Have had no problems from the company at all.In fact we have had to in many situations rely on the quality of their products and expert advice. Have always been willing to go that extra mile to help out.

Great place, great tools and many different types of fasteners.

Poor customer service, management seems to have no idea what the customer actually needs. The company has taken a long, sad, downward spiral from what it once was. Perhaps its the high employee turnover rate or just growing so fast that they forgot the personal touch that made them what they were. Sad but I now use (name withheld) instead, as do many of my fellow companies. There are better places out there.
