I am a Commercial Project Manager for a local company in Edmond, OK and have had a very difficult and slow time getting even a quote for a very simple round lid with two holes in it. I requested this quote from the Manager over a week ago and provided all the specs as well as a drawing. I have left a voicemail, text message, and email and have had no response. I have customers waiting for this quote, their time is as important as mine, which is as important as yours. Very disappointing service. I will definitely be taking any future fabricating business elsewhere.

Very good work and in a timely manner. I am new to the area and needed something drilled and tapped. They went above and beyond to make sure that it was done Right.Now I will need some welding done for my wheelchair lift and IMCO is the only one that I would take it to. Will tell everyone I know where to go for an honest job well done. R

Friendly staff, job done right. But, waited months to receive back after being told it would be a week. As well, Stated it was around a $50 job, got a $158 bill when finished.
