Great place to work for independent machinists. Owner is amazing, business oriented, and willing to do good business. All in all, I love Aero, wouldnt want to be anywhere else!

Stressful, unprofessional and outright demoralizing place to work. The owner - an excessive alcoholic, has the mentality and temper of a two year old. He treats his employees, with the exception of a few, like dirt and the preferential treatment is abhorrent. Unless you are desperate for a job, go elsewhere.

Friendly people that are awesome to work with. Nice facilities and nice, modern equipment.

Disgusting place, highly unprofessional and treat their employees bad. They force non smokers to work next to smokers, due to the owner letting people smoke inside, which is also illegal and is pending a legal case.
