I cannot say enough good comments about Home Care Medical, Kellie was very knowledgeable, polite and attentive to my medical questions, her staff are friendly and helpful, a family owned business and obvious after taking the first step into the store.Not only do they have a very well stocked inventory, Kellie was extremely helpful in helping me obtain the needed medical supplies !I never post on this site, however felt compelled to do so, the corporate chain medical suppliers are just that, corporate ! dealing with Kellie is like dealing with family, which is exactly what HOME CARE MEDICAL is, a family owned and operated business. I came here after discovering, much to my chagrin, that the bath chair model Id been using for the past 20 years no longer worked in the new apartment Id just moved into. The kind people at this place helped me to find a new bath chair that worked PERFECTLY! I had been waiting on a cpap machine for goi g on 16 weeks from another supplier. I called and talked to Kelly, after about a 5 minute phone call I was scheduled to come in for machine. She was very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. I live an hour away but these guys were worth the drive. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future!!

When I spoke with Kelly over the phone she was so polite and patient with me, giving directions AND explaining the contents of the hip kit. When I arrived, Allison gave excellent customer service to me and the two customers in front of me. She came around the counter to help us and showed such compassion to a woman whos husband was dying. I was extremely touched. When she helped me, she explained the product and even threw in an item complimentary that was missing from the kit that I chose. She hugged me, walked me out to my car and loaded my items. These folks understand that they are serving vulnerable people, and they make sure that you feel cared for. Thank you❣

I never thought I would need to shop at a store like Home Care Mart but I did and Alison (store owner) was absolutely wonderful!!!! So helpful and kind! She took her time with us and answered all of our questions. The prices and service were wonderful! I feel they went above and beyond for us and I’m so grateful that we have them in our corner during my fathers ilness! It’s going to become our go to place for all his needs. The shower chair they ordered for us also surpassed our expectations!!! So grateful that if we have to go through difficult health situations that there is Home Care Mart there to encourage us along!

These people are the best. They went out of their way to help my 86 year old mother get her needed oxygen supplies, when apria her regular supplier didnt come thru. If it wasnt for this lady my mother would have went all weekend and our entire 13 hour trip back to illinois without oxygen. Thank you so much and you will be blessed. Home Care Medical provided care for both my mom and dad earlier this year. I couldnt have asked for more competent, trustworthy and loving individuals to care for my parents. I had no worries about the level of care Mom and Dad received because the individuals were much more experienced caring for the critically ill elderly than I was. I learned a lot from them. With my dad I had 24-hour care which allowed me to continue working and rest. If the situation arises that I need home care services in the future, I will contact Home Care Medical.

They are so efficient I asked for a in home sleep study. It was a great experience as is every trip to the retail location. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the immediate service and product availability. I have never had a negative experience with Home Care Medical.

Ive been working with Home Care Medical over the past couple months on getting my father a power chair so he can get around easier. We had a few small issues with missing parts from the manufacturer and Allison handled it so quickly and got all the problems handled. They even transported the chair to the company who installed the lift on my dads vehicle, no charge. My dad is doing great and is really getting to like his new chair. I also like going there to get myself compression socks and wedge pillows. They have a great supply of the socks and sit with me each time to measure to make sure I get the right pair and even let me try them on. Everyone who walks in gets one on one attention from the staff to make sure they get what they need.

One of few medical supply stores open on Saturday and Bonus... Allison and Robert are awesome! Knowledgeable and personable!
