Good place to grab some donuts, if theres another donut shop nearby I will rather go there, they sounded kinda rude and not welcoming.

Why is the owner so rude? Went there with nephew and niece, they wanted a certain kind of donut but the lady gave us the wrong one. When I asked her to exchange the donut with the one we requested, she told me it is the cheaper one thats why she gave it to me. Never asked about how much each donuts were or how much I want to spend or never requested for the cheaper donut. WHY???

They have good breakfast Sammys and sausage rolls. Coffee is meh and no dairy alternative, with 2 stand fridges of bottled drink options including milk.

Glazed donut holes are addictive. Apple fritter is woohoo good. Love love the cute artistic donuts..dog faces, rainbows plus others. ..and everything is better with sprinkles.

I really enjoyed Donut Therapy when it first opened. Katy, who I believe was/is the owner, was FANTASTIC! She Truly cared about her customers, provided quality donuts and even better service! I enjoyed supporting the new small/woman owned business. I havent seen Katy in a long time so not sure if she is still associated with this business or not. The quality of the donuts have declined slightly over time and while most of the employees still emulate Katys service philosophy/standard, there is a new member of the team that is Absolutely Hateful! She is an older Asian lady and the rudest thing I have ever encountered in service! Ive never been greeted for an order with What!? Ive never been in the middle of sharing my order where this lady walked away right in the middle of my order and closed the window on me to boot. Ive never been to an establishment where several hours before closing the hateful response is we are out of coffee and no offer to wait while they make more. She consistently - and I believe intentionally - makes errors on your order... Not other employee there does this. if you dont catch it I feel that she gets personal satisfaction from it. I have continued to support the business as I really enjoy the other employees and HOPE to be serviced by one of the others when I arrive which is almost daily. I even took to being rude back to her which takes a lot for me to get to that level. It actually curtailed her behavior a little and I noticed that she would get someone else to help me when I arrived which I Greatly appreciated! Sometimes my husband likes to surprise me by getting my favorite order from there and I find it awful that he gets the same hateful treatment from that very same employee. I just cant believe this is tolerated and I feel that she targets very specific customers as I have observed her with other customers (some in line right before me) and she is quite capable of smiling and providing decent service (its really amazing). Because she has been allowed to continue this disgusting behavior we will no longer support this business.

This place is always packed. Everytime I go they are always out of my favorite donut and by 9 oclock. Probably should make more! Fresh donuts. You can taste the freshness. Of all the places to get donuts. Id rather go here first.

I have heard donuts called a lot of things, but never therapeutic. Although I must admit, that they do tend to have a very calming effect upon me. Usually because Im so full of them, that I dont want to move. In all seriousness though, these Donuts are delicious, and if you come here come early when the selection is best. They are great Donuts.

Ive had a lot of donuts in my life from all over the world. This little shop right here on 150th street is one of the best. Every time I go in the store I am always greeted with a hello and they are smiling. And they make a outstanding donut.

I used to go here. It was convenient and has great breakfast items. However after dealing with incompetent employees I do not go there anymore. If you ask for them for the upgraded dozen of donuts make sure you check them before you leave. TWICE I asked for something and didnt get it, they decided to give me something else. And after confronting them about it the employee just said I changed you for the other one. And after that customer service I will not be returning.
