Great company! Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly! From the initial contact through to the installation we were satisfied! Each segment of our window replacement was efficient (due to COVID it took extra time to get the windows but we were warned) and professional! The quality of the windows even though we didnt get the best ones are fantastic! We no longer need our curtains to block the suns heat!! They are beautiful!! Al the salesman was such a nice and informative person! He worked hard to meet our budget! Everyone we talked to were friendly and courteous! The install crew were amazing and finished the install like a fine tuned machine! We definitely would use them again!!

Windows are very high quality, even though we did not get the top of the line. Installation was above average, seemed to a little rushed. Warranty work on the few problems where done with no hassle and we are satisfied all known problems. Only complaint is time it took for windows to arrive, but thank Covid for that.

AQE was a Godsend. Replacing doors and / or windows was a project I had never before tackled but circumstances finally presented the need to do just that. My windows and doors were approximately 20 years old.From the first visit in my home by a salesman until I made my selections I was kept completely informed of the products and processes and all of my questions were addressed and clearly answered. The installers could not have been more efficient and during that process I had several more questions come up and received clear answers to all of them. The end result is truly a huge improvement in aesthetics and a wise investment for energy efficiency as well. 100% pleased !

Im glad I picked this company for my new windows and sliding patio door. The restorations window are hands down the best window out of all the other window demonstrations we sat through. Our sales rep was really knowledgeable of the window industry which helped us in making our decision in choosing American Quality Exteriors. The installation was a breeze, they were in and out in a day and cleaned up after themselves. Defiantly would highly recommend the company and the restorations windows!

American Quality Exteriors had great customer service and they were very professional installing my high quality exterior doors.

Make sure you have found the best price on the competed work to be preformed. You can buy the same material on Amazon Prime 1000 sq ft for $118.00 free shipping. I had to order more to fix their sloppy work. Once you sign the contract you have three days to cancel. If you find a better price on financing or anything else its too late to stop them from getting their payment after that date. I found another company to do it for $ 500 bucks cheeper. I was told that I would not get the solar attic fan in that better price. The sales person said what American Quality Exteriors didnt tell you about that solar fan is that it doesnt move enough CFM of air flow to make any difference in the attic temperature and that it might cause a leak in my roof latter down the road. I looked at the water heater blanket and you can buy one yourself for $30 bucks. I purchased the Green Energy Barrier. That was included in my contract with American Quality Exteriors for $6000. This company will file a lien or judgement against your property if you change your mind after the third day. They will take you to court for work not even started or done on your home. One final thing about their financing company Founation Finance located in Wisconsin. look to your own backyard for local Oklahoma financing like Tinker Federal Credit Union. I was able to get 8.9 APR instead of some company out of state at 11.9 APR. The job was started on 03/12/2018. I posted as many pictures as I could to show you the quality of workmanship. As you can see there are many open spots on the attic floor than have not been covered. The sales person Travis said the installation people would staple the Green Energy Barrier to the parameter wood trusses. The pictures show you they did not. It was a sloppy install. They didnt use hvac duct tape to seal the two pieses of material together as it comes in rolls only so wide. The open areas allow the heat or A.C. to penetrate the barrier thus rendering it useless. There are many areas in my attic that are left with just insulation showing are in need of patchwork material to be stapled or duct taped in. The Tape they used is shipping tape. Some is already started to fall off. The owner will say well you the customer signed off as finished. Thats ok Im not going to make a 60 year old man with very noticeable arthritis in his hands using a hand staple gun to do any more work. Anyway he said his leg was stiff from walking in the rafters. The installers name is Art. He told me that he had been doing construction for 40 years. He had the zipper heat barrier entrance zipped up and said its done. I didnt want to crawl behind flex duct and on rafters to check someone elses work, someone who said he had build houses in Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma years ago. I did unzip the door and looked from afar. It seemed ok from the top of the stairs. I did not take a closer, more detailed look until he left. I have started to pull back his work and Im going to custom cut the material to exactly fit the attic floor. Just to give you a time frame it took me 3 hours to do 100 sq. feet correctly, sealed with 3M HVAC tape @ 10 bucks a roll, that can withstand extreme temps. I bought 100 feet of air hose and a air powered staple gun for 75 bucks at Lowes. I can pull his work up with a gentle tug! He finished 1285 sq. feet in just under 5 hours. Its going to take me 13 hours to do it correctly. In response to the owner I did have an insulation company come in and blow more insulation in because I did not have enough. They took mesuments in the complete attic floor. He said not to worry as we have to fluff it to get it to flow effectively and efficiently. Once American Quality Exteriors starts to use their walk boards it will pack it down to an acceptable level. Art your Intaller said he would move any extra insulation to another area if need. I also offered Art some wood walk boards he said he didnt need them. I also asked if he wanted a dust mask or my extra pair of knee pads, Art said no. So that is a lie sir!

The quality of the windows is excellent . The service was not so good. I got stood up when someone was to come and correct some installation problems. Not professional at all.

I would highly recommend American Quality Exteriors! They were a fabulous company to do business with, they had excellent pricing and we love our new windows!

He showed me quite a few things that needed attention for my door and showed me a sample of what they offer. I felt comfortable and decided do business with them. Good quality products and services were delivered.NEGATIVES: The salesman neglected to include my first and continued request for gutters above my metal handicap ramp. The administration CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $600.The company was quick to established a payment plan but SLOWPLAYED delivery.Administration and its salesmen should be dealt with carefully.

Very nice experience with this company. The guys were helpful in answering any questions, the work they did was spectacular. The windows made the house look better and brighter. The windows are a major enhancement and will help with the energy saving. I recommend these guys to everyone.

I had replacement windows throughout my entire house. The windows are measured and made specific to the house. They look great and I can tell a difference in the house already. There is no wind whistling through the windows. I dont have to keep a blanket nearby on windy evenings. The installers worked quickly and they cleaned up and removed all the old windows and all the debris. The office staff was very polite and helpful whenever I had a question. I would recommend American Quality Exteriors to my friends and family whenever they need replacements.

We are super happy with our new windows and sliding back door!! We had 9 ( 7 extra large) windows installed in our 2 story home. They look beautiful and are easy to operate. The installation process wasnt invasive at all and Jason and Ed were punctual and professional. Definitely recommend !!!!!

My house needed siding. They came out and put the siding on, not removing the old siding. Now the siding on my home is wavy and uneven. I recommend to have the old siding removed for all you future customers. Youll pay more money, but it would look better done right by putting up 4x8 plywood. You be much happier.

Installed exterior vinyl siding

They have a great product but not any kind of quality personal in their office! Sent a service guy unannounced to my home when I had already told her I wasnt going to pay 75 for their service call! She told me they would VOID MY DOUBLE LIFETIME WARRANTY if I didnt pay! Thats not good business at all! Be careful dealing with these people!

There was an issue that happened . However they took care of it asap. Im a little disappointed with the amount of dirt that comes in. They look great but doesnt cut down on dust and dirt.

Unsolicited phone calls for service.Update: The owner of the company called and apologized for the unsolicited call. However, cold calling is a strategy they implement for marketing. I appreciated the personal touch point to try and resolve the complain and have modified the rating accordingly.

After a year of dealing with problems with my doors I purchased from American quality exteriors, the repairs were made yesterday! All seems to be working as promised. Thanks the the new owner of the business and Anthony!!(who did the repair work)

Had 2 picture windows and 4 regular windows installed. So far very satisfied.

They are deceitful in their pricing. When the bill came Im not was over $4000 more than quoted. Once job was done (which was not that great) the bill came in for more than quoted price. The office personell are rude and hateful. I had to call after 2 months to ask when my house was going to have siding put on. Wells Fargo said AQE set the pricing and then AQE said it was Wells Fargo who did the terms. The owner of AQE said he came out and did a wonderful job. He apparently looked over mistakes installers did and you can plainly see the mistakes. All owner can say is that we signed off on the job. They wanted that paper signed so they (office ladies) could get their bonus before end of the pay period. Be cautious in hiring this company once they get their money they could care less.

I bought all new windows for my house and paid over $17,000 in 2006 from American Quality Exteriors. The windows came with a lifetime breakage warranty. I have a window that cracked and called American Quality Exteriors. Apparently the company that manufactured the windows went bankrupt and now American Quality Exteriors will not honor the warranty. Very disappointed this company doesnt back its products. Beware of any promises made by this company.

My wife and I got a mailing from this company that says they were looking to do 4-5 projects in our neighborhood for promotional purposes because they would rather provide discounted deals instead of putting that money into advertisements. We replied to this mailing and the owner and his wife came out on a Saturday and put us through a 3 hour product explanation. This was never mentioned previously and we might have chosen not to do it had we known how much time we were going to have to invest before anything else.The owner and his wife never mentioned the promotion of which we originally inquired.We were really only looking for siding for parts of our house which need to be redone but they chose to mostly focus on all our of trim (of which we have a lot) and soffits and other pieces. We also needed work on these so we listened and thought it seemed like a good product for us.Overall they said the work for trim, soffits and siding was over 18k but they would throw in a free gutter system or knock about $1000 off the overall price if we gave them the go ahead that day. This didnt seem like the promotion we originally inquired about.When the entire ordeal was over, he gave us several option for purchase and financing but we said we couldnt actually give the go ahead now due to some other issues going on but would be interested in the future. My wife asked to take a picture of his numbers so that we would have it for our records and he refused only saying that he would email me the info. He took down my email but it has been over a month and I have never received an email detailing anything we spoke about that day. I even sent a contact us to his company through his website and have received no reply.Considering this man stated several times that he is a man of his word and his word is his bond sort of thing, I am highly disappointed that once we said we couldnt move ahead he seemed almost to just dismiss us immediately and never sent me the information which I asked for regarding the prices and financing numbers. I wanted to go with his business as his products do seem quality and the price is expensive, but if you dont have to pay for any upkeep for the next 20-30 years as he stated, it would be worth it. If you cannot even be bothered to email me the information you said you would, I dont think I can recommend or do business with your customer.If i were to tell a customer I would email them and then just didnt, I could potentially lose my job. Not the type of service I would expect of a company who holds their selves in such high esteem and constantly references all of the awards they have won from BBB and others.Edit: The company called me to follow up today, so i am updating the review to a 4 star. Apparently they have been trying to email me but it was not going thru. They were finally able to forward the original email to my work email address and I can see they did indeed attempt to follow up as promised.

Cant recommend these people for windows. Long, high-pressure sales pitch even after asking to speed it up. Quoted prices over twice as high as the nearest priced competitor. Even then, there was no decent written breakdown of prices, just a number scribbled on a business card.Keep your elderly friends away.

Biggest waste of three hours. Demeaning, sexist, racist unprofessional salesman. When he finally measured and gave a quote, it was thousands of dollars more than anticipated. I would not suggest this company to my neighbors.
