No service after the sale. I purchased a sliding patio door and was given the wrong size sliding screen door.After speaking with the salesman and manager several times the issue is still not resolved and, I was charged full price for an incomplete door.They blamed the supplier for all the issues…and have offered me nothing to resolve this.

Jake was very helpful answering my questions. He told me everything I needed to know from anchors to skirting.

Marvin is the rudest person Ive ever dealt with! Ive been having issues w/ my AC unit, and instead of going by to check it out, he insists I fix the unit myself like Im qualified to do so. He likes to assume he knows what parts are and are not working prior to even knowing what the problem is. If at all possible, do NOT go to him. Better yet, dont go to the business at all. There is not even a voicemail set up for customers to leave their messages on and you have to hunt them down!!!
