Don’t let the bad review fool you. The moment I walked into Chappell supply I was greeted with smiles and hand shakes. The knowledge these guys/gals have are extremely helpful. If you have questions they will answer all of them; customer service is a 10/10 you won’t be disappointed. Shop local and support this business! They gave me a great deal and will take care of you every step of the way. A lot of businesses say that but they don’t go above and beyond like Chappell Supply!

I have been there for purchases and advice. They have never made me feel like I was wasting their time nor did I feel like they were pressuring me to buy something. This has been the only place that will take the time to fully answer my questions and not be flippant when doing so.

Our company purchased two used pressure washers which we desperately needed to put on locations steaming to thaw out wellhead equipment to get Oklahoma natural gas wells back up & running during our massive winter storm. We were amazed that Chappell’s employees worked through the night, with Chase Chappell himself texting at midnight to let us know the status and that these units would be ready to be on location in the morning when we needed them! We’ve relied on them for decades but they went above and beyond to have us on a job site and we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Total disrespected as a customer! Beware of the place!Went to their shop to get a switch for my air compressor and the guy behind the service desk immediately said he couldn’t help me find the part because it was an older compressor. Told me to go look at another place across town. Then stated if they didn’t have it to comeback and he would try and find it. They might have something somewhere or be able to order something from somewhere.I’ll never go back. Worse customer service I’ve gotten in a long time.

Staff was able to repair my leaking hose and replaced a bunch of parts for my power washer. Best thing is they had everything in stock. Staff was also very friendly!

Chappell always has a great selection of parts at fair prices, and an extremely knowledgeable staff. They have saved me and got me back operational on numerous occasions.

Great place to get power washers supplies and hoses both new an repaired,Committed to customer service and production.

The prices on their items are absolutely robbery. 90-200% mark up on items you can get any where in the US for MSRP. Example; called about check vales that sell at full MSRP for $60, but can be found for $48 and they wanted $115. A Swivel directly from manufacture for $259, but they charged $349 for a rebuilt unit. I get they are a business out to make money, but this kind of mark up is ridicules. And the repair department is no better. After 3 visits, they still cant find problem. I never write these kinds of reviews but tired of being taken advantage of.

Update 5/15/19. I have recently changed my opinion on this place. They used to be high priced and uninterested in helping customers. That has changed and now they are very concerned with customers needs. The best place in OKC for pressure washers and more.
