I have been trying to get a clear answer about returning these boots that I bought in April at the Georgia Renaissance Fair. I have been in contact several times and each time it is my understanding that you will call me back in a few days time and then I dont hear from you again. I am sending back the boots as they do not fit properly and have the wrong sole. I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service I have received and the quality of boot I received. They are not worth the over $500 I spent on them. If you would please refund me my money, if not keep the boots as I have found better quality boots for less.

A little confusion at first. Figured it all out. great leather goods. Good friendly service. And a huge selection to choose from. I highly recommend them.
