I’m going to start this out by saying I’ve only ever left positive reviews. My wife and I walked in here to buy a bunch of alcohol for a Halloween party. The woman up front (dark hair) asked me what I was looking for and I said caramel flavored alcohol. She gave a scowled look and said “and what do you want me to do about that?” Both of us shocked I deferred and just said no problem we will just find something else. We walked out shortly thereafter and found several variations of what we needed at the liquor store across the street on May ave. When I come to a store I’m not looking for a bad attitude. There’s already enough negativity out there and I don’t need it when I’m a customer.

Yesterday was the first time I came into The Well, and it will certainly not be my last. I walked in after going to multiple stores looking for a few bottles that I could not find. This store not only had what I was looking for - but so much more. Their staff was extremely welcoming and made the visit enjoyable and made me want to keep searching around for things that I have not yet tried. After searching around for a bit and grabbing a handful of unique bottles - I got talking with the owner. He was extremely polite and appreciative of my business.This store is what stores should strive to be. They have quality, fair prices, and knowledge of their product. They made shopping fun and exciting. I was blown away by the selection of unique bottles along with stuff I had never seen before. If you want something amazing - certainly check out this store.Overall, I will be back without a doubt. This store may not be the biggest in the area - but it is by far the best in terms of quality and unique selections.

Adam and Alisha are the best sales associates I’ve ever encountered in any store, they have the upmost knowledge about products and I would try anything they recommend, 100%. Will not go to any other liquor store ever again. BEST customer service hands down.

This place is awesome! They helped me with a more rare find for my dad for xmas. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and helpful. I am greeted with such joy when i walk in the door. Alicia (sorry if wrong spelling) even remembers me! They are willing to offer opinions and advice. I am so glad this is my neighborhood liquor store!

“One stop shop” is an understatement for a selection this good. The whisk(e)y selection is well curated and organized in a very precise way to help navigate you to exactly what you’re looking for. Staff is awesome, prices are great, and the layout is easy.

Always a great experience. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. I personally find the beer selection fantastic as they have a large variety of the types I like. Space is limited so cold beer is not really and option but they will quick chill it for you if you ask.

Walked in and got help from a wonderful lady then went to the counter to check out.. the man wouldn’t serve me because I looked too young, maybe he’s just doing his job but after showing him a valid ID it shouldn’t matter how young I look. Well done.

Just visited this location and me and my sisters went out our way to look for a particular wine and my sister left this store feeling profiled (of black race) and was followed around the entire time she was there. My sister is a HARD worker and works long hours so when she does stop a place she looks a little run down from a long day of work. The store worker had made a remark more then one one occasion and one remark was “ I see you did all that walking around and still didn’t buy anything huh” with his arms crossed. If he were doing his job right he would have helped her and showed more concern for what she was looking for for so what me and my family will never stop here again.
