Had a great experience from picking out our new granite countertop to install. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and good communication over text and phone once we picked out our granite. Scheduling and install went fine. The installer had to do some extra work on our bathroom vanity to level the top and they even mounted our under mount sinks, which I wasnt expecting them to do. Would definitely recommend L&L.

I was referred by my contractor but would highly recommend these folks to anyone. I have rental properties and in the future I won’t use anyone else. Beautiful choices, good work. Amy was extremely helpful and the installers worked very fast without compromise to quality work.

This company did a great job on my house. The first time they got the wrong measurements but i told them about it they made it right. We are very happy with the work. Differently would use them.

We were a little nervous to move forward with our kitchen project being unfamiliar with the company, but overall we were very impressed. They were very helpful, reliable, and efficient, and their price is extremely reasonable. They allowed free samples to take home and even provided free measuring with estimate. There is definitely a language barrier and some miscommunication here and there, but by the end everything was completed as promised and looked great. I was especially impressed with their cleaning up and finishing the small details that needed attention afterwards. We also had a kidney shape bar that looks great. Thanks for the experience, I recommend.

Did a lot of damage to my house while installing. I told them that was unacceptable and they needed to repair the damage or give me a partial refund for the cost of repairs. I was told they would not. see pictures below. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else not to use them either.

We used L&L Kitchen & Bath 6 years ago in our other home and was very satisfied. We used Bobs Flooring for the tile on the back splash and our kitchen has been transformed from an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. The kitchen is small but looks so much larger now that the dark laminate has been removed. Thank you L&L and Bobs Flooring!

I would highly recommend L & L Kitchen and Bath for your granite work. They were Substantially cheaper than their competitors and had great customer service throughout. Once installed it looks beautiful and the craftsmanship is great. They were on time and communicated great throughout the process.

Great experience with L&L! Friendly folks helped us pick our granite and had great input on style etc. Follow up visit to measure and plan happened on time as promised. Installers showed up on time and did excellent job. They have the experience to improvise and make install happen correctly. If you are trying to retrofit old cabinets expect some cosmetic repairs. Our new bath install went perfect. Our old buffet top replacement required some ingenuity and they have that as well! Many thanks to L&L for making our home better! Highly recommend these nice people!

Really satisfied with my new kitchen. These guys doing really a good job for me. I looked around most of the counter top store in OKC, they supplied the cheapest price in same material. I compared the price list and found they charged lowest labor on installation. Good and fast service. I will suggest it to all of my friends. Appreciate their job!!

My experience with L&L started out well, but ended badly. I read every review from not only Google, but every website, and when I called to inquire about them, I addressed every issue. I was told the owner of the business was in the Bethany location and was given his name, which I later found out, that none of their names were what they went by. The alleged owner told me that his installers DIDNT speak English, but they were not coming there to be your friend, they were just there to do the job and leave. I wasnt asking for friendship, but customer service does involve being able to communicate. The owner assured me I would get the product I selected from the showroom, and they would do quality work. I know when people read reviews, many of them, including myself, realize you cant please everyone and discount a few back reviews, but unless you want the experience I just encountered, or if you shop around for price like we did, PLEASE realize saving a few dollars is not the answer, especially when it comes to installation and service after the sale. The gentleman who came to my home to measure was on time and courteous. We were getting a new sink also, and he said we would need to get the sink first and bring it to their facility to make sure they made the perfect cut and there was no issues with the install. We purchased the sink and drove it clear across town to deliver it to L&L with the templates. The sink was cut correctly, but even with the measurements he took, we ended up losing the two drawers next to our sink, because the sink was deeper than measured. In order to make the drawers work again, and not just glue the face of the drawer, back to the cabinet, we have to hire a cabinet company that wants to charge us a huge price. The morning they were to show up, I called because they were not here when they said. They did show up and 3 guys run into my kitchen like it was on fire and started ripping out our coutertops and sink. We had a Delta H20 touch faucet that had a box attached to the cabinet with the batteries. My husband whistled at them to stop because they were about to rip the wiring out of the faucet. Finally, they started on the install and once it was done, they were going to leave without the grouting. My husband told them they needed to grout the granite in. They went out and mixed a small amount of grout and put it in. It was about 1/4 of the job. They then tell us we run out of grout and that color, so they come back in with another color grout. They left holes in the grout line that wasnt filled in and the lines looked like a drunk had installed the grout. When my husband started pointing it out, the 3 installers started pointing and yelling and screaming at each other in a foreign language. I had just had major back surgery and my sister came back in the bedroom where I was laying and said she had to get away from all that & shed never experienced that type of service or people. My husband finally gave up and just let them leave. After the grout began to dry, it was different colors in all areas, had holes in it, could be scratched off with your finger, and they had run some of it up the existing back splash changing the color of our existing grout. When my husband called the office, the woman was argumentative, didnt speak English, told my husband he was RUDE, and did not want to accept responsibility. She said we did you favor for grout because we not do back splash. It was CLEAR from the beginning we were keeping our existing back splash and it was written on the ticket. Who installs granite and then says we not grout. When I tried to call the original owner I spoke with, I was told I could not speak to the owner and the person who answered, hung up and would not answer my call back. We have a guy coming Monday to redo the grout and seal the granite which is going to cost $500.00. We ended up buying another faucet, and need a hole cut for the soap dispenser, so well have to get someone else to do that. Dont use L&L.

Here is my experience with purchasing counter top from L & L Kitchen and Bath. My house is in Norman. I checked all store around and can not find a lower price than them. The installation guys were really nice and professional. They just took 2 hours to finish my whole kitchen counter top replace. The granite name white ice is really beautiful. Thanks for the professional jobs.

I love my new kitchen counter top. the installers were polite, friendly and very professional. They installed in a matter of a few hours and even cleaned up. I highly recommend this granite store and I look forward to my next project with them

Prior to scheduling the install, we told L&L about our work schedule and needed the installation to be done in the morning. They scheduled the install of the new bathroom counter at 1000, but they didnt show up until 1230. Then they wouldnt take with them the old counter top unless an additional $25 was paid. Youd think since they were two and half hours late, they would do something courteous to make up for not being on time with their own scheduling. We will go with someone else for the kitchen remodel.

They were on time and done a great job . They removed my old counter tops and replaced them with new granite it only took a few hours I do recommend you remove everything out of your kitchen we left our draws and they got a lot of dust in them But they done a great job BEAUTIFUL

Installers did a wonderful and efficient job! My kitchen and bath are beautiful. The price was great and sales staff was more than willing to answer all the questions I had.

Thank you for all the reviews. We do apologize for the language issues, most of our installers are not very talkative on the job site and do speak foreign language. All of our office staff are more than happy to help you if you need anything on the job site. Please dont hesitate to call us, dont wait till the job is done, call anytime.Due to the different size of the sinks, the old plumbing pipes can be disconnected, sometime has to be cut. Same with the outlet plugs on the wall and garbage disposal- there were some technical reasons. However we do understand the customers are not professionals- they dont automatically know them.Weve improved our invoice, to put those reminder on the paper. So in the future we will have less such misunderstanding.Again, thank you for the reviews, they help us improve our work.Thanks!

The quality of the cabinets are good and counter tops are nice, the quality of work provided was absolutely horrible, the builders did not communicate at all with us. Installed a pantry and pushed against the wall, without noticing a phone line jack was behind it and the pushed in plate caused a hole in the sheet rock, smashed a the telephone cords and cut off all phones to the house, without asking cut a hole in the back of the pantry to be able to access the phone jack, also found they cut the shelf while as well. I complained about the issues and was told it was our fault, we shouldve removed the plate. They replaced the back pantry wall, covered hole in sheet rock and replaced cut shelf. We are sending them the invoice for the damaged phone line. They cut the pipes under the sink and we were unaware, once again lack of communication. I had to go to the business and show pictures to get them to agree to fix the damages. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor experience. .. bad business L&L Kitchen shame on you.

They would have gotten 5 stars but they had the wrong cut on the corners. They did fix it on sight but it didnt look as good as if they would have cut it right the first time..Still looks really good tho and about $700 less than the big box stores

They came out and measured for our Granite countertops and had them ready the next week! It took two young men a few hours to install the complete counter and a granite sink! Great service, great job. Half the price of Lowes!

My experience with L&L started out well, but ended badly. The gentleman who came to my house to measure was on time and courteous. The installers were on time, tore out the existing countertops, and placed the new granite and sink. They lost part of my garbage disposal (which THEY disconnected). When I called the office, the woman was argumentative and did not want to accept responsibility. Two employees from L&L showed up at my house UNANNOUNCED to show me that I still had the piece to my disposal. When they could not find it at my house, they were rude to me. When we were discussing the problem AT MY HOUSE, they began speaking another language between them. This was just another example of their terrible customer service! They moved all my heavy planters near the driveway and did not place them back where they were originally. I had planned to get both my bathroom countertops from L&L as well. Because of the lack of service after the sale, I would not recommend L&L.

Start to finish, as good as it gets in home remodel. Larry showed up on time to measure. He was a machine. Tape going this way then that. Only in our house 15 min or less. We stopped by the main office and spoke with Amy, a very courteous lady who took us thru the process and what to expect. The techs were to arrive at 10:00. The doorbell rang at 10:00 straight up. Our home was built 20 years ago, the old countertops were put on to NEVER come off. The two technicians first had the cast iron sink and plumbing out in minutes. The counter tops were removed in minutes as well as they know their work. The old glued everywhere Formica taken off the backsplash, the 8 electric plugs pulled loose the entire area cleaned and ready for install of the granite and new sink. The granite was carried in, everything fit thanks to Larrys measuring, a frame was built to hold the new sink, it was installed, they then did all necessary caulking. They cleaned the counter tops, swept my garage floor, even wiped the dust off my car. Here is the part that stunnedme, all the above happened in 2:10 minutes. It would have been a few minutes less had I not asked a couple of questions. These guys will not be your best new friends. They are there to do a job and not chit chat. They do speak their native language as some have noted. WHO CARES? If you want a more than fair price and dont want to be tied up for two days, visit L&LIts a bit different than the fancy showrooms, glitz and glitter at the high end rent places but youll get a great job, well done and your area will change in a couple hours. Our bathroom tops are next. Thanks for a job well done. AAA.
