Took a pump and motor to this company to have a leaky seal repaired. The staff was very pleasant and very nice at first. When I called back to let them know that the pump was still leaking in the same place after a $200 repair they started telling me that I knew that there was a good chance that it wasn’t going to work because they didn’t have the right parts. The staff started getting an attitude and telling me to go cry somewhere else when I told them I was extremely unhappy with their service and that it had not been made clear to me.They even had the nerve to ask me if I had the parts to fix the pump that I had taken to them. If I had the parts I wouldn’t have taken it to them to begin with. These are extremely unprofessional people. A bunch of young arrogant people who told me that they don’t care if they get any business or not from me. I would highly recommend not ever using this company if you want professional service and an actual repair done to your pump or motor. The guy on the phone kept making snarky comments until I finally unloaded on him.The other pump that I took in they told me was bad and they tried to fix it but they could not. After inspecting it I realized that they had simply just taking it apart. Then they turned around and tried to sell me a $400 pump off of their shelf to replace it with. Sounds to me like they’ve got a nice little scam going of telling people that their pumps are no good and then rebuilding them and selling them at a premium.This company may have been really good at one time but with the current staff I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason.

I walked into my house at 3:30 on a Monday. For some reason I went home a little early. When I walked in the door I noticed the AC was off. I looked at the Unit and removed the capacitor to replace. I had it tested and found that it was good. I removed the electric fan from the unit and ran as fast as could to Louis at ALL STATE ELECTRIC Motors. It was 4:55 and he checked my motor and fixed me up with a new one staying for nearly an hour after business hours to help me. I will never go any place else again for my capacitors or motors. Great service and a great attitude.

Opened my pool and it looked like a swamp and the pump motor wouldnt run. Took it in to them in the morning and they had me up and running by that same evening. Good group to deal with. Very professional and courteous

I called on Thursday afternoon when my pool pump died. They came to my home, took the pump in to their shop, replaced the motor, changed out a couple of other parts, re-installed to my pool, and done by Friday afternoon. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Hot day. After 12 noon on Saturday. A/C breaks. I called all over the metro to find the capacitor I needed. Everywhere was either closed or didnt have the one I needed. No Heat and Air Company would sell me one. I was about to resign my family to sweltering through the weekend until in my last breath we found All State Electric Motors and called them. Louis was about to close up shop for the day but said hed wait for me to get there. Now thats service!!! Thank you, Louis! It was an unforgettable day. All State Electric Motors saved us, and theyre my new go-to place.

Awesome customer support and great service

Gave a ball park price said to bring it in and they would give a firm quote. Gave them a diagram and parts # for 2 bearings. Said the didnt want the part # or diagram and the free quote turned into an exploratory tear down with a fee. Also said it was same day service and that turned into 2 pr 3 days just to get the quote. COMPLETE LIARS!!! They tell you anything to get you there and figure youll just go with their scam.

Working with these people was a terrible experience. They had my motor for two months. I repeatedly contacted them by phone and got nowhere. I left messages and they never returned phone calls. Finally they told me they couldn’t repair the motor. What a waste of time.
