I had to rent a large grill for an event I was throwing for my team and Michelle was awesome! She told me about everything they offered and I I ended up getting a couple of tables and a wheel of fortune game before I knew it and they were a huge hit. Thank you Michelle and Cody for your help! People were great to work with but the tables and chairs were a bit rusty. So we had to buy chair covers the night before the wedding.

Its amazing the amount of things you need to get to make a successful party. Tablecloths, napkins, cups, plates, silverware, decorations, party favors, food, drink, a pinata, candy, games, you name it, this place has it. If youre planning a party this is a great place to come and pick up all the things you need.

I would give them zero stars if I could... The lady I just talked to about a cotton candy machine for my 2 year olds party was rude. I wont be going back

Very friendly staff work here and make you feel so welcome. My company has been going here for 5 years to pick up tables and chairs for special events and I am the one that picks up and takes back. They always load my vehicle amd unload it for me. One day the man outside that usually loads was gone to anothet location and the lady that works inside was in heels and came out and loaded the truck for me. I couldnt believe it....that is customer service right there.

If I could give zero stars I would! We rented linens for my daughters wedding. First they shorted us 2, second the skirting we received had black ink marks on it and third the linens had burn holes in them from what looks like an iron or dryer. I couldnt set up the church until after 6 on a Friday so imagine my surprise when I open the linens to find this trash. I was out shopping for linens at Walmart in the middle of the night. When I called the company I spoke to Dana Crossland and she was the rudest woman I have ever done business with. I was told that I should have called the company and left a voicemail, yes that is exactly what I was thinking about. No I was trying to keep my daughters wedding from becoming a disaster. I was then told that we put the holes in the linens and we must have drove over the skirting with a car tire. The reception was inside the church, cars are not allowed indoors. I sent her pictures proving the defects were there before the wedding was even set up and she was not hearing it. She even had the nerve to tell me we tried to hide the linens that were damaged in the middle of the dirty linen bag. Wow! As if that wasnt bad enough I was even charged extra for the damage. Never will I ever do business here again or refer anyone to this company. I have pictures if interested.

Very poor customer service. The lady I talked to on the phone treated me with no reapect. Poor website and their rental center is a joke. They all seem to be small-minded and out of touch with basic kindness for potential clients. I will gladly pass it along to never use them for anything.
