Great staff and product availability isn’t an issue during COVID. The staff are efficient to get our team in and out as quickly as possible.

2 years later 08/2020 I still give it a 5 star.

As an HVACR service tech I run across many Lennox systems. Ive found that since Lennox uses proprietary parts its just easier to replace the part with one from a Lennox supply store rather than use an aftermarket part.Anyhow, the employee staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and ready to help. This would have been a 4.5 star rating on account of the fact that all Lennox parts are highly expensive.

The entire company structure is anti-small business. Even the simple task of getting a quote for equipment requires an act of congress (emails and account verifications). I was informed that my account automatically gets put on hold after 6 months of non-activity. Ridiculous!

DIY repair customers beware you need an Active Contractors License to shop parts here, but you can get the same parts on Amazon for much less and no license required.
