I had them put a tire on my bike a couple weeks ago! Love the people, the environment is perfect. I do recommend them to anyone who don’t want to be taken for a ride. The owner knows you can’t get rich on 1 man. And buddy I’ll be back tomorrow morning for my front tire like we spoke about.

I have been looking for a rear tire for my cvo at 4 dealerships for 3 weeks and I got nothing…. I make one call to The Motorcycle Tire Store and this amazing woman doesn’t have just my rear tire but also the front. Biggest positive about all of this is I called when closed !!!!!! Great JUJU … these people love their work . GOD BLESS PEOPLE LIKE THIS !!!!

No one had a tire in Wichita to fit my bike. Don and Lisa from The Motorcycle Tire Store had the right size at a great price. They we’re super friendly and helpful going above and beyond by opening up on a Sunday so I could come get it. So very thankful.

I just called to get prices and availability on tires for my bike. The first lady that helped me was very pleasant and professional. They did have the front in stock at a fair price. They did not have the rear.

Was in the city for work and needed a tire mounted and balanced. It was a last minute thing so I did a Google search, they popped up with good reviews and I called them. The girl that answered said they were busy and it might not happen until the next morning. Carried in my Goldwing rims, had tires installed. Tires were mounted perfectly including paying attention to the alignment dot on the tires. This tells me they have a true tech in the back. Fast friendly service.

Pulled the ol I put that tire on yesterday I dont have it anymore move on me, also paid 142 to have a front tire put on OFF the bike and a shinko 777 70$ tie marked up to 110$. Tried to support a local company but definitely got taken advantage of because of my young age. I would recomend buying the tires else where and have them put them on.

Had my bike worked on wasnt fixed properly,wasnt happy about it at all, so I complained and was told to bringer back in! Time will tell,I sure hope the bike will be tooken care of this time with no issues or excuses to why its not!!! Hopefully I can become a good customer and friends after this is tooken care of!!! ☮️ Folks,just check the work on your bike after its finished and if something isnt right bring to there attention!!! ☮️!!!

This place is amazing! They’re all very knowledgeable on motorcycles. They have my 05 Electra glide in the shop right now and they’re very helpful on changing out everything and replacing the pipes with pipes that I own! Going to definitely continue to use them.

The Motorcycle Tire Store ( TMTS )Does more than just tires. They do carburetors, services, electrical, and diagnostic. The owner, Don has been in the tire industry his entire career and knows his way around a Cruiser. The prices are more than fair and the service is great. Sit down and have a drink or drop your motorcycle off, most bikes are in and out same day. Jody and Lisa run the front and are very well versed in all things Motorcycle.

Had tires put on. Bought some misc stuff. In my time there and dealing with the staff the integrity is high and quality work. I suggest this shop to any and everyone. You guys rock!!!

They treated me like family from the time I walked in the front door. Took excellent care of me and my bike. Had issues with my tire warranty and they were absolutely excellent in working the issue out with me. Im a customer for life and will definitely continue to drive the hour to get to them and go out of my way to treat them with just as much respect and kindness as they treat me.

This shop I have used for years and still by far the best customer care and by far the most knowledge on bikes and dont push to sell something your bike does not need. I will not ever shop anywhere else when it comes to my bike.

This place is amazing! Prices are great and customer service is better than I could ask for. The owner has gone far above and beyond to help me out, twice now. I just got new tires on my bike a month ago. But, bought a mobile this week and will be back in a a few days. I cant recommend this place enough. I am a customer for life! This is primarily a shop for Harley Davidson Motorcycles, or that was the impression that I got. This was my experience, I took my bike- A Yamaha V star in for a flat, I ended up getting a new front tire. I left the shop and realized that my speedometer had stopped working and I had a leak. Upon taking the bike back less than an hour after I had left, they informed me that my front fork seal was leaking and told me that my speedometer was not working the day I brought it in. I know that my speedometer was working and there was no leak on my fork before that, but ok. It is what it is. I will probably look for another shop to do further work just for that reason, If you want to take your bike to them, Im not going to tell you not to, but Ill be looking for an alternative for my next improvement.

I called to make an appointment and in his explaination for why he doesnt set up appointments he suggested that he would have to come after me if I stood him up on the appointment and talked to me like a punk and just kept rambling after he made his point. I would never put money in the hands of someone that disrespectful. Yes, I will go pay more elsewhere.

This is the only place I take my Harley for tires. Great service and price.

The only reason I can rate 2 stars is the price and friendly people. Mounted my tire in no time but in the process left the axle nut loose and tension on the belt slacked off. Could have been a costly mistake had it not been caught before damage done.

Great customer service! Theyve got a customer for life now, not only did I get a better time than what ajax was offering but the tire and changing it on my 1600cc nomade was cheaper than just the tire alone was gonna be at ajax. Theyre fast, honest and a good selection of leather inside.

Wow 45 dollars to mont a tire on a rim that I carried in . This is a old school motorcycle shop. I Think the price is to high for what was done it took 10 min

I needed a tube for my bike and the owner went out of his way to bring me one 20 miles away,damn good shop here!

They don’t keep good records an a two year old tire with less then 500 miles on it has dry rot cracks on side wall and there blowing me off, won’t be going there ever again
