I needed an unusual collar screw for my motorhome and Keith at J&E came through. Very professional and excellent customer service.

Bait and switch company. Tell ya one thing over the phone to get ya in there and bam its three times more once your there. Seems like they need to work on employees attitudes after looking at the reviews. Have never been talked to that bad in a retail environment ever. Was told one price over the phone and when it was rung up was a totally different price. and brought it up to worker and he was very rude and got a attitude about it. And after it was over with I called and asked to talk to a manager and he didnt seem to really care either. Wont be going back unless I cant find what Im looking for anywhere else.

The guy there was super rude ( this morning Saturday) really bad attitude. Manager should do something about him.

Best darned fastener/supply shop in OKC. Dont use the big guys until you check this place out.

Great place. They have nearly everything. Can get crowded sometimes but its because if you need it they have it.

I love finding places like these where you can find every kind of something. Its so frustrating going to multiple big box stores to find they have the same, limited supply of not-what-I-need. J & E had the M5 x .8 thread repair kit I needed, and if Im ever in a jam needing a particular type of bolt/screw/fastener, Ill definitely head there first.

After many many years of business, they decided to try and rip us off. Usually a bolt is $.04 each. We needed a different bolt then what we usually get and they try to tell us its $.55. Its the usual bolt, just 1/4 shorter...... Well go somewhere else from now on.
