I recently reviewed this comapny with a 1 star rating. I chose not to leave a detailed review because my experience was not a good one. I rated them yesterday and today the vice president reached out to me. Now he didnt have to do this but it just goes to show that sometimes you cant give a rating based on one experience. I appreciated that he not only reached out to me but that he genuinely cared about why I was upset and that meant a lot to me. My kid might decide that he doesnt like band but if he does now I wont be angry that I paid a company that didnt seem to care about me as a customer. Thank you Mr Bryan for taking time out of your day to talk with me. On a final note...when you take a job and it deals especially with someones money remember you never know what somone may be going through and how you interact with them is a reflection of the company you represent. So if your kid needs an instrument give Palen a call because they genuinely care. RN

Called ahead & made sure they had the items we needed in stock. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. Very polite and courteous when we went to make our purchase. Im a repeat customer and feel they have competitive pricing and a great product. I will use them again & feel they stand behind what they sell & I trust them to take care of us & do recommend them. Im not disappointed!

Tiny place, no selection, and they live their instruments. They wanted $1200 for their student trombone. Haha! They are probably set up for rental and dont want you to buy.Go to The Horn Trader up the street. It is awesome, great selection of I instruments of every kind, and the folks are great.

Our son chose band and we used Palen Music Center to get his instrument. They were very professional and ensured we had all the necessary pieces. When our son advanced and no longer needed his trombone, they were friendly and professional

Needed to rent a trumpet for my daughter, reasonable rates and solid discounts on purchase after rental period ends. There is no minimum rental period which is nice. If your kid doesnt like it after a month there is no risk, just bring it back.

After Jenkins in Midwest City shut down, I had to find a new music store for instrument repairs and general maintenance (such as buying new reeds). Little did I know that this hidden gem existed. I learned about them when I was talking with one of the local high school music teachers, and she recommended that I come to this store for the repairs I needed on my trumpet. 10/10 service.
