They have quality windows and there warranty is outstanding. We have had our windows since 2008 and the only issue we had was screens. The warranty the screens and they look great.

It does look great and work as advertised.Thursday, November 15, 2018, “The Superior Professional Installer”, the title used by Window World, arrived at our home, after approximately 9:00 am. and began his work. I was not present upon his arrival but, I had specifically requested, in writing, on the original contract, completed with WW, the words, “with tarps” for the installation of the door, to protect the newly refinished wood floors. WW did not bring the requested tarps as I had specifically requested in writing. He never used any form of protection on the floor as he cut and put in the “Custom Patio Door”. We had Ram Board down but, there are scratches and gouges where he did his “Professional Installation”! Before he departed, I arrived and asked about the gaps on the sides of the door, where daylight was showing through, and when that would be corrected, and about the blinds and how they worked. He said, “I don’t know about that and I don’t know if finishing around the door is in the contract, but, the “brick guy” would take care of the gaps where air and sunlight was coming through. As he began his departure we discovered one alarm sensor remained on our original door, which he was going to take with him, until my son offered to help him unload our door from his pickup truck, as we were planning to re purpose it. The other sensor was nowhere to be found.That evening I placed my call to Window World and had the pleasure of visiting with Mr. WW, explaining this disturbing, unnerving, unexpected, disgusting, disruptive experience with the Window World installation. He assured me there would be a representative out tomorrow. Friday afternoon, I received a call from WW, of which I requested copies of he original contract where I had specifically written “With tarps”, which to this day, I have never received. WW met us at the home, saw the situation and immediately contacted the office. He told us he would make this right and he didn’t know what was wrong with original installer yesterday, but reassured us, he would correct everything. He left to get his tool box and some materials and returned. Not soon after, “The Superior Professional Installer”, WW returned, with more materials and their work began. WW owner left promptly without offering an apology for what had transpired, which as a manager of given company, I would definitely have deemed necessary. WW proceeded to remove the entire “Custom Patio Door from the opening and reinstalled it properly. Although we didn’t have the screen door, nor did the “Custom Patio Door close properly, due to the cylinder not inserting into the opening for secure locking purposes, it was a big difference from the day before. A few days later the mason arrived and filled in the exterior areas to the left and right of the “Custom Patio Door” and completed the brick work, as one would expect. When I arrived, I saw this great improvement after completing my day at work.

I give this company a double 0! They charged twice the amount of other companies. It took them over 6 weeks! After we paid them we had to replace windows where they broke the seals and hire gutter repair where they didn’t bother to attach. Pieces of the soffit electrical outlets keep falling off. Basically it was a mess. Mr Baldwin made excuses for his crew and could not give us a proper discount stating he would lose too much money and they were going to Paris! All this right before Christmas! I would be happy to share photos with anyone looking for a siding job. Save your money and call someone else!

We love our new windows. We were amazed how much the outside noise has been reduced since they were installed. The windows are custom made & fit extremely tight. No air leak like our old windows. We love the security feature that allows the window to be open a few inches & doesnt allow it to be raised higher from the outside. The salesman & the installers were experienced & very knowledgeable. The price for the windows was very reasonable. We are totally happy with our experience from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend Window World if you are looking for the best product with the best price!!

Let me preface by saying that our windows were not installed by this company so he really did not need to go above and beyond like he did.I basically called to get advice on an issue and Curtis was attentive, helpful and not condescending. He helped me troubleshoot some solutions and gave me some alternate options if my problem did not resolve.This really speaks volumes and shows that it’s the positive end result that matters most. Awesome. The finished product is stunning and energy efficient. Replaced windows in a historic building and they flawlessly integrated with architectural design. We have used Window world on 2 projects. I feel like they offer a high quality product at a good price. Great salesman, no pressure. Prices are excellent compared to their competition and we had 4 or 5 come out. They have an unequalled lifetime warranty which includes the screens. I have been told by a large construction company owner that their contract and warranty is unequalled in the business. Their installers were quick and cleaned up after themselves. I recommended them to our daughter who is just as satisfied.

After talking with Kevin and Eric of Window World at the OKC Home Improvement show, we decided to have our front doors and living room windows replaced. Unbeatable warranty on windows! Schedules and timing are busy at the beginning of the year. However for durability, ease of use and their fantastic warranty will make us return again and again.

I had 23 windows replaced by Window World. Windows were ordered in the middle of Nov 2016. They were installed 22 and 23 Dec, Company did a great job with the installation from start through clean up. Windows look great and I can already tell a difference in energy efficiency! Highly recommend them!

Had our windows for 2 years; as others have said no pressure at the sale, great installers; neat, quick, polite, well done! Windows are so quiet we cant hear when it is raining. Noticed last week when we had the very strong north wind one window had a whistle. Eddie came out to fix the window, on time, and very knowledgeable. Let we watch, he explained the possible causes, worked his way thru what needed to be done and was gone in 15 minutes. Great job and a nice guy. Would not buy any other brand. Richard

One of the stiles between the two pieces of glass had fallen over. Russ came out and advised that we didnt need a new window, just replacement glass. He named several glass companies in the area where we could get estimates. This kind and courteous man made me wish I was ready for a houseful of new windows! I will certainly be calling Window World when that time comes.

Friendly and thank goodness they do stand by their warranty. Out of 15 windows we had installed 6 had to be replaced within 2 years for bad seals. These were low e argon windows and I expected lifetime quality.

Situation resolved.

Two months ago, we replaced our 109 year old windows with new ones from Window World. Best investment ever! Due to the fact that someone decided to throw a gasoline bottle bomb at my house January 2019. The new windows were strong enough to stop the bottle from entering into the house and stopped it causing any major damage. Scary situation, however called Scott and he came out the same day and put in a board window until the new glass window came it.Great customer service, great product. Glad we used Window World! Thank you guys for everything. Make this a better situation.

REPLY TO THE OWNER:Im aware that issues arise in construction. The two extenuating circumstances you referenced below are my issue. The fact that Scott informed me a week in advance that the job would be started that following Monday, and I had to be informed by my realtor that following Wednesday that the job hasnt been started yet is a lack of communication on your end. Especially since the issue was that the contractors were not insured. That was a week delay because your company didnt due its due diligence. And the fact that it wasnt relayed to me knowing of the timeline is either deceitful or incompetent at best. The second issue, was the damaged siding. I understand that can happen, but it wasnt noticed until the last day when the job was supposed to be completed, which pushed the job back an additional few weeks based on your distribution.I never came to an agreement. I told you how much money I was out due to the delays and you said the owners werent budging from their initial discount of less than 3%, which doesnt cover the admin fee. We had a contract that was favorable to you, so my only recourse is a negative review.ORIGINAL POST:Horrible management and communication!I contacted them for a quote on a siding job in mid May and informed them I need the job done by the beginning of July. The salesman said that 6 weeks wouldnt be an issue based on their schedule.The siding arrived in the middle of June, and Scott said he would have his contractor start the job on 7/16. I had to call on 7/18 and ask for an update only to find out that they had let the contractor go and would have someone new start on 7/23. The job was only supposed to take 4-5 days, so at the latest it would still be on schedule. I called them in the middle of the following week to make sure that they were on schedule. They said things were looking good. 7/27, the day the job was supposed to be completed, I got a call sating that the siding was damaged and that it would be another week. 8/3 I heard the same excuse, this time from Mark, who said he would make things right. The job was eventually completed in the middle of August roughly 45 days past promised and they made it right by offering me a generous 2.8% discount, which is less than their 5% admin fee they charged. An unprofessional company with unprofessional employees.

The installers showed up right on time. They explained everything and got right to work. They were fast but very thorough. Took them about 4 hours to install 8 windows. They didn’t leave a trace of trash or debris. Very friendly and professional and bonus points for the Hall & Oates playlist.

I purchased 6 windows for my older house and Window World made good from the beginning to end and kept their word. I am a satisfied customer and plan on buying new doors soon.

A representative named Brian came by my house after dark, on a holiday weekend, there is a no solicitation sign on my home and with my HOA you have to get a special dispensation. Also in Edmond Oklahoma you have to get a state permit and a solicitation license. It is the wrong time of year to sell windows. It was just wrong and uncomfortable and disturbing.
