My mom lives here. Grew up in this place from the time I was 8 years old till I was 17. I am now 35 and think this place is a very safe, friendly, and wonderful community. It has a swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball court. I wonderful Creek that flows through. Just a wonderful beautiful place.

Not the best local management company. Minimal ability to contact and does not return calls. When they do they have many excuses.

The management was rude and uneasy from the jump! After a week, i was approved to live here BUT after signing the last of my paperwork agreeing to the rules, i dropped my deposit, and first months rent inside the envelope and dropped it back off! A WEEK later the envelope reappeared saying i didn’t follow instructions (i missed a couple pages to be signed) i called and called the office NO ANSWER for days! I just needed to be sure they put my money order in my account! After working doubles i forgot to keep checking and to call (office is closed to public) anyway, envelope is still in my possession for another week ( i thought my niece turned it in for me, she didn’t and didn’t mention it to me) so 3 days later and eviction notice is put on my door because “we haven’t made any payments, deposit or rent! Mind you i turn this in inside the envelope that was given to me! All of a sudden after asking for office surveillance video and attempting to call the police about my money not being turned in.. management say $300 MORE would take care of my deposit and rent. MIND YOU ALMOST 1200 is vanished(money order dropped in the envelope and turned in by me) anyway me not having proof right away that we did in fact turn the first money in and was being evicted, i went ahead and payed $300 twice for the first to months! Very sneaky, rude, and unprofessional employees here! Even though this is the nicest place I’ve lived so far and neighbors are perfect, if i was able to afford to leave i would! They don’t notify me about any property problems affecting people on property or return any calls! ONE person has answered for me in 7 months and the only thing I’ve needed from them are RECEIPTS for paying my rent and i have to record myself paying because i have YET to receive one, even when I’m parked outside the office with a mask willing to have it handed to me! That alone makes me so annoyed on top of my situation from the start! Simple business with management should not be this hard!

Greg is up here evicting people illegally. Look at imagies on this review this may help block a illegal eviction....He rejected rent from my mom and then cashed the check the money isnt in the bank account any more so hes a thife to hes a bully. And any one who know anything about trailer parks knows the propertys responsibly is the water meter down is theres to fix and the pipes up is the home owners responsibly greg charged people for there non winterized water meters when those are management responsibly please dont move here unless you want to lose money.

Its cozy quit evenings child friendly if you can handle the Angel And Daughter Of God.workout room Swimming pool basketball courts family oriented cook outs for the community we all come together for fun and laughter...Good Management Especially for the sick elder and disabled when needed...i give it 5 stars for good neighbors and well behaved fun loving children supervised kids of younger ages...We all respect each others privacy and still know when to visit without driving each other crazy...leasee 311 tennents of several years..Come check it out kicking it at the Casa...

Really hard to get around. No rhyme or reason about the way the mobile home park is laid out. Very confusing.

Just drove through yesterday looking for long term. Didnt stop because it looks in serious need of some TLC.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They are RUDE and beyond unprofessional. We put in an application and put down a $1500 Deposit for a Mobile home in there community on Thursday of last week and was told we would know if we were approved within 2 days. They didnt start running the app until Monday morning and as of an hour ago we had not heard anything from them and was 100% unable to contact them via phone as they would not answer. I called the corporate office. I spoke with Patty who was rude. Patty insisted that the only person that could answer me as to what is the status of our application had not been in to work at all this week. Well, I know thats a lie because I got a notification thru my credit app that my credit had been checked and Jordan was the one who was running the app. So I just told her I wanted my money back. We would not be moving onto their property since they cant do even this right. She said they would MAIL it to me. Um no, I cant mail it to them, they arent mailing it back. She insisted there was no one at the property. Well, I get a call from Greg at the office at Granada. He says something along the lines of it seems there has been some confusion about you getting your money. I attempted to explain the situation to him. I was able to get out there hasnt been any confusion.... and suddenly I was being cut off by a grown man screaming at me Do you want your f****** money or not b**** them click, he hung up. So I called Patty back after some pretty heated words to Greg after calling him back giving him the opportunity to apologize to me for the manner in which he spoke to me. He said he had nothing to apologize for. Patty says Well we record calls I heard what you said to him and I just dont believe he would say that wait, you have MY voice recorded but not your employees? Then it was well he told me what you said to him. Ok and what was that? He said you were talking to him like your talking now. Which would be ANGRY. YOUR EMPLOYEE CUSSED AT ME AND CALLED ME THE WORD WITH LITERALLY NO PROVOCATION OR ANYTHING. I asked if she would be apologizing for her employees behavior. No, she refused to. Why? Because shell speak to him about not talking to people in that manner.

Most exciting place to live on the south side. Always something to see and theres always something going on. This trailer park has so much personality. You have the park stray dog and the kids rolling around in the mud in 50f weather. Theres also a pool. Would highly recommend.

This is by far one of the cleanest Trailer Parks Ive seen. A friend of mine lives here. i have been to his place few times and loved how well maintained this place is. Very secure and supper clean.

The place is a decent little park but not one road is marked once you get in there! So if youve never been there is only been a few times chances are you will get turned around! I know I almost always take 1 wrong turn even now...

Poorly managed.

The park is a fine place for older people. But the young people living there have no respect for their pets. They leave them outside on chains in all kinds of weather.it is a shame

I dont even live here, i visited a friend here. Me and my kids went swimming as visitors and the office and residents treated us like old friends. The pool was super cool, they provided us with toys and floaties which was completely unexpected. Very, very friendly people. I cant say about renting here, all i know is the people around are really welcoming.

Why only 2 stars? The park is great! Swimming pool, workout room, nice neighbors but the new management is rude, obnoxious and unreasonable. It is very unfortunate because this Was a great place to live.

I lived in this mobile home park from the time I was 8 years old til I was 15 years old. I really liked this place when I lived there. I havent been back there in years but when I did live there it was very good.

This is a nice Trailer park. Pretty well kept and the manager is kind. Rent is reasonable.

Dont live here unless you enjoy broken windows that dont get fixed, lies about parking arrangements, your car towed because you parked it on the street for an hour, and stupidly loud music (and drunk people) until past midnight. Rents not even all that cheap.

My friend lives here it seems nice but its kinda ghetto and overpriced..

They try to kick handicapped people out over minor repairs that they cannot personally do or financially afford to hire someone to do. Very wrong you should be ashamed of yourselves for harrassing the elderly and handicapped.

The past mgrs. were as indicated by previous ratings but present management is much more on the ball and I think they will continue proper improvements as needed and permited

This was as a quite sweet place to live older people came to retire here now after 14 mgr in 15 years and now its become rental property its dirty and noisy they new homes are but up against each other if there were a fire would all go up in flames mgr unkind mean doesnt care been here alot of years money is the all the company thinks about no elderly person should live here

The house I bought from here has bad water damage and many rooms dont have any form of electricity

I would never live there ...I moved out 5 years ago but still know people that live there and they are all planning to move out. Management sucks

I just got to Oklahoma to work im from Houston the manager is berry unprofessional i submitted the paper work needed and deposit to rent Mobil home waited a week to and no answer i went by at 12 lunch time and she was hitting finally i talk to her anf her answer was that she was getting married that weekend and she didnt had time to submit the application your unprofessional amber.
