The lady who answers the phone here is incredibly rude!!! No customer service skills whatsoever. Just said hello without the name of the company. She hung up on me twice. I called and asked to talk to someone else and she was super rude and hung up again. I’d never recommend this place based off her attitude alone. Need better, friendlier people working with customers!!

Store very neat and nice. I came in looking for a hyde but was hopeful to find a new vape type and the guy there was sooooooooo helpful.

This place is amazing! Great merchandise, awesome juice, and the staff is incredibly helpful! They stayed open for 30 minutes passed their closing time simply because I called saying I was on foot but headed to them as quickly as I could! Thats certainly a first and Im sure the last!

They are reasonably priced, the owner is extremely courteous and helpful. You can get a card and they stamp it so that your 11th item is free. And now its a Marijuana dispensary!

I stopped in looking for ceramic canisters. My questions were answered promptly and I was on my way. I did feel a bit like I had annoyed them.

Great vape shop. Always lots of inventory on hand. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive never had an issue with any products Ive gotten from here they always check the product before they leave the store to ensure they are in perfect working order. Cant say enough about this place I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly guys, seemed like a great place. I purchased a Mod on 1/29/18 that has a defective battery cover. I took it back today to exchange as I was told if theres any issue to come back within 30 days. The owner was present and declined the exchange and said I should not have been told this and they do not accept any returns. I didnt argue, theres no sense in doing so. But this guaranteed Ill go back to Vapor Vintage in Moore from now on. Filed a dispute with my CC. Im fine with a no return policy, but not when Im told to come back if I have issues.

This is my regular shop for liquid and coils. The staff are all very friendly and quite knowledgeable. They sell several lines of premixed liquid, but also mix a good number of flavors in-house, so you can get exactly the nicotine level and PG/VG ratio you need.It is just icing on the cake that they are open seven days a week, and considerably later than all the other vapor shops in town. Plus, no one else has Opie, a super sweet pit bull who often hangs out there during the day!

Just bought a vape to try it out and Im not a big fan of it compared to a cigar but the man that owns this establishment is great. I would recommend this store.

Great place. A local hot spot, for anything to do with baby clothes, or accessories.

I have tried this shop about 4 times over the past 4 years because they are so close by. But each time I go I am always disappointed. The things they sell are usually junk, they sell coils that have already been opened and are so dry that they are not usable. That was the last time I will be back.

They have the best service ever called and asked if they could stay open a little later so I could come in and he sure did for sure should come here !

If I could I would of done 0 stars. The people here are not educated on any of their cbd or Kratom product. The Kratom here is subpar to say the least. Ive found better since going here. Even their Vapes and vape juice are not that good. I would go to umbrella vape on South may.

Do research before blindly bashing a business. All youre doing is making yourself look ignorant and foolish. With that being said this place has good kratom and the staff is always friendly and they make you feel important.

I bought a Smok GX2/4 kit, vape juice and coils from Exhale vape & Smoke store over $100 worth of products- the service was unprofessional and the clerk told me how slow they were that day but how big sales like these actually make up for how little customers they get!! Worse part the vape doesn’t charge! When I called to see what I could do since it was under 24 hours this store said that all vapes charging ports are going to break over time and suggested just getting the charger pack for the batteries?!? I guess another way to take my money since they don’t have any customers coming in.Smok should reconsider who their they allow to sell their products. Oh and their juices taste horrible. Definitely won’t be going back here!

Arrived at the shop around 2:15, with a sign posted that said they would retune from lunch around 3, so I decided to run my errands. Came back at 3, employee still had not returned from lunch at 3:30. There was an animal inside, and I called several times, but needless to say no one answered. Typically good service, but this last time, was very disappointed.

This is the most pitiful excuse for a business I have ever been too. The people know nothing about the products they are selling - they never accept responsibility for anything, everything that goes wrong must be the customers fault. They are rude and not very bright. My pleasure to report the truth on this very ineffective and poor excuse for a business.

Shop worker sold defective merchandise, went back three times in less than 24 hours to try to get repaired. The worker then became irate when asked to exchange for similar item or in store credit as they will not give refunds. The worker was verbally abusive. VERY poor business practices.
