I went there because there was a recall on my truck, so I made a date to take it back in, and on the way out the door I stopped and asked if they were interested in buying my truck and he said they were. They made a very easy transaction and was really polite and nice. Very satisfying.

Paints are locked up and you have to run around to find an associate, some days are better than others. Seem to have less of a selection than hoblobs, so.. yeah. Other than that, good selection in other stuff, sales are decent and alright place to shop if were in the area.

I wanted some plastic flowers for my 80 year old mothers birthday. Work better and last longer than live or plants. I was able to put together a great arrangement because Michaels was such a large assortment to choose from.

I go here regularly to get my crafting fix! The retail costs tend to be a little high, however, the sale/off-season prices can be awesome. Additionally, the home decor tends to be nicer than what I find at Hobby Lobby.

I love how this place is nice and clean and stocked full of savings.. Even customer service was nice..she helped me and gave me a nice saving .that was applied to the bill.. Good job.. And very helpful.. And great customer service.. Thanks guys i will be back..

The store is clean. It was all aisles were nice and clean. The associates were very friendly. The store was decorated for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Love going and seeing all the decorations!! If you are a crafter or love crafts I recommend this store.

I could be in this store for hours. Several people even asked me if I was finding what I wanted, and offered to help if I had any questions! Thats pretty rare these days!! Good Job Michaels!!

The staff is friendly and the store well kept. Items were easy to find and the staff helped when they werent easy to find.

Well organized and up-to-date with latest stuff. Couldnt find projectlife and Heidi swapp products much. Bridal stuff is also minimal maybe due to off season.

Good variety in stationery and craft supplies

Good place for childrens and young adult art supplies, and crafts if youve got the money. Truth be told, however, Amazon or another store would be a better bargain for your buck seeing how you can find the same thing for a lot cheaper price.

Michaels has a lot of the same stuff but rarely what were looking to buy. Staff is often wrong about the correct isle to find what we seek. Recent attempt to find embroidered letters was a total waste of time.

I absolutely love the wide variety of arts and crafts supplies you can get here. There is even a kids section. There are plenty of florals and sprigs to go into wreaths. There are paint and drawing supplies too. There is tons of glitter and wonderful holiday themed crafts. The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

A good spot to find the scratch for you crafting itch. Everything from yarns, foam, models, paints to seasonal ready made décor. Took off a star because they seem to have made a push to sell ready made seasonal floral arrangement decor. They had plenty of fall arrangements but no fall themed/color flowers to make your own arrangement. It really looked like they took out or used every piece of fall florals to make or sell their arrangements. Pretty big disappointment there.

Great selection of open stock, individual art pens and markers at this location. Also they carry more variety of bottled inks than Im used to finding.

Michaels is OK. Helpful staff, lots of bare shelves, prices reasonable. Seems focused on seasonal decorations. Hobby Lobby has a better selection but is also pricier.

I like getting frames and mats here that are always disappointing at other places and online. The staff usually leave me alone to browse in peace and are friendly at checkout. Some of the prices are a bit high, but some deals can be found if you take the time to search.

It was fine nothing special

There is nothing really special about it but is a nice place to go shopping for arts and crafts. I went there with my sister and we just got yarn but ended up also getting a kind of large container of bubbles because it was such a steal (only $1)! It also has nice customer service and the ladys at the register was making small talk and I overall had a good time there.

Great craft store. It has loads of supplies for all things crafts and arts.

I was not able to find what I was looking for and could not find anyone on the floor. I was looking for yellow ribbon seems like it should be a staple. Anyway what I did find was more expensive than other craft stores, so I left with nothing this time.

Not a lot of stock on the shelves, and very little selection on anything really.Disappointed.

Staff are always so helpful and if they do not have what you need they will tell you where to find it so thankful for good people

Its been awhile but it really seemed that the quality went down a lot & the prices were way up - cheaper garlands that used to be $9.99 were priced at $29.99-$34.99. Seasons were all mixed together, shelves were messy & a lot empty & the check out was so slow that it was faster to put my purchases back were they belonged and walk to my car before the next person checked out and left the store! So so very disappointed 😞

I usually went to Hobby lobby, because it was closer. The people at Hobby lobby were not helpful. I do resin art, and thought I would try Michaels. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. First the employee s were so, so helpful. They had everything I needed and so much more!! I love Michaels, and it will be my go to place for all of my art needs from now on!

Just got a lecture from the girl that rang up my wrapping paper about how it wasnt recyclable. I didnt ask her for her opinion on my purchase and shes not doing your business any favors by making your customers uncomfortable.

I really like Michaels, but they always seem understaffed. The shelves were fairly bare in places and they one thinking I went in for, they didnt have. 🤷

Michaels is well-organized, neat, clean, has friendly, helpful staff, and is always well stocked. Prices are reasonable and theres ALWAYS something on sale, often surprising me as I begin checkout! My daughter and I shop there regularly for all our craft needs! Michaels also has a reward program which could net you some serious savings. The location of this store is very convenient, close to restaurants, a highway, medical offices, clothing stores, and other retail establishments, as well as a couple of parks, a bookstore, and churches. The store is open seven days a week.

Shelf signs are inaccurate so you dont actually know the correct price.

The store was acceptable. However, the restrooms quite possibly have never been appropriately cleaned and if they have, you cant tell by the overwhelming layer of just plain grime that lives there. And the toilets are so disgusting they cant have been even pretended to ever have cleaned them.

The aisles are roomy. The employees are helpful and friendly.

This store moves the seasonal items in and out very quickly. My kids like going here as well to find project supplies. My kids are also pleased with the variety of paints and brushes they offer. They also offer framing and framing supplies with a decent selection.

I can usually find what I want. Dont forget to take your coupon. The last couple of times they had low inventory, but it was a new product and highly desired.

Got what I needed. Not much of a yarn selection right now either. Disappointed.

Adrianna saved a 5 star rating. While trying to find help, my son and I where walking around and asked for assistance twice from frame department, ignored and frustrated I wondered around longer than expected with my 16month old and found what I needed. I heard upper management complaining about their 16 year old associate on the floor (rule #1 don’t complain when others can hear) Not only was this extremely unprofessional, I felt that they weren’t trying to help someone new to the work force, that may be more shy... at check out Adrianna was very sweet and kind to my son. I wish her all the best of luck and hope that a retail manager can positively help here thrive vs bash a young gal obviously in her first job.

Too religious inclusive, and as such not following the pillars of the religious group they claim to be a part of. If I want to do anything arts and crafts related it has to be Christian. There are no stars of David. Nothing that says Chabbat Shalom. No Menorahs. Tf?
