We have used R.K. for well over 15 years. Were a smaller company, but they always help us immediately and treat us very well. We recently had an issue with our machine, and needed service as we needed to print some brochures for clients asap, and they were in our office within an hour or two having a tech fix it immediately. Weve also had them help us on the phone numerous times to get small things fixed quickly.

RK Black handled my job promptly and professionally. After getting the run-around from one of their competitors for a month, I contacted them via their website with a request for a purge. They contacted me within 24 hrs to set up the job, and then showed up to do it exactly when they said they would. It was like pushing a button and I even spent less than I expected. Two thumbs up!

At Southern Nazarene University, weve had very good experience with RKBlack. They helped us to go from over 300 various printers of all types to just over 100 multi-function printers. They helped us go from chaos to managed printing. It was a great decision at SNU!

Describe our experience.... DO NOT GET A COPIER UNDER CONTRACT. The terms and conditions will not change unless you continue to use RK Black for other services. We were not pleased on the technical promises that they could not fulfill. Very frustrated with their employees. We went with another company for technical work. We are now stuck with an obsolete machine that they recommended.The balance for the obsolete copier is just under 3K on a plan that they would not allow a release or a buy out. Their reason is because we were no longer using their services. Our company has been in business for over 20 years. RK Black has been the biggest disappointment of any company we have dealt with. Very disappointed with the service. We received very little training on the equipment. Very friendly when wanting the sale. We signed a contract and then never heard from them again and got a bunch on legal jargon pertaining to the contract.
