it wouldn’t arrive for another 2-3 days. I asked for a refund since I need this part now and I’ll just order it from another company and have it tomorrow or the day after. Then I was told I will have to pay for shipping to return the item that has already taken 8-9 days to arrive when their warehouse is literally 30 minutes south of me in Olathe KS. I was also told I can’t pickup or deliver my return back myself since their warehouse doesn’t work like that. Bad customer service and just trying to blame it on ups and usps. Will not do business with them ever again. Found the same part at carparts.com for $20 less including 2 day shipping not 9 day!!

Sells crappy products that fail within a few months and can’t ship anything on time. Packages everything so substandard that UPS loses it because it falls out of the packaging. These people are retards. Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from them. Ive placed several orders with them and the vast majority are super crappy products with super crappy service. They sent me a package that weigh 200 pounds wrapped in what look like a brown paper grocery sack. By the time UPS got it to me I was missing half of the product and UPS had to put like 50 lb of tape on it just to keep it together. These people are idiots.

Warranty. I can understand if a company does not pay shipping cost for one who ordered wrong or didnt like the product but, when the company sends you a defective product, I think they should be liable for the to and from shipping. They are the ones that sold the defective product. I had to pay a return $110.00 shipping charge on the product that I bought for $136.00..I should have just kept the old part and let them figure out how to get it but, thats not in me. Be really careful dealing with a company like this.

Ordered a passenger side mirror for my 2007 Kia optima on Wednesday. 8/21/19 Received it on 8/23/19. Was packaged very nicely. Good thing because I watched the ups driver just toss it on my porch with no worries. It fit perfectly and everything is in working ordered. Took maybe 5mins to change! Will definitely order from them again. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

I used the drop-down tabs on 1A Autos web page to purchase two window regulators for my car. After I searched for the products I needed the menu asked for year, manufacturer and model of my car. Based upon that search criteria the web site listed two parts, which I ordered. When my auto shop tried to install the parts the mechanic found that they did not fit. I contacted 1A Auto and ended up being told that the parts I ordered were the wrong ones.Considering that I used the companys menu to identify and order the parts and ended up with the wrong ones. I coordinated with them to return the and asked if they would reimburse my shipping costs. I was told that since 1A Auto did not make the error that they would not reimburse the shipping cost.During the back and forth email correspondence I reiterated that I had used 1A Autos web site to identify the part and asked how it could be my fault. I was asked for my cars VIN, which I provided, and was told that the parts I ordered were they wrong ones. I asked why the VIN option was not in their drop-down menu and could not get an answer and why the menu provided the wrong options for my part and could not get am answer.Thanks to their error I am $11.40 our of pocket because of my error.During all of this I tried to telephone but each time I tried I was on hold so could not talk to a human. For such a large company youd think they could offer better customer service. To compound the problem they do not provide an option for elevating a customers problem for resolution.

I ordered lower control arms. Paid a certified mechanic to install them. Come to find out after driver the parts were bad. Told the about it the sent another pair out. Checked them before installing. They were bad.The rubber around front bushing is soft. Suppose to be a hard rubber. They wanted o send more parts, I want my money back. Filled complaint with BB. They have failed to answer. Very Very bad customer service. Plus cant call them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience with customer service and getting my package delivered. 3 days turned into a week and a half. Customer service kept giving me different stories and delivery dates and still havent recieved my package. Their compensation was a 10% discount on my next purchase that expires in a month. Very disappointed with how things are handled. Very doubtful I will ever do buisness with 1aAuto ever again.

Ive been attempting to return my auto part to AM Autoparts, who also seems to ship from this same address and be apart of this whole group of business revolving around car parts. The service has been horrible so far as no one has responded to a single email. Dont buy parts from here if you might need to return it since the part wasnt needed. Any brick and mortar will take returns on unused parts and answer there phone. Suspect company right here.

Ironically another Customer had the identical issue with his parts, except his review can be seen. Because he gave them four stars. Bottom line, paid for parts that arrived broken and they do not respond.

No one use 1AAuto for parts. They are the biggest crooks out there. Picked all wheel drive axles for our escape and they sent me front wheel drive axles telling me its my fault. Called them and told them I picked awd for a guy named patrick to lie to me saying there is no option for awd. So now Im out $80 for shipping and was thrown around on the phone for a hour. Sad way for a reputable company to lose a customer. They messed up and I payed for it.

I ordered the front bushing kit for a 2008 lexus ls600hl. I knew better than to try them out with a lexus. A top of the line lexus at that. Well the front lower rearward control arm bushing did not fit. I called and spoke with them. The fact they didnt fit did not upset me. It was thecway they handled situstion. They kept stating they would fot. I sent video pics etc to show they did not.They continued to speak with me as i did not know anything about cars. I even bought a drill press to drill out bigger holes. They finally started ignoring calls. I even challenged them to make a video with this vehicle proving the set fits. Ling story short they did not want to help with figuring out isdue

If I could rate zero stars then I would! I ordered my mirror on 9/27/19. The site said that I would get it by 10/1/19 (I didn’t expect to get it that fast, but that’s what the site specifically said before I processed my order.) On 10/3/19, I got an email saying that it was going to be delayed. It is now 10/13/19 and I still don’t even have a tracking number because my item has not been shipped. This is ridiculous. I’m in the process of trying to cancel my order and get my money back now. I’ll just stick with Auto Zone from now on and I will NEVER order from this place again!

3* edit: after leaving a review on their Facebook page, I was contacted regarding my issue. A refund for the shipping cost was made. Along after I recieved the parts, they did not fit. I returned them and the remaining amount was refunded. Shame it had to be like this, but regardless they made it right... I am still worry some about ordering from them in the future.1*: Just plain bad business. I needed parts for an emergency fix back on the evening of Thursday, January 12th. Found the parts online and ordered them through the 1A auto website. I selected overnight shipping ($70) through UPS and expected the parts to go out Friday, January 13th and arrive Saturday, January 14th. UPS offers Saturday shipping service, so I didnt expect this to be an issue. On the morning of Friday, January 13th I received a call from a representative at A1 auto. She needed to verify some shipping details before the package was sent out. I clarified that I needed the parts Sunday morning and she assured me they would be here by Saturday. Had this been an issue I would have happily canceled my order and paid a bit (after parts and shipping) more for the parts locally. Come Saturday I still had not received my parts. I emailed UPS Saturday night and asked why my package had stopped at 130pm that afternoon. They responded Sunday morning and said that despite the overnight shipping, A1 auto did not select Saturday service when shipping the package and informed me that I needed to reach out to them regarding their shipping issue. I emailed A1 auto on Monday morning, after receiving my package, via there website and was pretty much told too bad so sad after explaining the entire situation. I paid more for shipping than I did the parts themselves and they failed to communicate those details to UPS, so I got screwed in the end. I dont recommend purchasing anything from this business. They failed to take responsibility for their failure and/or make it right. I hope they update their website to notify customers that they are incapable of communicating to UPS they need Saturday shipping services when necessary. I also hope they do a better job at training their representitives on what shipping services they offer so they can better inform customers when something isnt possible instead of telling them it is. Last but not least, I hope they figure out what it takes to conduct better business and in the future they can accept responsibility when they are wrong and make it right to their customers when they screw up.

This place makes videos which have incorrect info. The torque rate they say for a 2008 silverado is over double what the specs call for in the manual. So much torque that it snapped the bolt for a quickstrut. Also have found other videos to have info that is off as well.
