There is no dock at this facility. You have to park on the street and they will come out with a forklift to unload you. The people here are great and will try to unload you in the fastest amount of time as possible.I was here for an hour and a half

Beware of using Johnson Equipment Company unless you want to pay for service not rendered and get slap with a Lien for less than 15 days from date of invoice.A couple of weeks ago we contacted JE to come out and access a damage done to our dock leveler. A guy came out, looked at the damage, took pictures and left within 30 minutes of being on site. We then received an invoice for $350 demanding payment for what JE considered a Service Call.Not once were we told on the initial call to schedule the visit nor the individual that came out telling us it would cost us a minimum of 2 hours at $175/hour for someone to come and give us a bid for service.Attached is the invoice and the exact service that was rendered.Conversations with the local Sales manager was curt and unreasonable, as he wrote I don’t want to argue about it as I’m extremely busy and simply don’t have the time.We received the original invoice by mail on 8/5 and today we received a Lien notice from John Burruss in main office in TX in retaliation. Completely disregarded the fact that weve spent $8.5k YTD for services related to our various warehouses and have always make payment on time.

Best in the Industry. If you need dock and/or door help, this is the company to use.
