Whoever this guy was inside, and I’m guessing he’s the owner, was RUDE! I’m in the lighting business, but was looking at outdoor fans, which I’m not an expert as. I asked him what makes the fans better than Lowe’s, and all he could tell me is “they’re better made”. When I finally got him to tell me a piece of detailed info, I said “no we’re getting somewhere”. He rolls his eyes, walks away, and says “well, whatever you want to do”! If this is how you treat customers trying to get them to buy a $700 fan vs. a $200 Lowe’s fan, then I’m out! Good luck. I don’t see you staying in business long.
