Unfortunately this didnt work out. Great salesperson, but after being told it would be delivered the next day during working hours. No window or slot. I finally called after noon to check on delivery and soon got a call from driver he was on his way. Well I know he had to fight traffic and the message didnt get to him to BACK DOWN STREET that was suppose to be left for him. So he pulled down, got irritated and left. I got a call that it could not be done. Sorry, Well return your money. Thats the least you can do! Dont work to hard! And thanks for causing me to now have to rearrange everything and miss deadlines! It would be different if it really could not be done. But I got a driveway camera that filmed the whole thing and your trucks are not different from probox. Who will deliver a larger box like last yr. For $100 less for pick up and drop off. And $50 less a month for rental. I called back and begged the office to go smooth over the drivers temper / ego whatever to keep me from having to start over and pay fines for cancelling help also not being out in time. I was told everyone left already 4:56pm because they close at 5:00. And would be called in morning. Nope someone left vm at 4:56pm saying it couldnt be done we tried sorry. No call in morning or afternoon. Im glad probox is saving me $200. Im sorry I wasted my time on mobile mini. The sale man was very good at turning around my anger. Thank you T. Hope they treat you better than the customers.
