Century a company you can count on. We have used them for years as we try to support companies based in our state . We stopped at the Midwest City showroom recently and picked up our order. After returning home we found the P2 helmet had an issue. One phone call to the Showroom in Midwest City and they had a no cost replacement at our doorstep in two days. Now that is service. First time ordering from Century… I really wanted a front open chest guard for my son. He has a string tie back one, (that we purchased from his martial arts school in a sparring gear set), but he has outgrown it and it fits him pretty short. I don’t really doubt the quality, buuuuuuut they have no size chart for their chest guards. I only found youth tee shirt size guides, which don’t help at all because the chest guards come in sizes: child, youth, small, medium, large. I assume the S, M, L are “adult” sizes, but still, no size chart to differentiate between their child and youth chest guard size/: nor is there any more specific details or measurements in the item description. My son has an intra-school tournament this Saturday, and my order is supposed to arrive by Wednesday. I really hope it fits him right so he can use it in his tournament. Will update review later based on if and how the chest guard fits. If I have to return it, I guess I’ll review their return process too.

I’ve spoke to maybe 4 or 5 different reps with my pages of questions and each one has been very knowledgeable, helpful, and never seemed to be annoyed when the 5th “last question” was presented.

Ordered a Century Ironman gi in a size 6. From my experiences, and from the size chart on the website, it should have been my size. Nothing could be further from the truth. This gi is xxxl! I contacted Century and apprised them of this lopsided sizing. There was no attempt to rectify the situation. Not even a sorry to hear it did not work or what can we do to make this better. Nothing. That’s when I realized that the individual does not matter. My dojo does not seem to have a problem ordering from Century but me, the individual, I felt like I was being bothersome to them. I wanted a replacement to a size 5 but I am just going to eat the return shipping, get a refund and make my purchase elsewhere. I’m thinking a $200 gi should come with customer service. Btw, I’m 6’2” 210 pounds and looked like Captain America BEFORE the serum in this gi.Update! Century contacted me IMMEDIATELY and resolved the issue. Customer service could not have been better.

This company ALWAYS goes above and beyond to serve their customers. If there is a problem the will provide details as to what happened and how they will correct it. Century has always been supportive of small school owners in the martial arts community.

Went right after my brown belt test. I was super excited to get a colored gi. The staff was helpful and the clearance room has some of the best deals. Probably going back soon to get another gi.

Century has a great site and the prices are comparable if not better than Amazon. Also an advantage is that you can find what you want easily and never have to worry about the quality. They ship nearly as fast and the clearance sales are awesome!

The Hydrocore bag is the best for your wrists and maintaining its shape! It also has an awkward realistic feeling of punching a body, more feedback than an actual body but the rebound lets you put combos together efficiently. Great bag.

The order had to be rushed for the 2021 US Open ISKA in Orlando, Florida! It arrived the day before we had to leave and saved the day!

There have workers they been at the Midwest location for years but in unhealthy competition with each other. They make it very uncomfortable for new co workers with favoritism and seperation. They belittle them and gossip. The environment is very unprofessional. There is no manual available for the industrial machinery, they do not train properly on HOW to fully do the job and lack communication. You just thrown in there and expected to function with high productivity. The energy is so heavy at the Midwest City location that new coworkers eat in there cars or fear SPEAKING up due to fear of losing there job/ unnecessary verbal abuse. The company doesnt address the issues, either you comply or get fired with no real reason. When the problem is upon them they eliminate.

I am a veteran, and I use martial arts for physical therapy and to keep my body in shape. I have some health issues that have required me to keep myself in relatively good shape. (P.S. Im not a 23 year old soldier anymore. Lol) I need to exercise regularly to help my body battle the condition and prepare/withstand/recover from the treatment(s). Recently I ordered the Versys VS.BOB, but had some issues with some of the components and assembly. I had just gotten accepted into a clinical trial that would keep me on the road for about a month, and was hoping very much to take the unit with me to help keep my mind and body strong during the trial, especially not knowing if I would have access to any kind of workout facility besides my living quarters. Needless to say I was very disheartened when I thought I would not be able to train like I had planned. I am believer in Christ, and I believe we should do our best in the face of adversity. I believe we should study the Word, and discipline our minds and bodies, so we can bring honor to God with our lives. When Century heard about my situation they immediately approved a replacement, and expedited the shipping so that I could have the unit in time. Thank you for helping me stay in the fight. This is a big warehouse where they make equipment for martial arts they produce many types of equipment and they make the clothing.

They have great equipment but having to use FedEx for the delivery really is turning me off and because of that reason they dont get 5 stars.

While ordering a product there I noticed that the shipping address was wrong. I went back and changed it in the form. When I ordered the product I noticed that the address was still wrong after I changed it. I called and e-mailed them for two days. When I talked to them on the phone it was not a solution orientated call. They immediately blamed me for the error. The whole conversation was how it was my fault and the form was never wrong. They didnt even talk to me about what it would take to get the product changed the the right address. Eventually they redirected the shipment at my cost to my place but at this point it was four days after I contacted them. Its been two weeks and the item still has not arrived because its lost being redirected.

The person who took the order was very helpful, however the item was for 80 bucks and I had a coupon for an additional 10, it said nowhere that that was a sale price but was told it was so could not use coupon, other than that it was a very good experience and will be shopping here again fo shoo

Not happy that I called directly after (3 min tops) placing an order to fix the shipping address and was not called or emailed back on the problem. Called twice yesterday and both times they said they’ll get back to me. When I called today I was toldOf the 16 dollar rerouting fee. If someone would have communicated yesterday like they said they would Id be much happier. Needs work on communication

Great company. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. I needed a better fitting and higher quality dobak (tae kwon do uniform). I spend four days a week training. When you spend that much time training the benefits of having a better quality and more comfortable uniform starts to matter. The Century Middleweight uniform was exactly what I needed.

I ordered from them and they didnt put the complete address on my shipment and then tried to blame fedex for it when fedex isnt responsible for putting the address on it, the seller is. Then they were supposed to expedite my shipment and it just never came. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It is Jan 2nd and I dont have anything. I got my money back. I wouldnt recommend ordering from this fraudulent, incompetent, liar of a company

Ordering was easy. Product came fast. Only issue I had is the hard wood bo staff I ordered diameter is too thick to handle comfortably and I cant return it because it will cost just as much I paid for it to return. In a nutshell I will lose more money to ship it back. So just going to keep it and look around more.

Their website practices Bait-and-switch tactics, changing the price between the listing page, and the final sales cart. They do not accurately list quantities of their products, misleading customers in what they will get. Customer service is very nice, but will not help at all. They only have FedEx shipping, so you will be paying a PREMIUM for shipping, regardless of how much you spend.

Everytime I order, I receive quality products that are well packaged and shipped via FedEx within a day of my order. I returned one product due to my error in ordering and received a prompt refund with no hassle. CMA is the only place I purchase my martial arts equipment.

Terrible customer service! I placed my order with address and all required information. Couple days later they sent me a message that order cannot be shipped. I called them and confirmed all the information. They said they will send me confirmation email again. I didnt receive any. Then I sent email and called customer service again. I gave my information 4 times and after 2 days I received email from Century Martial Arts that they shipped my order. I checked the shipping address and it was wrong!!! Do not reccomend them! Not organized at all!!!

Told them that I would like to be added to an email list of when the item would be available. They got my information and Ill be able to know when the item becomes available. Products were fine. Customer service could be improved. I ordered a mouth guard and a case for the mouth guard. On the website both items were in stock but the mouth guard really was not. So they charged me for both items and only sent one. No refund for the missing product and no email saying the mouthgaurd was out of stock. Called to find out were the mouthgaurd was and never received a call back. Called again and was told that I had been given a refund which I had not been given. I guess paying with PayPal does not result in automatic refunds for back ordered product. I ended up finally getting a refund and I ordered another mouthgaurd.

I am consistently impressed over and over by their unmatchable customer service. Ive been with Century Martial Arts for over 25 years (since 1989). The products are good. Their prices are a bit high, and it didnt take my students long to realize they can order on Amazon and save money, tho the quality is often not as good. Delivery time is rather slow. Their staff is pleasant. Their website is about the worst Ive ever seen. It never takes my password, and it takes very long to lead each page. Instead of posting a product and listing all of the colors it comes in, Century lists each color separately, so one item is listed a dozen times. Very tedious. The worst is that they never tell you when your package will arrive. All delivery companies now estimate time of arrival, or give a tracking number. Why do I stay with them? Because Im so very familiar with their products, and I avoid stepping out of my comfort zone.
