I have done business with this shop and I can tell you first hand the incompetence and arrogance (and scrap rate) is mind blowing. The owners “response” to Mr. Long says it all, and reminds me of anytime I had to deal with him(he has quiet the reputation).If you’re reading these reviews to look for a competent shop I highly suggest you keep looking. You’ll thank me.

This is a great family owned/ran shop. I’ve worked at Penn for 12 years and can honestly say you won’t find better customer service, quality control, or a faster turn around out of any shop, Big or small. The wide range of machines, the incredible quality control room complete with CMM, and their ability to think outside the box puts them far ahead of the competition.

Judging by the owners response to Chris Long it seems they are indeed unprofessional.

Unfortunately I had to choose a least one star to leave a review. I have dealt with this company a lot in the past, the unprofessionalism is terrible at best.
