Decent donuts in a location that has been a donut shop for over 40 years ranging from Winchels to various small mom and pop shops which seems to the the latest incarnation of this location. It keeps the Village Baptist Church faithfuls butts padded for their Sunday morning services.

Just to be up front, don’t expect glowing customer service here. Have in mind what you want! They seem to hurry you when you’re there but it’s really not that bad unless you’re super sensitive to not being waited on hand and foot. I’ve never been in there for longer than three minutes, to be honest. The donuts are fantastic (HUGE, as big as my hand), the kolaches are pretty decent, and they are generally quick and efficient. My favorite donuts are the strawberry and cheese one and the big cinnamon swirl one. Regular drip coffee and drinks to purchase. I keep coming back so they must not be bad!

Freshest and lightest donuts I’ve had. Kolache was amazing. Had it eaten before I made it home. I’ll be back!

There donuts are okay, the worker didnt seem to be too talkative, and I didnt feel like the king I should of donuts.

I drive past this place every day and finally decided to stop by for a dozen glazed donuts. Previously my fave donut place was Best Donut on 23rd St. Not anymore. These donuts were light, melted in your mouth, and my coworker agreed that they were, in a word, perfect! Now it’s going to be hard to not get donuts here every day on my way to work!

Clean, well lit. Pleasant staff. I had a lemon filled pastry that underwhelmed and a serviceable old fashioned. The coffee was good.

These are the best donuts around. The service is a little lacking as far as friendliness (sometimes), but very efficient and quick. The prices are also good and quality is great -- exactly what I want in our regular donut shop.

Both times we went it was almost closing time but the kolaches were delicious. We will definitely eat here again when we come back to town.

Good donuts... I’ve come here 4 times in a row for Egg/Cheese kolaches and they were out let’s just say they are that good ! The donuts have glaze all around not just on the top soooo yummy .

Really delicious donuts. We love coming here every morning for the Kolaches, it is the best one in town. They are here favorite.

Super rude! The donuts are good at best, definitely not worth the horribly rude people working there.

Donuts are good, Kolaches are just ok. The staff/owner needs to work on her people skills and attitude. I didnt realize there was a five dollar minimum for debit cards. No big deal, but I didnt have cash on me. Told her Id be right back because they didnt have a drink I wanted or I would have added that, she got all pissy and snatched the sack off the counter. Ive been going there exclusively since they opened, because the are super close to my house. From now on Im going back to the donut place on Britton or the one on Pennsylvania. I can deal with mediocre food for convenience, but not coupled with crap attitude.

WARNING!!! You will be cheated when purchasing from this donut shop. I had my brother run in and buy kolaches. He bought 6 jalapeño, sausage, cheese kolaches and 2 sausage and cheese croissants. He was charged by the woman at the counter, probably the owner, $19.42. As you can see from the picture of prices, it should have cost him 13.40 plus tax, which is dollar something. So he, actually me because it was my card, was overcharged around $5. Even if the prices changed slightly from what is posted online, it shouldnt be that much of a difference. Please dont waste your money at this donut shop. The kolaches are not that good and you probably will be over charged. Theres a way better donut shop, daily donut, just a mile down the road with great prices and way better product.
