I was so happy with the work the crew at spot on did on my mothers bathroom that I called them up when I needed to have my father in laws bathroom to be renovated and handicap assessable. Spot On built an add on father-in-law suite to our existing shop. Work quality is excellent and we are pleased with the result. The apartment is top notch, high quality work. Norm and his team were professional and worked closely with us each step of the project. Norm responds quickly to resolve any issue and works to “make it right.”

We had our porch redone due to it falling off the support rails. Norm was great, came over discussed everything, quoted me for everything quickly and we got set up. They had some staffing changes right after we signed our contract that I feel led to a lack of communication. We found out on Sunday night that work would begin the next morning. Luckily with working from home I didn’t have to scramble to be home. The crew did really good work, but left some marking on the wood they sealed. We had to call them back to see if it could be fixed. Came back and sanded and resealed. We are very happy with our porch, house looks so much better.

SORC rebuilt my front porch overhang and installed new floors in my kitchen and bathroom. The interior work was done well with few issues but there were some problems with the exterior work. That said, management was very responsive in correcting the mistakes and worked hard to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction. Would use again!

Sorry for the late review. and Thanks for the patience. So I will say that the Initial job was sloppy, and the gentleman that leaded the job was slow.. But after a few returns to straighten up the Initial work. I am finally comfortable with doing a review. I gave a five star based on the job after repairs. I might be returning for more remodels in the future.

I want to state that this was the first home remodel project that weve had done to the home. I waited to do this review to see if any issues popped up and Im happy to say that nothing has. Robbie did the estimate and assured us that the job would be perfect. He was absolutely correct. They did a walk-in shower conversion and its stunning.There were some logistical issues that were dealt with fairly quickly. While this did add to the estimated time to completion that wasnt a big deal to my wife and I as the end result is what matters most.We highly recommend them to do any remodeling job that you require. It will be a top notch job with them making sure that you are completely satisfied with the end product. In fact, we liked their work so much we have them doing our floors right now.

We wanted to put a little bit of “cabin flair” into our back porch and we hired Spot on Remodeling to do the job. First off, Norm saw exactly what we wanted and came up with a great design. Secondly, Robby was outstanding as he constantly checked on the crew that was doing the work. He even suggested a modification that we were very pleased to accept. Last but not least, the crew that was here to do the job was absolutely fantastic and very professional, led by John who got it done. The result is absolutely gorgeous! We were blown away with how nice this looks. Now if we only had mountains and some cooler temperatures! The whole project, from demolition of our wooden deck, to demolition of old concrete, to laying a new foundation and then adding the cedar addition was extraordinary. Norm and his organization are top notch in our book and we highly recommend them for any project you might have. They are simply the best!

The work and the men who did the work were amazing! I had a total bathroom remodel from the ground up! Everyone was very attentive to my needs and wants. The estimator helped throughout the whole process of choosing the right products for my bathroom. I couldnt be happier with my new bathroom! We love our new front porch! We had a fair idea of what we wanted, but with the incorporation of a couple of design ideas from Norm and Robby and the crew’s great work, it’s an absolute oasis. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our results and it shows in the workmanship and detail. Of course, the crew was on time and worked hard all day, and left a clean worksite in the evening. I can’t wait to have them back for our next project!

I have used spot on remodeling on several occasions. The largest project they did for me was a complete remodel of the home I was attempting to sell. I was on a budget so essentially I gave them a bottom line price for the project. I have to say I was amazed at what they were able to accomplish with such a small budget. Norm kept me in the loop on every aspect of the project giving me options and opinions on the work that needed to be done. The house sold very quickly and for more than I was expecting. They provide excellent customer service and amazing work. I gave them five stars only because 10 stars was not an option. These guys are the best. They do great work, are a great group of guys (and girl!) and I trust them to do work inside my shop and house when no one else is home. They fixed my shop after a fire and put new tongue and groove floor covering down in my house. I also had them do major bathroom remodeling in six bathrooms in three buildings at work as well as a few smaller jobs and the quality of their work was unbeatable. I plan to have them back to do more work in the future.

We needed closet doors installed and tile laid over a hole from a previous job where we had a pipe fixed under our bathroom floor. I spent a while reading reviews online, because I am not super familiar with prices and practices for getting this kind of work done, and Spot On seemed to be well-reviewed. Norm came out and was very polite and efficient, he took a look at everything and sent us a quote a few days later. It was a price we were comfortable with so we went ahead and scheduled the work. The scheduling process was easy, they were able to come out on the weekend since we work during the week. Robbie handled the tile job, he was nice, courteous, and was very precise with his tile work. You couldnt tell there had ever been a hole in the floor! About a week later Donny and Tim came by to do the doors. They were professional and got the job done in a timely manner, even though the measurements were a little off and they ended up having to do some work on the studs around the door. My only beef was that they forgot to bring a dustpan with them, so there was a little dust on the floor they had swept into piles that I easily took care of when they left. I had a chance to talk to them, and they both enjoy working with Spot On. Norm (the boss) runs a pretty tight ship (good to hear as a customer), but it seems there is mutual respect between him and the people who work for him.I dont have a ton of experience with this company, but the two jobs Ive had them do were executed very well. Everyone I met from the company was courteous and professional, and I highly recommend them if you have any work around the house needing to be done. I will definitely be calling upon them in the future.

First Id like to apologize to Mr. Norm for my late review. I was very nervous to find someone to actually do great work and not take advantage of me seeing that I am stationed overseas away from my rental property. I gave Spot on Remodeling a call and Mr. Norm, although he was doing another job when I called, gave me his full attention and offered to call me back when he was done. He met with my dad, offered me a quote and a date his team could get started, I accepted. They actually got started earlier than advised, which made me happy, and they finished very quickly. I was nervous about the results because I didnt get to be there to see the work, but I was assured it would be great. I was told the team was very nice, professional and even did a little extra work that wasnt expected. Once I saw the pictures I was beyond amazed and excited about the work that was done. The team showed up early and worked late to complete a handicap remodel on my Mothers bathroom so that she would be safe in her advanced age. They were also able to build a handicap ramp and widen doors to make moving Mom into the house easier. Their work is quality and fast at a fair price.
