I dont normally do reviews, but the over the top customer service I have received here at Forest Lumber in the window and door department deserves recognition. Timothy Evans and Keith Quinlan went out of their way to rectify our situation. The mistake was of my own making and they were under no obligation. I am so thankful and impressed with their helpfulness and friendliness while remaining professional the entire experience. I have dealt with many businesses over the years and have encountered many helpful employees but these guys topped them all. We drove a very long way to do business with this company and even with the added expense of that distance we will definitely be bringing our business here in the future with our other upcoming remodels and builds. Poor customer service. Requested quote online, waited a week, no response. Then called and was assured someone would get in touch within 24 hours. Waited 48 hours, nothing.
This is for the OKC location. The only reason this even got two stars was because the quality and design of the door was what I wanted. The customer service, on the other hand, is what caused this low review. Short version: After 1 1/2 months and three doors later, I finally received the doors I ordered. The experience with the first door was actually pretty good other than the wrong size door was delivered. However, it was after that point where I started having issues. There was hardly any type of communication with me and not once, but twice when delivery was scheduled, they found an issue with the doors and decided not to deliver. But no one ever called to tell me they were not planning on delivering. It took me calling them to ask for a status of delivery (after waiting almost all day) where I found that it had been cancelled. 5 or 6 times when asking for a status, I was told that I would get a call back with an update and never did. Again, it took me calling them to figure out what was going on. It was an extremely frustrating experience and is why I will not be back or recommend it to anyone. If the doors had been the right size the first time, this would have been a 5 star review.
Went to buy a door and they are doing a very good job keeping people separate with all of the Corona that is going on, but were still able to get me a very nice door in just a couple days.
I had a terrible experience here. I walked into the show room and talked to the salesman Kyle Pretzer, emailed him my house plans (new construction) and he said he would work up window quotes and get back with me. Two weeks later I still had no quote so I went back to the show room and talked to Charles Shelburn and sent him the email because Kyle was unavailable. Two weeks later I have no quotes. I called in and was put on hold while they checked on it. Ten minutes later Im still on hold and Im pretty sure they have no plans on getting back with me. Just to summarize, I waited over a month and never got a quote for windows. Needless to say, this is not a place you want to do business.

Iโve been calling for a year. Forest installed the doors and windows in my home. Now I need a window panel replaced...after having several โtickets enteredโ the service department has yet to contact me or return my phone calls. What gives??
