Poor service but good product

This is the worst fencing supplier in the city. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not come here. If you have a Master Halco account (which you need to buy anything from here), go to the other location on 15th; where they actually want your business.

Terrible customer service. They are always “busy” and use it as an excuse to not follow through. Every order that we have placed has been messed up... every one. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Their service and quality of materials are top notch as well as competitive prices. Calling and ordering is easy and the pickup process is effective. The staff is helpful, honest, and timely. They have most of everything I need. My company has used Jameson for more than four years and I have zero complaints. This company does not deserve a 1.6 rating.
