I was looking to replace a dining room fixture. The clerk was very helpful and I found the perfect fixture! Very glad to support a local family owned small business!

We took a lamp in for repair 6 months ago and it’s still not ready. Phones are not answered. You have to go in person to learn it’s still not ready.

We were looking for lamp shades. The lady spent time with us finding shades that looked attractive on our two post WW II Japanese brass lamps. We found two and, at 25% off, made our trip from Moore well worth it.

Time to go Christmas shopping at James Lighting. Last year when my sisters visited they loved the gifts from James. Made me take them to the store to see all the great items,not just the wonderful lighting.

When compared to other stores a James warranty and its quick repairs in the rare event a fixture fails is unsurpassed. We call this the Best Oklahoma City lighting store. Builders,decorators, and homeowners one stop lighting solution store.

Not open on hours posted on the door. Several people waiting in their cars at 10:30 am.

The Showroom was dimly lit, the displays were dusty, the inventory was limited, but pricey for the styles and quality.The staff (owner and C/S person) was friendly, but neither wore mask...in the mist of OKCs escalating COVID-19 cases and deaths.Respectfully submitted,R. Montgomery

Theres no one like the James family they are great people to work for and awesome friends Im so happy they hired me 10 years ago love working for them and buying there products I purchached two ceiling fans 7 years ago they run 24/7 and are still running with no noises or problems wouldnt buy a ceiling fan or light from any other store accept James Lighting.

They do great work on repairing lighting pieces, lamps and so on.

I am not one to write a review on places, but i had a horrible experience with James Lighting. I dropped off two lamps I was making and needed a little help getting them finished. So I was recommended to use this place. The people were rude and did not seem to have any knowledge on how to fix it. It took a good 20 minutes for them to understand what I wanted. The lady told me it would be $25 for the labor plus the parts. I gave them almost all the parts they needed. I came in to pick up the lamps a week later and they told me it was almost $100 for my lamps!!!! I was furious! This was NOT the price they told me originally! I refuse to go to a place that does not know what they are doing and is not upfront about their services. They were rude and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience and I will never shop here again. I wouldnt even put one star if I had the choice!

Internet says they open at 9, door says they open at 9, so i schedule my customer at 9:30am so i can have time to stop and get the light they need, 9:45am and not open yet...
