I let my bathroom go too long and the shower completely broke where we could not use it. Mitchco jumped in and took care of it for me. It is amazing and the crew were so professional.

Bob Mitchell is a perfectionist. He built me a new roof and he built me a fabulous screened-in porch. Everyone who has seen the porch loves it. He made suggestions for me and helped me to stay in budget. The deck of the porch is just beautiful, so much so that I almost stopped right there. But I wanted a screened porch and he made me one. Each of the crew who worked here was respectful and polite. Bob himself worked on the roof of the porch to be sure that it connected properly with my new roof (which he also built). He was thoughtful enough to make me very safe steps and added a handrail. I consider Bob to be my friend now and I recommend him to everyone.

Called MitchCo RR Construction and asked for recommendation to have 10×10 ceiling tiles removed and sheetrock hung, textured and painted. We was recommended Enrique and his crew. Enrique is very nice man along with his crew very pleasant. They take great pride in their work. We are completely satisfied. Mitchco replaced our roof last month and did a fantastic job. They were on time for every appointment and were really helpful with choosing a type and color of shingles. The crew was timely and did a great job. They finished in one day as promised. They also took care of a few little details like painting some flashing to match the shingles. MitchCo did a great job. Bob personally came out after the hail storm we had to check on the roof and the patio that he did last year. As he was checking he found that our roof needed to be fixed and our patio cover needed to be redone even though it was brand new last year. He even went down to check on my sons roof. I am completely satisfied with the work I received from MitchCo. We have done a complete roof replacement gutters with updated shields and replacement of my attic fan. Their crew was a pleasure to work with and would recommend anyone for their services.

We wan t to thank MitchCo for the EXCELLENT job they did on replacing our hail damaged roof. They also repaired our skylights(6), damaged wind turbines, and broken security lights. We also have rock and brick on an indoor pool room addition. Some of the rock feel off the walls from the earthquakes and big hail stones. MitchCo replaced all the broken rock and restored the beauty of our house. They also painted all the exterior exhaust pipes to match the wind turbines color. And plus the class 4 shingles color everything looks crisp and clean. They also replace the shingles on our outdoor storage unit and lean to. Our house is two story and the poolroom is about three stories. They did all this in two and a half days and cleaned everything up promptly. We cannot say enough how pleased we are with the end results.

Bob and his crew were great, excellent roof and upgraded to high impact shingles. The roof looks awesome and the crew were friendly and cleaned up nicely after the work was complete. We had to have a new roof and guttering after the March 2019 hail storm in Edmond. Bob Mitchell and the MitchCo crew were absolutely great to work with. Besides the roof and guttering, we hired them to paint all outside woodwork and stain the front door. Everything was done as scheduled...crews arrived promptly, completed the work, and cleaned up our yard and work areas. We will use MitchCo Construction again when needed and highly recommended them.

He coordinated with our insurance company and told them places they missed and what needed to be done to do the job right. MitchCo has just completed a remodel on my kitchen & I could not be more pleased. They did a repair on the roof of the sky lights and also opened them up on the inside giving a lot more light. The cabinets were glazed, the granite cleaned and polished, new hinges & new lighting. This was all done in a timely manner, they showed up when they were supposed too and always cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Rebuilt a small deck and gate. I chose MitchCo over a couple of other companies because he gave me the most information about what he would do. He kept me informed on the progress. The project took about a week including rain delays. I am happy with the finished project.

He was kind and efficient in this stressful situation for me as a new home owner, explaining the process and answering any questions I had. Bob Mitchell and MitchCo Construction did a great on my Mothers covered patio. They actually changed the roof line to accomodate the extending of her existing porch to match the rest of the house. His contractors were punctual, tidy and respectful of my mother and her needs which I greatly appreciated. Bob explained the sequence of events to us and held to that timeline and was available when we had questions. My Mother and I both are very pleased with the the finished covered patio.

I contracted with Bob Mitchell of MitchCo Construction to repair an upstairs severely leaking balcony that is above an enclosed sun room downstairs plus a portion of my kitchen. After visiting with Bob, he detailed in writing the steps he would follow in completing this repair which included demolition down to the basic framing joists of the balcony and removal and replacement of the existing French doors leading out onto the balcony. The roofing (balcony floor) T.P.O membrane would be replaced, new decking of composite material, new French doors w/blinds, new insulation & sheet rock on ceiling of sun room, repair ceiling in kitchen, and paint all of sun room walls, moldings & double doors leading into the sun room. Paint kitchen ceiling, replace ceiling fan in sun room, reinstall wrought iron balcony railing making a needed correction in the previous installation of the railing. He would haul off all debris in connection with this repair.Throughout all this work, Bob has kept me promptly informed of the progress of each step and has kept close check on his workers to make certain they are following his instructions. Everything has been expertly completed with attention to detail and quality. At the end of each days work, the site has been kept clean and orderly. He is nearing final completion of repair work that has been of considerable worry to me for some time! Bob is very pleasant and reassuring and I am so pleased to have found someone I can trust for any future repairs/projects on my home. His demeanor and quality of workmanship is very professional and I would highly recommend his work ethic.

This will be my first of several reviews for Mitch Co Construction. I meet with Mr. Mitchell after having an accident causing damage to the brick, framing, roof and sheet rock to my garage. Mr Mitchell’s character was very pleasant. He was very professional, friendly, and punctual in making our scheduled appointment to appraise the damage that was caused to my home. Mr. Mitchell advised that it would be at least a week before being able to have his employees come and begin work to the house. Much to my surprise he contacted me in less than a week and his crew for the frame work showed up this morning and immediately began working on my home. To this point I have be very pleased with what his company has been able to deliver to me. I will write more reviews through out the completion of repairing my home. Mitch Co specializes in roofing, remodeling, replacement doors and windows and custom porches. I am very thankful for Mr. Mitchell’s time and thankful for his respect in my time.

I had hand rails installed for my staircase and a carport installed over my back pull through garage. Both projects turned out very well. The hand rails look nice, match the other stains throughout the house, and are secure. The carport is very sturdy, matches the exterior, and was sealed nicely to the house to prevent leaking. The workers were friendly and professional. They made sure everything was done to my liking. They answered all my questions and verified we were all on the same page prior to starting the jobs. And Bob stayed in constant communication with me while the work was being done. I am very satisfied with the outcome of both projects.

Thanks for the Sun Room, We love the new Room!! Mitco Construction hired family friendly people to work the construction. This company worked very efficiently to get things done. This company cared about what we wanted when we built the sunroom. They asked us What do you want?. They cared about making it what we wanted the sunroom to be. I felt like they were really nice people.

Very Disappointed! Mr. Mitchell lied from day one. Had a patio extension and enclosed partially constructed by him. First he did not permit the structure as required by the city. He used cheap materials to enclose the structure. Not sealed so water can come in. Not sure that defines enclosed, yet was charged to have done. Many other areas he did will have to be redone... He quit and walked away from completion because of the permit issue. He would not have been able to have the electrical done without the structure permit. He tried to have a NON licensed person to install the electric but I stopped that immediately!!!! Not sure why he picked me to try to do everything in the most unprofessional way, but didnt work. MitchCO now has a court ordered judgement against them, as I have sued him so I can have a real professional complete this mess Bob Mitchell left me with. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
