We are a small business whom purchased a case of 1/4 ounce Grove bags from Massco. They entire case is like the picture shown. They refuse to exchange the bags. Massco is stating we must have contaminated the bag and we are welcome to purchase a new case. We brought it their attention the day we purchased the case. They will not give us a refund or replace the bags. BS!!!! They do however say we can return the case, purchase a new one, then they will return the case to Grove for determination if this constitutes a refund but they have no idea how long this process could take but guesstimate several weeks. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND ZERO STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
