IMPRESSIVE NA SELECTION:I’ve looked high and low for a place that had a quality selection of NA beer. I’ve gone to Walmart, Target, Crest, and many local liquor stores only to be disappointed.Grand Cru Wine & Spirits has the best selection of NA beer, hands down. I mean they’ve got Athletic Brewing and Samuel Adams! Trust me, if you are an NA beer enthusiast then you really need to check this place out!

Visited this place on 16Oct2020. I have purchased 12 years old MACALLAN scotch whiskey. They have charged 130$ for 1.75 Lt. Johnny Walker Double black price is 42$.This store is very big. Huge selection.Very good customer care and attentive staff.I feel Good with service

I came here for my first time last night and was quite excited to see the excellent selection. The prices were fair and the selection was huge. I liked to see the multiple store picks that were available and got quite excited to find the four roses stuff. This is closest and the largest liquor store near me. But unfortunately I just don’t go there unless I know I can’t get it from somewhere else.Pros; the selection is massive. The staff is friendly. And you can get mixers and etc... to completely all your drinking needs.Cons; craft beers tend to be almost expired or expiring soon, even popular beers like Boulevard Wheat, I have almost bought several cases of expired beer after buying a few that were expired. And their prices are higher than several other locations near them for the same beers. I wouldn’t have a problem buying beer that expires within a week or two. But not at full price. If they had an expiring soon discount of 10-20% then it wouldn’t be too bad, I’ve been to several who will do that and its advertised through the store not something you have to ask for and I’ve asked about a beer that expired the day before I bought it and they told me no discount and they just left it on the shelf....I will go here if 1. I’m in a hurry and need all my drinking supplies in one place or 2. I want to try something new. But for my regular go to beer I get it from Uptown across the street due to costs.

Their app is really easy to use and on the phone they are always very helpful. Offering free drive up pick up for both call in orders and app orders. Great selection.

They have definitely rolled with the punches with all the liquor law changes! The store looks great and has really interesting/fun side items now. I make a point to stop in whenever I am on the north side. Very knowledgeable staff.

Great selection and often able to grab some hard to find whiskeys and rums you can’t find at other stores. This is often the only time I will shop here though. If it’s widely available you can save yourself some money shopping at Byron’s or Freeman’s. Some bottles I’ve seen as high as $20 more than other stores I’ve visited. They are really aimed at the Nichols Hills crowd which is okay, I guess. Keep prices high and keep the undesirable people out.

I bought a Small Tabak cigar and it was to expensive, it was a dollar Higher then the largest Tabak Cigar that Tobacco Exchange sells. That wasn’t the worse, it was dry and hard as a rock and also discolored as if it had gotten wet and the dried. I was hoping to attach a photo because I have one but I don’t see an option for it. 😡😡😡I only went there because my normal cigar shop was closed, but I will never go back and everyone I talk to about cigars will hear my story.

Quite the massive store. Definitely come here if youre looking for something exotic or hard to find. Their wine selection and whiskey selection is expansive. There arent many shops in the entire metro that carry the breadth of variety Grand Cru does. However it comes at a premium. From most of the items I frequently buy elsewhere, this place is slightly more expensive. If youre not concerned at all with a 5% difference in price, it shouldnt be an issue.

Ive been at my new house for almost a year, and JUST discovered this place about a month ago. Right down the dang street. Holy selection!! Weve been trying a new IPA everytime we go. Youre the only liquor store that has all of my favorite wines, vodka, and beer, without having to search everywhere to see which liquor stores have what. The prices are a bit higher than Im used to, but its worth it. Great service as well!!

I can in no capacity support a business that price gouges for their allocated bourbon like they do here. Allocated bourbons and limited releases are supposed to be a way to reward your loyal customers and whiskey enthusiasts with a bottle they can enjoy...not a way to make 40 times your normal markup. This place represents EVERYTHING that is wrong in the whiskey world today. Dont get me wrong...if you have more money than sense then you can go here and get some rare bottles....just be prepared to pay 3 times normal MSRP!

This is a fairly large store with a good selection of liquor, wine, and beer laid out nicely throughout the space. The staff are very approachable and friendly; never failing to ask if a customer needs help without being too sales-pitchy.

As other reviewers have stated, the selection here is incredible, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, there are other liquor stores with great selections and friendly staff. The thing that sinks Grand Cru for me are their prices. What you would normally expect to find for $8 to $9 at most liquor stores is likely going to cost you $11 or $12 at Grand Cru. Stuff that you can find all over OKC for $11 will cost $13-$14, etc. And they, like many liquor stores, sell beer by the bottle (for build your own 6-pack, always a fun process!), but whereas most stores charge a small premium per bottle over the 6-pack price, and some even charge the same price per bottle (meaning, if a 6-pack of beer costs $6, theyll charge $1 per bottle), at Grand Cru, you could expect to pay $2 - $3 per bottle of the same beer.The convenience of finding this selection all in one place, in my opinion, IS worth paying a little more for. But there is hardly anything Ive seen at Grand Cru that cant be found within a couple mile radius at other liquor stores, and at far better prices. Consequently, I never shop at Grand Cru. I enjoy going in there and poking around, checking out the selection and noting interesting new brands I havent tried, but I always end up actually buying them from somewhere else. I agree with another reviewer - if the prices at Grand Cru were just a bit above average (5-10%) I would never shop anywhere else - they could absolutely destroy the competition. But I just cant bring myself to knowingly pay 25% - 50% more for beer I can literally drive a mile down the street and buy somewhere else.In NW OKC, I highly recommend Wild Turkey Finer Wines (122 & MacArthur) for very good selection (not as great as Grand Cru, but surprisingly deep, with lots of high class options), with good service AND great prices!

Noticed the prices are quite a bit higher than other retailers. I brought this up to the staff and my concern was brushed off and not addressed. The selection is great but I dont feel I should be able to buy the same 6 pack of locally brewed beer nearly 2 dollars cheaper at a gas station about a mile away. Its On Cue btw. Two liquor stores within 4 miles sell it even cheaper than they. Station wine and Camelot square. So, I suppose my concern is two fold. One, the seemingly unnecessary price gouging and two, either the staffs inability to explain and their indifference to deal with the initial concern in the first place. I would assume this isnt the first time someone has brought this up, so how they have no rehearsed speech about how they donate 20% to dying rainforests is surprising. Of course, I jest. But in all seriousness, I do customer service for a living. So, I recognize the difference between what we, as a well known organization are expected to provide, and what I typically get. Dont get me wrong, I do utilize these examples to facilitate awareness in my own department so that we may avoid reviews such as these. While time consuming and exhausting to deal with, I do not underestimate the value of such interactions, as they serve a greater purpose to our benefit. But on the flip side of that coin, this should hopefully be a turning point for Grand Cru. So, that even if they are not willing to be more competitive with their pricing, they could at least start telling people they charge more because giving directions to the OnCue down the street shouldnt be free😉

I went to buy some wine (black box) today. I got home and it tasted spoiled. The whole box is a total loss. I went in to talk it over with the staff and they said that they had already recieved six other boxes from the same company returned to their store. They proceeded to tell me that they could not give me a refund or store credit and that there was nothing more that they could do because the new liquor law prohibited them from recouping their losses. I am a frequent shopper here, but at least be honest with your clientele before they make a purchase that you are experiencing problems with your stock instead of passing it on to your consumers. I understand the new laws may make things difficult, but you still work in customer service at the end of the day. The customer always comes first.
