While in Fossil as they were changing my watch battery (for free), I browsed the store and will be returning for another watch, bag and necklace. Its worth a look. Great quality, fashion and wonderful customer service.

Went to the store recently to get a battery for my watch. Associate Melinda provided excellent, quality service. She was patient and friendly. I even ordered other items due to her great suggestions and service. Next time you are there, ask for Melinda, she will take care of you. PCH

Melinda was very nice and great to work with. We had a great experience in the Fossil store at Penn Square mall. We plan to visit there again!! Had good customer service and good sale offers.

Very helpful staff. I was contemplating on whether I wanted to buy a watch but I didnt like the nylon band it had. When they explained that I can customize the band with any band they had. And I really liked the durable stainless steel option. However I couldnt afford to get it with the watch. I will be going back to get it in the near future.

We had an amazing experience at Fossil! We went to pick up my watch that we ordered online, and the salesperson saw that we had ordered one for my husband to be delivered to our home since the website said store pickup wasnt available. However, since she had one of his watches in stock, she went ahead and gave us that one and canceled the delivery. Then she went and above and beyond when she saw that my current watch had broken and replaced it for free. We were blown away by the customer service and will be going to this location for all of our watch needs!

Good quality stuff way low prices

I had a great time finding my watch here. The two girls that were working were very helpful and personable. I originally came in to look at the Fossil Q smartwatch and of course saw a newer model. After considering another time to buy the new HR, whenever it goes on sale, she directed me to the sport smartwatch that was on sale. Told me everything it offered and how it compares to their others and then allowed me to look. I immediately loved the way it felt after I put it on. I have always enjoyed going to this location and I definitely would recommend stopping by!

My husband and I had the best shopping experience at this location with Kerry helping us. She was very informative about the product and was very patient with us. The store was spotless and product was neatly displayed. I would highly recommend this location to shop.

I love their products - I’ve owned several purses and wallets over the years and I adore my hybrid smartwatch! The quality is fantastic, and their customer service is amazing. The clasp on my Ryder Satchel broke, so I took it in to see if it could be repaired. Instead they gave me a brand new purse! I’ll be sticking with Fossil for the foreseeable future.

Absolutely fantastic customer service.I had an activity tracker that I received as a gift, and unfortunately it did not work. When I took it back to this store, they did everything in their power to make the situation right. Because they did not have any activity trackers in stock, they allowed me to exchange my defective tracker for a hybrid watch (even without a receipt), which is everything the activity tracker is and more.I could not be more grateful for the excellent and kind service I received from each employee during my experience at Fossil. Each employee was patient and informative. I highly recommend visiting the store and looking at all of Fossils products. You will have a wonderful experience because of how well Fossils products are made and how great the employees are to their customers.Thanks for everything!

I purchase Carlyle HR gen 5 smartwatch I absolutely in love with it. Though it is expensive to buy. But at least my smartwatch are better than non-ones.

I love going in this Fossil store when we visit OKC. My son loves Fossil and they are always very helpful and friendly here.

Great people a bit pricey

Kalwin was THE MOST helpful sales associate I have ever encountered. He was knowledgeable & enthusiastic without being pushy. I believe he has a great eye for style + color, as well. Love the bag I bought from him! I will be back to hang out with Kalwin and look at watches.

While I usually enjoy my visits to the fossil store, I left today feeling very upset. The young woman working today needs to work on her customer service skills and how she speaks to adults.

Its a very nice store with some exceptional watches & accessories. The staff is professional without crossing into butt kissing territory. That said I highly recommend going to the Fossil at the OKC outlets. They have merch that is only a season or so behind and prices are 20-40% lower. If you must have the new stuff than this is your place. Otherwise you should totally check out their outlet location on the west side of town.

Calwin and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. I got a good deal on a mechanical watch thats authentic and has a Fossil warranty. Be wary of buying Fossil watches online. Most of them are knock-offs.Update on 3/1/19Uh oh! The watch started loosing about 5 minutes a day. Luckily it was still under warranty. Calwin was still working there when I dropped it off for service. He was busy so Kolby helped me out. They ship the watches to Dallas for service and then theyre shipped directly to your home when fixed. She said it would take 6 weeks tops but is usually done before then. I will give another update when I get the watch back.Update on 3/29/19The watch arrived earlier this week. It only took 3 weeks for the work to be done. The watch no longer looses time. I had to deduct 1 star from their rating though. I never received any kind of ticket or receipt showing I dropped off the watch for repair. No watch should start to loose time after only 1 year. I have a 38 year old Seiko mechanical that doesnt loose that much time every day.Update on 5/29/19This watch is loosing time again! Now it looses 1/2 an hour a day! I dropped it off to be repaired again, really I just want my money back. I shouldnt have bought this piece of junk! Im taking their score down to 2 stars. The only positive about this place is that the people are polite and friendly. Dont shop here!Update on 7/09/19I got my watch back on 6/30/19 after sending it to the repair facility for the 2nd time. When it returned, the repair facility had removed and kept the XL band I put on the watch! They replaced it with the original leather band that came on the watch. I told the staff at the Fossil store. Unfortunately, they wouldnt give me a full refund and reimburse me for the XL watch band that was taken off of my watch. Instead they let me choose another watch from their store free of charge. So, now I have 2 Fossil watches. I bought another XL band for my new watch and I am still waiting to hear if my original XL band will be returned. Ultimately, I am DONE with Fossil.
